- Agustina (9/5): Muy buena - Muy lindo apartamento, a algunos minutos caminando del centro histórico de Lecce. Era muy cómodo y amplio, estuvimos muy cómodos. El personal fue muy amable. Pudimos aparcar el coche. Muy recomendable No andaba el wifi. Es lo único.
- Susana (7/5): - Ubicación y tamaño del apartamento Atención del señor Tomás Estuvimos alojados en un dúplex con dos habitaciones, una en la primera planta y otra en la segunda y los dos baños estaban en la segunda planta ,por lo que consideramos que están mal distribuidos ya que faltaba un baño en la primera planta. Mal olor a desagüe y gas Los exteriores del apartamento: jardín ,entrada y aparcamiento del coche estaban desatendidos y con mucha necesidad de acondicionamiento y cuidado.

- Nora (8/5): - Le jaccuzi très sympa après une journée de visite. Chambre très spacieuse. Amabilité et gentillesse de la dame au petit déjeuner. Des fourmis dans la chambre. Pas d’aide pour apporter les valises dans la chambre ou les charger dans la voiture le jour du départ, pourtant devant le monsieur de l’hôtel.

- Dr med (3/5): niet voor herhaling vatbaar - ontbijt was OK, naar Italiaanse normen; de dame van de keuken was behulpzaam maar niet capabel om de euvels van de kamer op te lossen: bed leeslamp verlichting stuk; verwarming in de badkamer niet te starten er was niemand bij de ontvangst, we moesten ons behelpen met een video ! er was ook niemand bij de check-out en toen er betaalproblemen opdoken (wisseling van creditcard) was de eigenaar zeer ontdaan dat hij zich moest verplaatsen, wat uiteindelijk uitmondde in een scheldpartij !!

- Eva (5/5): Buona posizione, ma il resto... - Posizione comoda Comunicazione scadente, a volte perfino un po' aggressiva. Colazione non disponibile causa malattia della persona che se ne occupava, pulizie stessa cosa (i miei suoceri per i quali avevo prenotato hanno dovuto chiedere per favore, ed è stato passato solo l'aspirapolvere), l'acqua calda non arrivava e hanno chiamato il numero a disposizione per chiedere se dovessero loro fare qualcosa e gli è stato risposto di avere pazienza che l'acqua calda ci mette un po' ad arrivare (alla fine è arrivata tiepida) ma che comunque in quel momento non avevano tempo e arrivederci. Il giorno dopo riferendo a uno dei (credo) proprietari, lui ha risposto che non credeva proprio che la governante avesse risposto così, dandogli praticamente dei bugiardi. Forse sarebbe utile un corso di buone maniere.

Lots of restaurants around, it felt safe and secure. Parking was easy on the roadside. Breakfast was good, a varied selection and lots of it! Abbiamo preso in affitto la dépendance in cui risultano esserci due bagni ma in realtà la doccia è situata solo in un bagno. Il viale di accesso alla depandance è dissestato.

Secondo me il prezzo un po' alto per una stanza bella spaziosa si, ma con la vasca idromassaggio all'interno della camera da letto che rilascia vapore, non è il massimo. Il secondo letto viene ricavato dal divano letto un po' scomodo. La colazione soprattutto quella salata qualitativamente non rispecchia gli standard di una Suites.

- Martina (7/5): - Appartamento privato su due piani spaziosissimo, climatizzatori funzionanti, ambienti puliti. Nell'appartamento su due livelli i bagni sono due... ma la doccia è una sola!! E non era specificato. Fare la doccia dopo una giornata di mare in 6 persone è stato alquanto scomodo. Purtroppo non è specificato che il parcheggio privato della Domus è a pagamento, 10 euro al giorno (e noi avevamo due macchine e avevamo scelto la struttura apposta anche per il parcheggio!!) Comunque il parcheggio in strada si trova... soltanto che avrei preferito un pò più di chiarezza da subito.

- Massimo (10/5): Soggiorno relax a Lecce. - B&B bello e confortevole, con possibilità di parcheggio su prenotazione, che in una città come Lecce è un plus non da poco. Bibiana ed il suo staff ci hanno accolto benissimo coccolandoci per tutto il soggiorno. Sempre attenti, disponibili e soprattutto sempre operativi ad ogni ora. Vicinanza con il centro storico, 10 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo.

- Leone (10/5): Esperienza meravigliosa❤️ - La struttura è bella, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera era dotata di tutti i comfort e del necessario per sentirsi subito a casa. Bibiana è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile: ci ha dato tantissimi consigli preziosi sulle spiagge da visitare, anche in base ai venti, aiutandoci a scegliere ogni giorno il posto migliore. La posizione è ideale, sia per muoversi a piedi che per raggiungere in auto le località più belle del Salento. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la colazione: ricca, varia e pensata in ottica anti-spreco, con dolci freschi del giorno davvero deliziosi. Un gesto premuroso è stato l’offerta di un ombrellone, utile nel caso non avessimo trovato un lido disponibile nelle spiagge più affollate. Un’esperienza autentica e piacevole, che consigliamo con entusiasmo!
- Cataldo (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! L’atmosfera è accogliente e familiare, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di relax lontano dal caos. Le camere sono curate nei dettagli, pulitissime e dotate di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. La colazione è stata una vera coccola: prodotti freschi, genuini e preparati con attenzione. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la disponibilità e la gentilezza dei proprietari, sempre pronti a dare consigli utili sulla zona e a far sentire gli ospiti benvenuti. La posizione è ideale per visitare i dintorni, ma al tempo stesso garantisce tranquillità e riservatezza. Un posto che sa unire comfort, calore umano e un’attenzione sincera all’ospite. Sicuramente ci tornerò!

I won’t choose it again - The apartment was quite spacious (but not so spacious for 6 people) and in an almost close walking distance from the old town (15 minutes walk). Polite owner I was disappointed that you had to pay 10 euros per day just to park the car in the garden of the house. Also, I think it’s reasonable to provide at least a coffee maker and some coffee capsules since breakfast isn’t included. In terms of cleanliness, the dead mosquitoes on the walls from previous guests should have been cleaned up. The outdoor space was unkempt and didn’t make you want to spend time there. Lastly, one bathroom is definitely not enough for six people!

- Fanny (8/5): Grand appartement à 10-15mn à pied du centre - L’accueil de Bibiana est un rayon de soleil ! La résidence est sécurisée avec place de parking à 10/15mn à pied du centre historique. Les surfaces de l’appartement sont agréables, avec climatisation. Petit supermarché et pâtisserie à 5mn. Le confort de l’appartement pourrait être amélioré ainsi que l’équipement de la cuisine. Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas ombragée. L’une des chambres sur la rue manque d’isolation et il y a des gros travaux en ce moment juste derrière.

- Stefania (8/5): - staff super accogliente la vasca idromassaggio ottima colazione con prodotto di pasticceria a scelta posizione molto vicina al centro dalle foto sembrava tenuta meglio, ad esempio cambierei gli infissi molto datati e difficili da aprire colazione al buffet standard, aggiungerei l acqua che mancava un po’ troppo costosa

- Calame (7/5): Goede locatie om vandaaruit Lecce te verkennen - Locatie uitstekend op 10 minuten lopen van historisch centrum. Gastvrouw Bibiani erg behulpzaam. Uitstekende ontvangst met uitleg van de hot spots van de stad. Eenvoudige woning met goede bedden en 2 slaapkamers. Sober ingericht , maar voldoet. Prijs / kwaliteit is in verhouding. zeer goede broodjeszaak aan de overkant van de weg. Supermarkt er naast. Zijn bezig met het opknappen van naastgelegen pand en daardoor begon de herrie al om 06.45 uur. Maar voor de 3 dagen dat we bleven te overzien.

- Nelly (10/5): - Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Bibiana et tout le personnel de l'établissement. Ce dernier est très bien placé avec parking privé et très proche du centre historique à pieds. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Personnel très sympathique. Bibiana parle très bien Français et est ravie d'échanger dans notre langue. Elle a été de très bons conseils pour la suite de notre voyage. Nous la remercions vivement pour sa gentillesse, ses conseils, son sourire. Une très belle rencontre.
- Vincent (6/5): - La chambre est spacieuse et l’établissement à taille humaine. Bibiana est accueillante et parle français. L’etablissement est bien situé pour les personnes voyageant en voiture: possibilité de se garer et de partir à pied (10 minutes) pour aller explorer la vielle ville. Malheureusement, la salle de bain avait une odeur nauséabonde (problème d’évacuation ou de refoulement d’égouts). C’est assez désagréable et gâche un peu le plaisir. Quelques autres petits points peuvent être améliorés pour améliorer davantage l’expérience (ex. disponibilité du parking, établissement un peu vieillot qui mériterait quelques petits travaux de remise au goût du jour, manque de rangements dans la chambre).

- Germaine (10/5): Geweldig - Fantastische ontvangst van Bibiane. Super hulpvaardig. Ongelooflijk ruime kamer en badkamer. Comfortniveau bed en alles heel schoon. Koffie en thee op de kamer, water in de koelkast. En dan ook nog eens een pijnstiller van Bibiana voor mijn rugklachten. Kortom... helemaal top. En ook nog eens een geweldige ligging voor een bezoek aan de oude stad. Niets
- Ivana (4/5): The overall description on booking is misleading. - Walming distance to the centre, parking 1. Our mezanine appartment with 2 bedrooms had only 1 bathroom with shower - whereas according to booking description it should have 2 bathrooms. This was a problem for 2 couples. 2. Breakfast - it was not available - on booking it is clearly stated that breakfast is available on request for additional payment 7 EUR. 3.Kitchen equipment - very poor and old, not suitable for cooking. 4. Courtyard - not nice, seating are dirty.

- Catherine (10/5): - Bibiana, de Leccese, parle bien français et nous a très bien accueillis. L'appartement est très bien situé : assez proche du centre historique et non loin de la pizzeria "Rosette" qui fait des pizzas à emporter excellentes... Notre appartement possédait un extérieur aménagé pour profiter de la douceur du soir.

- fabrizio (10/5): - Un ottimo posto per passare il proprio anniversario in totale relax. La suite era molto bella e molto pulita. Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Lecce. Il proprietario molto gentile, ha risolto tempestivamente un problema avuto con la vasca.
- Roberto (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera jacuzzi, tutto perfetto dal personale alla camera. La signora Bibiana una persona davvero di cuore e disponibilissima, al mattino ci ha fatto trovare la colazione con cornetti e cappuccino. Consigliatissimo
- Cristina (10/5): Eccezionale - Accoglienza impeccabile, bibiana molto gentile e professionale nel suo lavoro è stata a dir poco eccezionale. Location ottima, pulizia 10/10. Colazione buonissima, io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo mangiato cornetti ordinati direttamente da lei strepitosi. Sicuramente la consiglio vivamente per chi come me voleva farsi un weekend nei pressi di lecce. Grazie ancora, a presto.😘

- Paolo (9/5): Relax e comfort assicurato in un’ottima posizione per poter godere delle bellezze di Lecce - Jacuzzi in camera, bagno spazioso. Camera ampia. Facilità di parcheggio nei dintorni. Nulla, forse espandibile la colazione. In particolare amplierei con la possibilità di avere colazione salata all inglese e latte e acqua in sala.

- Roberta (10/5): Ci ritornerei anche domani :) - La posizione in cui è situata Villa Domus è una posizione strategica, a due passi dal Centro storico di Lecce e da tutti i servizi facilmente raggiungibili. I complimenti più sentiti ed affettuosi vanno alla Responsabile della struttura la Sig.ra Bibiana, molto attenta e premurosa nel rendere il soggiorno unico, alla scoperta di Lecce. Felicissima di aver soggiornato qui! Colazione ottima, i pasticciotti leccesi erano davvero di qualità. Ritornerei anche domani :)
