Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): - We were refused entry!
- Kelsie (2/5): - They didn’t have room for us, twice! We even went to them early to confirm our stay and they assured all was fine. They put us in hostels down the street and they were freezing!!!!
- A&T (2/5): WORST SERVICE EVER - AVOID BOTH THIS PLACE AND HOSTEL ARCOPATA GUEST HOUSE (SAME OWNER) UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. To summarise it: we were not given the room we booked and the relocation took one full day. Pablo the owner looks at first to be a nice person but he is totally the opposite professionally speaking. We work in the tourist industry and we have never experienced such a terrible, careless and dishonest service. We strongly suggest everyone to avoid this place and Expedia to quit their collaboration. For those that will still decide to take their chances the room was standard, could be cleaner, the shower with no pressure and we had no water for several hours in the evening-night (excuse received is that they don't know the building yet being the new owners). The reception is loud with their music, the receptionist girls know nothing about transport and restaurants around. The breakfast poor compared to others we had in Peru, there is a lot of light coming in the room from the window with a thin curtain and the roof window with no curtain at all. They don't send taxis at the station. On the positive side just to give a full overview we received good info on the city, the night was silent fortunately and they kept our luggage for two nights that is why we wanted to come back, too bad they did not realise we will be back! Read more to have a clear overview.
Sehr nettes Personal, 24h Rezeption. Check out bis 10 Uhr.
