Muy muy mal ubicadas las estancias del hotel Mucho calor dentro del hotel, comiendo, en hall.... Lo único bueno las habitaciones aunque la limpieza diaria brilla por su ausencia
- Miguel Ángel (4/5): - El ultimo día de estancia, estalló la mampara del baño, gracias a Dios, no ocurrió nada grave y nadie del hotel se puso en contacto con nosotros para darnos algún tipo de explicación y preguntar por lo ocurrido. Sólo se comportó muy bien la señora de la limpieza y el hombre de mantenimiento

- Sandra (2/5): Caro, malo y sucio para nada es un hotel de 4 * - La experiencia a sido pésima no volveré a ir jamás lo juro Trabajo en la hostelería y considero que a este hotel le hace falta una buena inspección tanto de sanidad como de riesgo Comida en mal estado , socorrista que solo hacen mirar el móvil sin prestar atención a las personas, piscina totalmente peligrosa que no tiene ninguna seguridad para los niños ni adultos ( de lo cual presenciamos varias caídas de personas mayores que iban caminando y de niños ni te cuento) el filo de la piscina es una cuchilla todo en conjunto de suelo gress asta la piscina sin ningún antideslizante y mi hijo se agarró al bordé de la piscina y las manos le olía a pies ,nada de higiene en los baños públicos, las escaleras de los toboganes llena de suciedad y super peligroso Nos fuimos un día antes dejando la habitación ( ni cenamos ni desayuno) pusimos una hoja de reclamaciones recogimos todas nuestras cosas y abandonamos el hotel sin duda alguna no volveremos nunca más

- Verified traveler (10/5): Estupendo para niños. - Hotel estupendo para pasar unos días en familia,por cercanía a la playa y actividades para los niños. Buffet bastante completo y servicio excelente. La única pega es que se debería de tener un poco más de limpieza en zonas comunes como en los jardines de la piscina y en habitaciones.

- Erwan (6/5): améliorations à prévoir. - La chambre était propre mais équipements vieillots. L immeuble nécessite un coup de rafraîchissement. L isolation est inexistante et le personnel ne fait rien pour conserver le calme dans l enceinte la nuit. Les cars de tourisme se garent devant l hôtel et laissent leur moteur tourner ce qui ajoute du bruit. Personnel de la réception très chaleur.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, winziger Balkon mit einem Stuhl. Frühstück sehr gut, mit Omelett und Eiern. Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Hotel. Wir hatten das letzte Zimmer am Gang - Wlan sehr langsam. Unser Zimmer hatte Meerblick, war jedoch direkt oberhalb der Küche. Die ganze Nacht war ein äußerst unangenehmes Brummgeräusch der Lüftungsanlagen zu hören, da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind und nicht dicht schließen.
- Ángeles (8/5): El hotel muy bien pero cerca no hay restaurantes - Hemos tenido que coger el coche para todo no hay nada cerca ni restaurantes ni supermercados...
- francisco manuel (4/5): Mejor no vayas - La recepción bien, personal muy atento, amable y simpático, una vez reservada la habitación apenas tuvimos mas contactos, porque la verdad, tampoco lo necesitamos. La habitacion, ahí es donde nos cambió la cara, la primera impresión, no estaba lo suficientemente limpio, de hecho las huellas de las manos de los niños del cliente anterior estaba por los cristales,... tampoco es que los dias siguientes hicieran mucha limpieza, creo que no he estado en un 3 o 4 estrellas mas sucia la habitacion, (solo vi una limpiadora por cada 40 habitaciones, aunque no se si habra mas). Pasamos a la terraza, que se ve muy bien desde fuera, pero por dentro ves que mas de la mitad se pierde en una especie de terrazo que estan abandonados, y para colmo alli esta el motor del antediluviano aire acondicionado , por lo que al final queda sitio para una persona y gracias. Cuarto de baño, grifería desgastada del uso, hasta el punto de haber perdido el cromado, un picotazo en la bañera repasado con pintura para evitar el moho, y la cisterna no funcionaba, o se atascaba... la reforma posterior a 1973, al menos a mi habitación no llego restaurante, solo desayuno, muy bien el personal, escelente la comida, buena y variada, la limpieza de la cuberteria de regular a mala El resto de instalaciones no las vimos, por que nos pasabamos todo el dia fuera en las playas, si utilizamos el servicio del tren a la playa, qu estaba muy bien, muy simpatico, y te ahorrabas el paseo

Aislamiento de ventana inesistente. Minibar defectuoso. Puerta de entrada chirriante, sin freno. Imposible regulacion temperatura agua de la ducha. TV, solo TDT , nada de canales via satelite. Cobran estancia antes de ver la habitacion
