• Silvana (7/5): - Eine wunderschöne grosse Terrasse im ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Wohnung insgesamt auch sehr gross und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist immer verfügbar bei Anliegen und kümmert sich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und konnten die Wohnung geniessen. Die Wohnung war bei uns leider nur oberflächlich sauber. Schränken/Schubladen waren sandig, in den Sofaritzen viele Krümel und teilweise abgelaufene Lebensmittel in der Küche. Aber dank dem vorhandenen Staubsauger, war das schnell behoben.

• Frederick (3/5): - Location was as advertised. Outdoor pool excellent. Parking safe and free. A bit far from Puerto Banus and stores but walkable. Apt complex safe, but the front door of building had to be left open as the key code didn't work. Terrace was large but broken cloths hanger. Apartment unsatisfactory. Beds/rooms SMALL and mattresses lousy. Not even enough room to open a suitcase. No soap or shampoo in bathrooms (empty containers left from prior renters). LR furniture old. Worst: the apt owner kept calling us and his main concern was that we move out on-time (at 10am) on departure date as new clients were arriving. Called us and informed us of this even BEFORE we arrived. Obviously only interested in making money off it. All in all it served its purpose but definitely not "luxury" - should be advertised as "basic" accommodation and not charged so much.

• Will (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, right in the centre of everything. Exactly as described and as looks on photos. Had all facilities AC, fridge, washer, hair dryer, iron. Perfect. Host was amazing and extremely helpful, replies instantly. Would stay again. Nothing.

• Joe (10/5): Exceptional - Stayed June 2024. Spacious appartment, clean and modern. Massive top floor balcony with more than generous amount of space, with a lovely view of the complex and surrounding terrain. 10 mins walk from Puerto Banús beach & marina. Host was very accommodating pre, during and post our stay regularly checking in to see if all was ok. Would recommend if travelling witharge family or group of friends. Nothing, a tired walk home from a day at the beach! 10/10 stay.

• Amanda (2/5): AVOID! Dirty not luxury - View of pool we couldn’t use! Location not as shown on original map (now changed!) Had to have taxis because of this! Not 150m to shop as stated, was 1.3km. Dirty apartment definitely NOT luxury, broken glass under bed, 2 old sunbeds for a 6 person apartment, air con poor, bed linen stained, had to wash our towels before used as smelt unwashed, too many problems to list here! Pool filled but garden around it locked. Owner said ‘Well at least you have water in the pool, you’re lucky!’ What a joke! Claimed to not know anything about it prior but his ‘maintenance man’ was on site so that was untrue! Refused any partial refund, twisting everything we said (he will no doubt deny any of this so be warned!) Can’t understand the good reviews maybe it was once but our photos and screenshots prove otherwise. Long awaited all family holiday we can’t afford to repeat, ruined. Owner has no conscience. Do not book here!

• Liz (9/5): Relaxing comfortable stay in a great location surrounded by so many places to visit - Beautiful apartment with a great balcony area and view of the mountains. The gardens are gorgeous and there is no noise. Bellini restaurant is on site - good food & refreshments. A short walk to Puerto Banus. I would have liked to know the pool schedule as there is a lovely pool however it closes end of September (check the dates it is open)
• Ryan (10/5): Exceptional - Location and facilities were fantastic. Really clean, modern and spacious. We as a 5 all enjoyed our time and the host was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend. Was pretty much perfect.
• Carl (9/5): Superb - Great apartment with very good facilities. For the price I doubt you can get better in Puerto Banus, so if you wanna go there we would highly recommend booking here. The only slight annoyance was the location which is a bit far from the actual city but when a taxi costs only 6 euro from the apartment to the city it almost doesn’t matter.
