From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated, intentional, and effortlessly beautiful. From the second we pulled up, it just felt special. The location is perfect. You’re right in the middle of everything, and all the little shops and cafés are just steps away. We loved being able to walk everywhere and just wander around without any real plan. Rosemary Beach has such a cool, relaxed vibe, and the hotel fits right into it. The atmosphere was what really made it unforgettable. It somehow feels both laid-back and luxurious at the same time.

This was my third visit to the hotel and each time I am more impressed. From the warm welcome at the valet, to the friendly front desk, to the elegant room . . . all exceptional. I travel quite a bit and this hotel is one of my very favorites!

From the arrival to the hotel to the departure date, all the boxes were checked, and every contact with the staff showed them to be going above and beyond to make the experience unique. The only thing that I feel was lacking in the room was a heater in the bathroom because, during our stay, the temperature outside was in the teens with the windchill factor and that dampened the experience just a little bit. Other than that, we are definitely returning during our next visit.

• 379jodyn (10/5): Celebrating 30 years of marriage at The Pearl! - The Pearl has all the bells & whistles. My husband and I booked The Pearl for our 30th wedding anniversary. Traditionally, the 30th wedding anniversary is called the pearl anniversary so it was fitting. Things that I can highlight are room service ringing the adorable and bringing chocolates as a little nightcap treat, private access to the white, sandy beach, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, there are several restaurants nearby that serves amazing food, the people working there are extremely friendly and helpful.

• kaitlinmB6846VJ (4/5): Horrible don’t come if you’re a family - First of all the location is very close to the beach which is amazing the doorman was a gem but everything else was poor. This is NOT a family friendly hotel. It was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day they did NOTHING for children . It would be customary at any high end hotel you give a child a trinket or some special touches for Christmas or even Santa visiting nada ! The pool is ONLY for 18+ and the other pool for kids indoor is far away and I asked them for a shuttle there’s NONE . What ????? The bikes you get none are for kids so how we we bike ? Didn’t use anything . The food was over priced but delicious hence two stars . I had a man come into my room when I’m in my pjs to fix my door scared the crap out of me and he said they put a ticket for the door and he didn’t even know someone was staying here !!!! We heard a bunch of loud banging early in an before waking several times no idea what from . My daughter is vegan and on Xmas nothing was opened went to the rooftop bar she’s starving melting down and they said oh we have vegan food hummus and veggies ?!!!!! For Xmas dinner ?!!! They didn’t even explain that downstairs I could make something work . I had to go around the area and hotel to finally figure out i could order her soup and yogurt downstairs which after all the stress that was her Christmas dinner . She melted down for the rest of the day because of it and they had nothing for her to keep her occupied beside a sticker . No toys no coloring books nothing . I went into their little area and there was a turtle book sponsored by them that they said was for sale . Those should be customary for kids for Christmas since there’s absolutely nothing here for them . It was wild . You’re spending thousands here you get service like a motel . I would never recommend this for the high price unless you’re older maybe you’d enjoy this . But I visit luxury hotels on the regular and have never received poor service like this .

• 167reubenr (10/5): Anniversary Trip - The Pearl Hotel is iconic in its’ looks and location in Rosemary Beach Fl. It is in the heart of the small city and less than 100 yds from the beautiful beach! The employees set it apart with the most superb service, from the time you park your car until you leave! The Conciege, Mike Roscher was very helpful, friendly and informative! The Attendants had daily restocking, cleaning of our room and maintained it spotless! The Havana Grill was great as was the Roof Top Bar/Grill! You do not need your car after you arrive as the beautiful small 30A town has everything in walking distance, including many fine restaurants. There are many green spaces available and you do not feel crowded when you venture out of the hotel. There are numerous boutiques, sidewalk cafes and other shops right outside the hotel! You have a gated entrance to the beach and there are beach chairs/umbrellas for you to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of America! You also have bicycles,kayaks etc included n your stay! The hotel brought the most tasteful pimento & Cheese Spread to the room as well as daily cookies! We celebrated our anniversary and there was a complimentary bottle of champagne also! You could not ask for a more wonderful experience than The Pearl Hotel!

• Y5377HGhillarym (10/5): Anniversary weekend trip - Absolutely amazing service! Our room was clean with everything we needed including a beach bag and cooler to bring to the beach. The beach and pool has attendants with included water and sunscreen. The beach attendants set up your chair, umbrella, and mini table for you. We had a balcony room looking over the pool but could also see the ocean too which I wasn’t expecting and it was amazing. Room service was very quick. They brought us pimento cheese and crackers upon arrival and cookies each evening with turn down service. The beach cruiser bikes were amazing and we rode them all over. So many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We ubered from the airport in Panama City with no problems. It is on the pricey side but I think worth it for the service you receive when you’re there. Would 1000% recommend and will be staying there again.

This is the number one hotel to stay at. From the front door, the front desk, the room services, the resturant. Best fresh food every day and the concierge. Excellent services. They have services down and need to train other hotels to do the same. Thank you The pearl I will be back.

It didn't disappoint! The service is absolutely top-notch. I felt so spoiled and was really impressed by all of the "extras" that are included - a fridge stocked with free drinks, turn down service with cookies nightly, they sent champagne to our room the first night for our anniversary. There's even free water bottles at the beach and there were always beach chairs available, which is rare. The food at the hotel was excellent and so was the staff. Super impressed with the hotel, and the town of Rosemary Beach is absolutely lovely and very walkable.

Chriss at the front desk was so good about checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Austin and Joseph took good care of us at the beach. Aiden was the best valet and Katrina at the Havana was the best hostess, picture taker and tourist guide ever.
• minnesotans4 (8/5): Very popular hotel - The three of us booked a one night stay over Labor Day weekend a month in advance and it was the last available room. We appreciated the access to the beautiful beach with the 2 beach chairs, umbrella, towels and bottled water. Our room with 2 queen beds had a small balcony which overlooked the outside bar and patio. The room was above average with a refrigerator with complimentary waters and soft drinks. The most personable staff by far were the valet/doormen and the afternoon desk staff. Checkout was at 11:00 and we received a text in the evening that it was extended to 11:30. We were packing up at 11:20 when housekeeping opened the door and said she was surprised to see us. We told her that we had received a text for 11:30. She contacted the front desk and then the woman at the front desk called us to say that our check out was at 11:00. We went downstairs at 11:30 and showed her the hotel text. When she asked how our stay was, we said “fine”. We were a bit taken aback when she responded with “Just fine?” We were surprised when we saw Travel & Leisure rated this hotel one of the best. The room was exorbitantly priced and did not see the overall value.

All the local restaurants are so, so good! Beautiful beach! The dragonflies are a personal favorite. I don’t want to go on too much because I’ll always want to be able to get a reservation.
• cwbeard (10/5): Post-labor day at The Pearl - The Pearl is a top notch hotel. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is excellent. It is in one of the most prime locations along 30a with excellent food and shopping just steps away. The included beach service (chairs, and umbrellas) makes getting down to the beach and relaxing extremely easy. I wish there was a way to order food and beverages while on the beach. The valets are attentive and very courteous. Check in and check out were extremely smooth. The pool is so relaxing and is very upscale. Overall this is a special place to stay and I can’t wait to come back.

The hotel accommodations, location, and staff were top-notch, the town was charming with lots of nice shops and restaurants, and the beach was beautiful And not crowded. I enjoy jogging and biking in the area was great for both and felt very safe. We definitely return and highly recommend.

The staffer embarrassed us at check-in, the elevators were not working properly, the lights didn't turn on in the bathroom we had to ask to have it fixed, we wanted 2 queen beds they could only offer 1 king bed and a cot, and the cot was meant to be for a child, so we will try a different place if the opportunity comes up.

The hotel is small enough where they can get to know you a little bit if desired. The attention to detail especially with room turnover was impressive actually. The location was great in terms of being set right within walking distance of all the local shops. The bikes provided were perfect for local travel. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Would stay here again in a second.
• T4458TAemilys (10/5): Good stay for 3 days - We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in August. Our room was ready when we checked in at 10am which was much appreciated. We chose a room without a view to save on cost and it came with a very small patio with a high wall. We didn't spend any time out there. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need and would expect from an upscale 4 star hotel- slippers, robes, amenity kits, free sodas and water in the mini fridge. Decor in the rooms is nice, but could use a refresh to feel more "upscale". Daily maid service is provided both in the morning and at night and they did an in-depth service each time. We had a great experience at the spa. Very relaxing. Note that it is small- treatment rooms are just off the pool so you wait there before and after your service. Pool was nice and refreshing and the pool attendant was nice for ordering drinks. Overall location of the hotel is great- right in the heart of Rosemary Beach. That is where most of the cost of the hotel comes from. The hotel provides plenty of bikes that you can use to travel to nearby towns. Service at the rooftop bar and the onsite restaurant was very slow. Food was decent- but we had much better meals offsite. Overall a good experience, recommend going during offseason for more reasonable pricing and less crowds.

They called me by name with each interaction and so eager to assist with anything I needed. From the greeter that hold the doors for you to the front desk staff to the housekeepers. You will not find a better hotel. Location is amazing and the rooms were comfortable and gorgeous. Turn down service, personal notes and cookies each night. They have mastered customer service.

All your needs are taken care of; don't worry about bringing anything to the beach or pool, you will have a lounge chair, umbrella and towels provided. They also provide paddleboards and bicycles free of charge. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance, but make sure you make reservations as they are always busy (and amazingly delicious)!

It was so nice being able to just walk down to the beach and have chairs ready for us, and the location of the Pearl is great for walking to dinner. Room was dirty when we checked in- hairs in bathroom, dirty floors, phone not working, makeup mirror didn't have batteries, balcony door stuck and wouldn't open/ just unacceptable condition when paying $900 a night. Walls are paper thin- couple next to us was fighting and had a screaming child that woke us up each morning. Staff very young. When I complained about the room at check in- the manager was "in a meeting" all night, and no one could help me until the next day. The air conditioning was broken in the restaurant our first evening. This is the worse value for money of any hotel I've visited. 1 star for location on beach and 1 star for the kind front desk manager that addressed my concerns the next day.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, care, and exceptional service from every member of the team. The hospitality here is bar none — truly some of the best we’ve ever experienced. The valet team — Jack, Filip, Tom, Colin, Dalton, and every other member we encountered — made us feel immediately welcome. Their kindness and professionalism were unmatched. The concierge staff, especially Abigail and Fin, were knowledgeable, thoughtful, and always eager to help us make the most of our time. Every question we had was met with genuine interest and care. At the pool, we were blown away by the attentiveness of Chris, Gar, and Emmanuel. Daily rainstorms rolled in around 3 p.m., and each time, they quickly and carefully safeguarded all our belongings with such grace — never missing a beat. On the beach, Cooper, Austin, Kaleil, and Joseph were happy to accommodate our party of four with extra chairs and umbrellas. Their cheerful energy and willingness to help made each beach day seamless and stress-free. Our room was perfection, thanks to the incredible work of Dominga, Mayra, and Manuel. Every detail was immaculate, and the sweet little treats left behind each day were such a thoughtful (and delicious!) surprise. The only area that didn’t quite meet the high bar set by the rest of the hotel was the on-site restaurant — and, frankly, the surrounding restaurants didn’t impress much either. As Cuban American foodies, we found the menu underwhelming. The flavors and overall quality didn’t reflect the level of excellence found elsewhere at The Pearl. That said, Will, our server, was an absolute standout — warm, attentive, and professional. After a cold, overcooked steak and fries (which I sent back), he quickly brought me a Caesar salad that was actually quite tasty. He’s a gem and deserves a menu that matches his service. Honestly, we think a thoughtful F&B overhaul could be transformational — welcoming in more diverse palates and elevating The Pearl to an even more sought-after destination. The potential is there. The staff are top notch and the hotel, amenities and entire experience are second-to-none. While it is more expensive than many hotels, the old-adage applies... "you get what you pay for."

What a find - I cannot recall the last time I stayed at a hotel in the US or abroad where I received this level of service from each and every staff member. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Amazing care taken of guests by the front desk, valet, beach guys, and at every other level.

• Sunshine59142297030 (10/5): Wonderful 5 Night Stay - The five nights I stayed at The Pearl in late May was simply fabulous! This was my fifth time staying at The Pearl , two previous trips were with my late husband. The entire staff was welcoming and provided excellent service from checkin, Havana Beach Bar and Grill, Rooftop dining, beach chair set up to checking out. The town is very walkable with a wide assortment of restaurants and shops. I was made aware of two weddings two weeks prior to my arrival and I planned accordingly for meals My room was spacious, large bathroom with great products to use, and was very comfortable with a town view this visit. I was concerned prior to my visit if the town view would be noisy, but it was very quiet. I plan to return to The Pearl in the future. It’s truly a gem.

The location and amenities made this the most enjoyable trip! We were steps away from the beach. They had staff available to set up lounge chairs and umbrellas which made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We will be back.
• O465UAfrankm (2/5): An Instagram vs. Reality Nightmare! - I work in events and have stayed in hotels all over the world. I fly business class and own a multi million dollar company. Drove up from Tampa to test out travel with our newborn (5 months old) first night an engineer walks right into our baby’s room (no knock or call) TWICE while my son tries to sleep with a sound machine lightly playing. We call front desk, they said neighboring room complained about the sound machine. They apologized for not calling us first to inquire before barging into a closed dark room where we thought our child was being taken. Still told us to turn off machine… but then get this IRONY!!! The next night as I’m putting the kid to sleep our room positioned right above the DJ booth during a small wedding! Blasts music, FRONT DESK NEVER TOLD US ABOUT A WEDDING, despite the contrary. We call to see what time the wedding will be over and if anything can be done/move room, they can’t accommodate, despite barging into our room the night before. Great location, but too much money for the lack of inexperienced and inhospitable staffing and management! Pass on this and get a more affordable Airbnb where no one will ruin your vacation. Beautiful on IG, but basic and overconfident in person.

There were 2 weddings during our stay and while they were beautiful to watch from afar it was a bummer the rooftop bar was closed both days which meant NO frozen drinks. The hotel did notify us of the closure a couple weeks before our stay which I thought was very professional.

I think the hotel is missing out on a big opportunity by not serving food and drinks at the beach, but other than that, nothing negative to say! All of the staff was very helpful and kind. The Pearl made our whole stay so effortless and it was perfect for our first family vacation with a toddler. The staff from the valet guys to front desk to rooftop staff and housekeeping loved our family so well and spoiled our little girl and husband for his birthday. Will absolutely be back as soon as we can!
• two_elles (10/5): The Pearl - A True Gem of Stellar Service - Wendy in Concierge Services is the best example of how to treat your guests! From the moment we booked our travel she stayed in constant communication with us to ensure we had a wonderful experience. There was one mishap with a vendor and she still handled on our behalf, which is above and beyond. As a person with a disability and dietary restrictions she and the entire staff made sure that I was able to have a wonderful anniversary celebration. The Havana restaurant as well as bar service at the pool was very good and we enjoyed having breakfast, dinner, brunch, at Havana and snacks by the pool. The pool experience is laid back for adults only and the drink menu was delicious as well as the food options. The gulf view room is excellent and worth every penny coupled with the stunning views and stellar housekeeping services. The robes, slippers, and turn down service made it feel like our home away from home. Every day our refrigerator was restocked and although they did not have my husband’s favorite Sprite the front desk offered to purchase for us but we kindly refused as there were a lot of other drink options. We we pleasantly surprised with our anniversary welcome gift! Lastly, the beach attendants are very friendly, helpful, and were so attentive to our needs. Constantly checking on us providing fresh towels, complimentary water, and each day helped us with the perfect beach setup. No matter what time you arrive there’s a great view and the reserved space for Pearl guests is ample. Every day an opportunity to spend some quality time together at the beach was so special. You have an amazing establishment, centrally located to great stores and The Pearl is truly unmatched in every aspect!!! • N884QClilyc (10/5): 5 Star Experience at The Pearl - Tom, Abigail, Tim, and Dalton were absolutely excellent. They operate as a real team and it made our experience top notch. From the valet to the front desk, everything ran seamlessly. Housekeeping was extraordinarily friendly and did a great job cleaning the room- we loved our cookies from them. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Great location and the beach attendants did a great job getting us set up daily. Comfortable chairs and it’s always nice to have fresh towels and umbrellas.
• Frank (10/5): - First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. Hotel staff generally were 100% on top of things. Always smiling and helpful. Only thing was that our complimentary keurig was not replaced twice. We called downstairs and they actually sent us a nice fresh pot of coffee. Other thing was that we booked a town view and were given a room with a view of the back of other homes. I mentioned it and they said that it qualified as town view. Ugh. Otherwise it was great. Concierge was always helpful. Thanks Wendy Rooms are spacious and plenty of drawers. Nice robes beach bag with towels for beach. Yoga mat in room. We plan to be back.

It’s right in the heart of Rosemary Beach and right on the beach (if you count park in front of the hotel. They reserve a section of the white powder beach for chairs, umbrellas, & towels solely for their guests. We always got a spot. We ate breakfast at their restaurant or had room service daily and it was excellent.
• kbentonca (10/5): Big blue review - This place was a great hotel. staff was great room and room service good location great. The only issue i have is the roof top bar was closed 3 out of the 4 days we were there because of 2 weddings also one night for dinner was not available. From what i was told by staff this is a prime spot for weddings and they have them all the time. I understand that the hotel has to make money on events but it not fare to the other guest that payed 700.00 + a night not to have access to there facilities. So if you go i would suggest you try to avoid the weekends when most of the weddings happen there to avoid this situation. when we booked it far in advance we were not informed of the weddings until it got closer in and it was to late to change our reservations for the weekday. I will have to say the hotel was very good about cutting music off at 9:30 Pm and respecting the guest. But i felt like ok cannot use your facilities will spend our money at other restaurants in the area and there are good ones so we did and no regrets on that. Just keep this in mind.

Breakfast was included in the price was amazing and each room was views to the beach. This is a very special place to spend quiet down time with family.All of the Shopping and Resturants are very unique and small scale.Not the big upscale Business.

So we travelled further afield to Grayton Beach which is a public beach and had an enormous amount of beach to ourselves. It's like a 'fake' tuscan town or trying to be something like that. No character at all.

From the valet services out front (Jack and Kyle) to the amazing staff at the on-site restaurant, Havana Beach, everything is very nice. Highly recommend.

Weather was not the greatest so pool area was closed but it did not dampen our visit. Rooms are spotless and attended every day and evening for turn down service. I did have a cold breakfast one morning but they were extremely apologetic, took it off our bill and sent a bottle of champagne to our room to apologize. Going above and beyond. Staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Had lunch on the last day and it was delicious - even had desert - don't normally but it was incredible.

I’m still dreaming about the luxurious bed linens providing a perfect night’s sleep.

Very close to the beach and has beach access. The staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly. I also got text messages to check on my stay during the days I was there or to tell me that I have missed the nightly snacks/treats since my privacy light was on and that it was available anytime I would want to. Amy at the front desk is a complete pro and proactively identifies wats to make your stay more enjoyable. Perfect location. Small little additions like homemade pimento cheese and fresh baked cookies delivered to your room is a really nice touch. Spa, roof top bar and nice pool. Cannot more highly recommend the Pearl! Looking forward to our next visit.
