- Ezekwem (8/5): It was good and could be better. - Housekeeping and housekeeper. Friendly Manager. London Metropolitan Police came to my apartment, banging on the door. Apparently, it was a wrong address. I felt vulnerable and insecure. It was reported and they later called me from the office to offer their apology. Also, to avoid slip and fall, the shower bath needs to be changed to the walk-in shower closet, and install hand supports.

- tony (9/5): Loved it would stay here again when next in that area for sure - safe and secure place to stay :) - location was amazing close to all I needed very quite at night so good sleep and not to busy in the morning to get around - the tube stop is a couple of minutes away so very easy to get to where you need to be. the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. the caretaker was very friendly and helpful - just ask him for anything and he will assist :) not enough plates and cups and items to cook with. The big issue was only one set of keys, is a bit of a struggle when you have more than one person as logistically you have to plan for key swapping or a person stay in the apartment till the other one returns - this is a bit messy due to the single key & fob for the apartment - something to improve upon - apart from that hassle free :)

- Peter (7/5): - Die Lage ist ganz gut. Das Personal ist auch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist schon ein wenig abgewohnt. Das Sofa ist speckig, der Wasserkocher ist defekt, eine Kaffeemaschine gab es auch nicht, auf der Dunstabzughaube liegt eine Fettschicht. Kleine Dinge, die man einfach beheben könnte wen man wollte. Am schlimmsten war das Bett: ein Doppelbett von 1,40 m Breite mit einer durchgelegenen oder billigen Matratze. Jedenfalls so nachgiebig, dass man sich zu zweit so richtig auf den Wecker fällt...

Calefacción perfecta y en funcionalidad electrodomésticos muy bien.El anfitrión respondió siempre y muy amable. faltaban bandejas para servir comida, ensaladera, colador pasta y alguna otra cosa el resto todo excelente.

No hangers in closets. Not a corkscrew for picking up red wine. Glasses, plates and cutlery were very poor. No tablecloth.

Nos atendieron muy bien e incluso nos cambiaron las toallas a la segunda noche( estuvimos 4)La zona es tranquila y está a menos de 10 minutos del metro de Aldgate Station, por lo que llegábamos fácilmente a cualquier punto. Y a 15 minutos andando de Tower Bridge Por decir algo, no conseguimos entender bien la calefacción , aunque no pasamos nada de frío .

Restaurants und Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Betten sehr bequem. Tolle Küche. Freundlicher Empfang. Bad, Küche, Betten sehr sauber. Bei anderen Sachen muss ein Auge zugedrückt werden ( Fenster, Balkon etc.)

A primeira questão muito relevante, após a confirmação da estadia, recebi um mensagem falando que teria que deixar no checkin um caução de 500 libras, em dinheiro, eles esconderam essa informação na parte mais baixa das políticas de acomodação. Saquei o dinheiro, perdi quase 200 dólares em taxas e conversão do caixa eletrônico no aeroporto. Cheguei no checkin, e não pediram nada. Outra questão, o aquecimento somente no quarto. A segurança foi um problema, um dia antes do checkout o funcionário abriu a porta do apartamento falando que estava na hora de ir embora, absurdo! A partir dali parecia que a qualquer momento poderia entrar alguém para fazer mal a minha família.
- Daniel (7/5): Was a nice place, good quality, good price, £500 cash deposit was very weird though - The room was huge, very good value for money, plenty clean and had everything in the room that i could need, comfortable sofa, chairs and bed too. the kettle needs replacing, the inside of it was falling apart putting plastic in the water every time it boiled, also the £500 cash deposit on entry was an unpleasant surprise, feels pretty dodgy and would 100% be more comfortable if it was done as a card transfer deposit over a website or something and then refunded instead, as money from bank accounts are traceable and more secure then going to the closest ATM to the hotel, and having to use 2 different cards to take out the maximum withdrawal amount (250) from the ATM to then walk back to the hotel with £500 in my pockets and then hand it over to a stranger who could've been anyone as it's just some bloke that comes and meets you to take the money and give you the keys, however despite all that the money was returned in the end.

- Linda (9/5): Super fijn appartement - Meer dat geweldig appartement. Schoon, netjes, modern ingericht. We maken regelmatig gebruik van hotelkamers in Londen, deze overtrof onze verwachtingen. Prettige woonkamer en moderne ruime keuken, ruime slaapkamer en royale badkamer. Medhi, de gastheer, was zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend. Het appartementenhotel ligt aan een rustige straat maar binnen 5 min. Sta je bij de towerbrigde en metro. Wel verstandig om 10 min.voor aankomst even te bellen omdat de receptie niet 24/7 bezet is. Erg warm in het gebouw, de thermostaat mag wel een paar graden lager ingesteld worden.

- Ana (6/5): Mala atención, no resuelven los problemas. - La ubicación y en general el apartamento estaba bastante bien, muebles, habitación, cocina bastante nueva, espacioso. Fuimos en verano y hacía unos 30º, no dispone de aire acondicionado y tiene 2 ventiladores de pie, uno de ellos con muy poca potencia. El problema es que por las noches refresca y se podría solucionar el problema del calor, pero la ventana de la habitación no se abre nada más que 5 cm por arriba, por lo que dormir por las noches era insoportable. Se lo dijimos al conserje pero nos dijo que no nos dejaba la llave para abrir más la ventana. Se lo dije al dueño pero no me contestó. El colchón de la cama muy incómodo, lo leímos en otros comentarios pero parece que no quiere cambiarlo. Pedimos una cuna para mi hijo, nos cobró 15€ la noche y cuando llegamos nos dijo que no tenía colchón que nos apañáramos con un edredón nórdico y que durmiera encima. Le comuniqué al propietario la incidencia y me dijo que iba a solucionarlo, a día de hoy seguimos esperando. Mínimo nos podría devolver los 75€ que nos cobró de la cuna.

- Flavius (1/5): - ⭐ 1/5 — If you like disappointment with a central location, this one's for you Twyne House Apartments sells itself as a modern, comfortable place to stay — reality says otherwise. What you're really getting is a glorified studio with a double bed shoved in, and a “sofa bed” that’s more like a bad joke. Unless you're under 4 feet tall or enjoy sleeping folded like luggage, it’s unusable. We asked the staff for a solution (naively thinking customer service existed) and were met with shrugs and zero help. No alternative, no apology — just a polite brush-off. Yes, the location is close to the center, but that’s about the only thing going for it. The facilities are basic at best, and the layout makes it feel more like a budget student flat than a serviced apartment. If you’re traveling with more than two people, or expecting anything close to what the pictures promise, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
- Martin (5/5): - 1) Kaucia 500 GBP, ktorá je uvedená v podmienkach ubytovania až na úplnom konci, za hodnoteniami. 2) Apartmán je bez bežného prevádzkového vybavenia (soľ, korenie, tablety do umývačky, prací prostriedok) aspoň na 1 použitie. 3) Nábytok v jedálenskej časti kuchyne je opotrebovaný. 4) Umývačka riadu mala veľmi znečistený filter (nebol čistený mesiace). 5) Digestor nad varnou doskou bol pokrytý mastnou vrstvou prachu.

As fofos que mostraram no site não tinham nada a ver com o que ficamos - A localização A limpeza, havia coisas pouco limpas na cozinha e nos ventiladores cheios de pó . O meu filho tem alergia a ácaros e no dia seguinte teve alergia. A cozinha tinha pouco equipamentos e loiças para uma família.

El apartamento sin aire acondicionado, tiene una calefacción central a 27 grados que no se puede anular, para invierno está muy bien pero en verano ni con las ventanas abiertas se puede esrar

Had to keep the balcony doors closed to stop the smell coming in, which made it very hot. The sofa bed was in fact just a sofa which myself and my daughter took turns on sleeping as very uncomfortable.

Bett ist etwas durchgelegen, war für uns aber kein Problem, wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Wohnung war sehr Warum, Baderzimmer waren Super!! U-Bahn Station ist nicht gerade um's Eck, aber ein paar Minuten gehen ist bei einem Urlaub in London sowieso Voraussetzung :) Wohnung war sehr warm - im Winter bestimmt ein Vorteil. Kästen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Achtung: Man vekommt nur 1 Zimmerschlüssel. aber sonst alles bestens. Danke
