Roseli (8/5): Bom custo benefício. - Café das manhã bem servido, sugiro uma garrafa de leite quente, porque tinha apenas gelado, cumprimento do horário de servir de 8h às 10h. o pão francês chegou depois que havíamos terminado de tomar café. Portaria sem campainha, entrada oculta para quem chega na primeira vez. A limpeza poderia ser melhor, a cabeceira da cama estava muito empoeirada. Atendente, proprietária exagera nos comentários e te segura na conversa, as vezes vc não quer ser mal educado e precisa ouvi-la.

Quando de minha estada, a hospitalidade foi a tônica de todos os dias que lá permaneci. Café da manhã super bem preparado, piscina, chuveiro sensacional, enfim. Recomendo sem sombra de dúvidas. Não houve nada que desabonasse o conceito que tive do Hotel Ciconha. Não houve um só deslize em toda a estadia, o que me faz recomendar o referido hotel para quem deseja uma permanência confortável e extremamente agradável na bela São Lourenço - MG

Sem falar nos proprietários que nos receberam com toda simpatia e presteza, o quarto muito limpo com roupas de cama cheirosas e a cama super king. colchão maravilhoso. eu e minha esposa ficamos muito bem atendidos e confortáveis. O hotel em si é um capitulo à parte. tem um clima de mansão é um casarão com diversos ambientes todos com decorações temáticas com referência a Itália. super recomendo. com certeza voltaremos. A única pequena questão é a localização. Não fica longe do centro, mas pra quem está sem carro ... vai precisar de um taxi / Uber. pra minha necessidade, estava tudo ótimo !

A pousada esta em obra, sem condições de receber hospedagem. Quem nos atende são os próprios donos que, inclusive, fazem tudo e não dão conta. Quarto sujo, banheiro sujo, hotel sujo… corredores estreitos e sujos de obra. Ficamos no segundo andar, com 3 lances de escada. Longe do centro, sendo necessário uber ou ir de carro (vaga é difícil).

clevio (10/5): Nossas considerações - Passamos uma semana tranquilos e felizes. Quarto confortável com uma sacada incrível na qual podemos observar a paisagem da linda São Lourenço. Ambiente saudável com várias salas para entretenimento e vista para a piscina, o que torna o ambiente muito relaxante. Com relação aos hospedeiros, sem palavras. Daniela (1/5): NÃO INDICO! - Local bem localizado, porém mal cuidado e empoeirado. O quarto é simples, com ventilador antigo e sem condições de uso. O pior foi o atendimento: a proprietária é totalmente despreparada e extremamente grosseira. Fui maltratada e xingada na frente de outros hóspedes apenas por perguntar sobre o café da manhã. Falta total de educação e profissionalismo.

LUCIANA (8/5): - O hotel fica num bairro tranquilo em São Lourenço, sendo sua localização mais adequada para quem vai à cidade de carro. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e bem equipados. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso, com boa variedade de bolos, pães e sucos. Não tive tempo para usar a piscina, mas parecia estar bem cuidada. Os proprietários são simpáticos e se esforçam para fazer os hóspedes se sentirem em casa.

A dona do hotel ficou bastante consternada com a situação e acabou me oferecendo e disponibilizando um quarto muito além daquele que eu havia "contratado", amplo e confortável.
