Luce soffusa blu addirittura dentro la doccia. La posizione era ottima! 3 min a piedi dal centro storico di Matera e il parcheggio difronte la struttura (ovviamente a pagamento) ma comodissimo. Alessandro super gentile e tranquillo! Consiglio vivamente.

- Dahbia (10/5): - Ogni dettaglio della camera è scelto con estrema cura. Qualsiasi cosa possa rendere il soggiorno più confortevole è presente. L’host è molto gentile e disponibile.
- Karin (9/5): Hezké ubytování, chybělo jen pár detailů pro dokonalost. - Byli jsme moc spokojení. Pokoj byl čistý, útulný a měl všechno, co jsme potřebovali. Ubytování je navíc na výborném místě, blízko centra. Určitě bych se sem vrátila a doporučuji všem, kdo chtějí klidné a příjemné místo k pobytu. Jedinou drobností bylo, že postel byla umístěná hlavou ke dveřím, což nám úplně nevyhovovalo. Také jsme postrádali povlečení na peřině – možná jde o místní (italský) standard, ale podle evropských zvyklostí by to bylo pohodlnější.

- Susan (9/5): A very comfortable hotel in a handy location. - The location is on the edge of Sassi so easy to walk to the historic area. It’s on a main road but we didn’t hear any traffic. Staff were very quick to reply via WhatsApp and checkin was self-serve with a very clear video. Parking was arranged in a parking garage about 300-400m away. An Italian breakfast was included in our room rate which was more than enough (yoghurt, fruit, 2 croissants). The room was very spacious and the steam shower was terrific. The bed was very comfortable. There is an elevator! Really minor things. It looks really slick but in some aspects not that practical eg you need a degree to work out the lights as there are so many switches! The round basins in the bathroom aren’t that practical and lighting over these sinks is minimal so not great for putting on makeup. Our room had a hot plate for cooking but no sink so you have to use the bathroom- odd. And the plates/cutlery are an odd combination (only flat plates, no bowls and only 1 tablespoon). Breakfast is actually at another hotel up the road - about a 7 minute walk which we didn’t realise (it finishes by 10.00am). Not a problem, just didn’t realise. And my pet peeve with hotels: we put our towels on racks not on the floor so we can reuse yet staff replaced them. On the 2nd floor there is a lounge area and some guests had a lovely loud conversation there at around 8.00am waking everyone up. 🤦♀️

Pas de parking mais parking public à 200m du logement (10€/ 24h). - Le petit déjeuné: à 500m de notre hotel, dans un autre hotel. On nous a tout d'abord proposé un petit déjeuné "italian breakfast", mais uniquement composé d'un café et un croissant ... Sans le savoir en avance, nous sommes allés au buffet nous servir et nous nous sommes vus engueulés par la serveuse de l'autre hotel!! Nous avons donc fait part de notre désagrément et notre responsable d'hotel nous a donc octroyé une carte (qu'il avait déjà en stock) pour une petit déjeuné buffet (normal dans un logement de ce prix). Dommage de devoir négocier pour avoir des prestations digne de cette gamme de prix... - la climatisation n'est mise en route uniquement lorsqu'on est dans la chambre.. - seulement une petite fenêtre avec des barreaux pour toute la chambre - bouteille d'eau à 2€ dans le minibar - capsules de café à disposition mais machine sur le pallier pour tout le monde.
