Hugo (9/5): Overall great experience, and amazing staff - The property itself is beautiful, like on the picture. The staff is great, and the food is delicious. The game drives were great and our guide Keegan was the best: very nice and very knowledgeable. Drinks were excluded (even soda), we thought this was an all inclusive stay.
Sarah (1/5): Bad - Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay here as a few hours before my arrival I was told they do not accommodate single nights and my reservation was cancelled. I’m not sure why this isn’t clear when I booked. I tried to book for an additional night but then it was ‘fully booked’.
