- Nadia Romina (2/5): Una de las peores estadías que tuve en mi vida - La ubicación y la cama era cómoda Si quieres ir a un 4 estrellas que ofrezca servicios de 2, entonces este es el hotel. Cosas básicas como lámparas de mesa que no había, muebles rotos, toallas descocidas, falta de enchufes en lugares adecuados (al menos que quieras cargar el móvil en tu propio colchón), sumado al poco profesionalismo del personal que enseguida te quieren cobrar por todo en el momento (jamás en un hotel me pasó algo así), quisimos lavar la ropa y se les rompió el secarropas y en definitiva tuvimos que estar hasta la 1 de la mañana en un coin laundry de la misma calle. No saben casi inglés siendo Jeju un lugar tan turístico. No incluye desayuno como otros hoteles de la zona y si querés pagar menos tenes que avisar la noche anterior, muy desesperados por el dinero. Y a todo esto cuando extraviamos una tarjeta de la habitación nos querían cobrar la suma de 10000 wones! Una cosa de no creer. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

- Ekrem (10/5): Efsane manzara - Bir daha gelsem kesinlikle bu otelde kalırım binanın uzun katlı olması manzara konusunda çok büyük avantaj sağlıyor biz en üst katında yani 11. katında kaldık. Teras katında ücretli jakuzi kullanımı var kiraladık ancak jakuzi çalışmıyordu sadece sıcak su vardı o yüzden puan kırdım. Restoran sadece sabah kahvaltı için hizmet veriyormuş akşam eşimle restoranda yemek yeriz diye otele döndük calismadigini öğrenince aç kaldık resmen o yüzden bunlar negatif yönleri.

- Francesca (8/5): A great place to stay in South Jeju - The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to lots of amenities and shops in Seogwipo. Our balcony had a stunning sea view which was gorgeous to wake up to in the morning! Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The beds were quite uncomfortable and were too hard which didn’t help the back injury I have. Also quite small rooms so not a lot of space to organise when travelling with lots of luggage like we were.

El personal de conserjería si bien es amable y profesional debería dar una breve explicación de que por ejemplo a un par de cuadras subiendo hay un mercado super interesante. Antes de las 10.00 hs comienzan a levantar el servicio de desayuno.

- Dominica (9/5): - The hotel was quite conveniently located. Close to lots of restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was also quite good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The garage was a bit tight and it could also be full.

- NSNAL (9/5): Un bel hôtel à Seogwipo, confortable et agréable - Accueil agréable, chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable, vue sur la mer, petit déjeuner copieux et varié (il y en a pour tous les goûts!), salle de sport à disposition, terrasse panoramique pour assister au coucher du soleil, proche de la mer et des points notables de Seogwipo (tout est accessible à pied), ainsi que des restaurants. Une boutique au rdc, une superette au coin de la rue et un petit supermarché en face. Un bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande! J'ai beau chercher, je ne trouve pas de points négatifs. Il y avait beaucoup d'étudiants lors de notre séjour, mais à part les ascenseurs qui étaient très demandés, ils ont été très sages et respectueux.
- Julian J. (8/5): Great place to stay - Good location, near to the waterfalls and a good zone with restaurants at night. nice part to walk and know a lot about Seogwipo. The parking availability depends mostly of the times of the near public parking places, at the beggining theres some feeling than you're getting no park available or maybe a little too far from the hotel (2-3 blocks) but after knowing the available spots, you finally get the best way to assure a spot to let your car.
- Katarzyna (10/5): The view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Highly recommend!!! - Very impressive hotel. Nice. Classy. Sooo clean! Smelled amazing. The rooms was maybe not so spacious but we had the balcony to put our big siutcases there with all the stuff we didn't need - they were very safe on 9th floor. Beautifull bathroom with clean towells available everyday. Service was very nice, helpfull and they just did their job extremelly well. No problem with the parking, altho we didn't get there very late so there was always a free place for us. The best resteurant is just 10 meters away from the hotel - if You into fish - go there! Very safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops close to the center. And the view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Highly recommend!!!

- 박 명 철 (6/5): - 아침 식사는 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋았고 가성비도 좋았고 대체로 무난했습니다. 편의점도 함께 있어 필요한 것 바로 구입할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 아름다운 서귀포항과 천지연폭포 및 자구리 해변을 쉽게 방문 할 수 있어 더욱 편리하고 좋았습니다. 정방폭포 및 쇠소깍도 쉽게 방문 할 수 있어 위치적으로 아주 훌륭 합니다. 조명이 조금 어두웠다고 느끼고, 튀인룸 치고는 전체적으로 객실이 조금 좁아 불편을 감수 했지요. 비용을 조금 더 받드라도 room 사이즈를 조금만 넓었다면 더욱 좋겠다는 느낌이었습니다. 주차장이 좁아 조금 불편했구요. 뭐 이것은 어쩔수가 없는 것 같았어요. 조금 일찍 체크인을 하면 해소는 할 수 있었겠다 싶네요.

- Manjana (10/5): Luxe suite met uitzicht op zee - Prachtige suite, heel ruim met eigen jacuzzi op balkon. Ligging is geweldig tussen 2 beroemde watervallen in nabij de kust en de overdekte markt. Wat wel vreemd was, er is een keuken in het appartement maar geen keukengerei en servies. Omdat ik een allergie heb en het lastig is om in een restaurant te eten, huur ik altijd een appartement (met keuken). Echter bij navraag was deze keuken niet voor gebruik. Dat was in het verleden wel zo.

- Joel (8/5): Comfortable stay with coin laundry store nearby - We cycled round Jeju island. This hotel had a coin laundry store along the same street within a minute of walking. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options. Room was very spacious.
- lili (7/5): 基本發揮的飯店 - 服務人員蠻客氣的，飯店也算乾淨 飯店車位不多，比較晚回來要停到其他停車場（不遠）走路3分鐘，飯店附近沒有什麼可以吃的餐廳，若要使用spa要額外付費沒有包含在住宿費中

- Siew Ping Chloe (7/5): Good location to access nearby attractions. - Location is within walking distance to Seogwipo Maile Ollie Market, and eateries nearby. The room reasonably clean with basic amenities provided. Free parking is a plus. Room was a little cramped for 3 pax but we were able to work around that. The fitness centre/gym was poorly maintained and cramped. Some equipment was not working.

- Irena (10/5): It was simply amazing and I’ll definitely be back! - Our room was very spacious and clean and we loved our view. The staff was also super friendly and helpful when we had questions. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi on the rooftop. Overall great stay and I’d definitely book this hotel again! The parking slots filled up quickly in the evening. We were lucky that we always found a spot, but I wouldn’t have known what do to if it were full.
