• Vivian (9/5): Parfait - Hôtel vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est très prévenant et fait son maximum pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Les suites sont spacieuses, confortables et très propre. Le restaurant vous permet de profiter d’une superbe vue mer dans une atmosphère propice à la détente et propose des plats variés de qualités que ce soit pour dîner ou pour prendre le petit déjeuner. L’hôtel se situe à une vingtaine de minute à pied de l’hypercentre historique ce qui n’est pas plus mal car cela permet d’être au calme et de trouver aisément une place où se garer à proximité.

The restaurant food was fantastic and all the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The large bath inside the room wasn’t necessary & took up a lot of room as there was a jacuzzi on the balcony.

• Erik (10/5): 12 out of 10, and the room.. out of this world - I have visited a number of 5 star hotels in Scandinavia, Southern Europe and the US and this was maybe the best experience so far. All in all. The sunbeds was luxury, the food, snacks and drinks was superb and clearly affordable. The room, 80square m of luxury. The service before and during stay was personal, proactive and caring. We had two small kids and despite this not being a ”waterland or resort”, the kids had a fantastic time. We will return!! The bed, I guess a premium bed, was a bit to stiff for my taste.

• Emma (10/5): A one night stay in Rethymnon - Excellent breakfast with a variety of local and continental options, great location and clean facilities! The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the harbour. A recommendation for the restaurant Nostos nearby! The beach front was beautiful and even tho the hotel was by the road, you could not hear any traffic noice in the room. We did not have time to try the beach, but there were comfy looking sunbeds and complimentary sandwiches available privately to the hotel guests. A great one night stay during our trip to Crete <3

• Irina (7/5): - Отличное месторасположение. Море рядом. Вокруг отличные рестораны и недалеко исторический центр Ретимно, где есть, что посмотреть и купить. Регулярная и качественная уборка номера, приятный вежливый персонал на ресепшн. Тяжелые чемоданы на второй этаж поднимали сами. В отеле нет лифтов, и персонал не нашел возможности помочь. Очень странный номер. Радует отличный вид и огромная терраса. Но при этом ужасно спланировано место для умывания: раковина стоит в центре прихожей, зеркало сбоку - попробуйте побриться или нормально смыть макияж. Чтобы посушить волосы, нужно принести столик с террасы, чтобы туда положить фен. В огромном номере не нашлось места для нормального шкафа с полками для размещения вещей. С персоналом ресторана трудно найти взаимопонимание: мы в течение недели с трудом смогли объяснить, что нам на завтрак нужна овсяная каша (которая есть в меню), и что не нужно пересоливать блюда. Такого скудного шведского стола я на завтрак еще не встречала, - поесть без дополнительного заказа по меню невозможно.
• Nikolai (9/5): Super schönes Hotel für einen tollen Urlaub in Rethymnon - Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Leckeres Frühstück. Gute Mittags und Abendkarte zu m.E. sehr gute Preisen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super! Klar, auf der Straße ist Verkehr, aber alles super. Es gibt einen Hoteleigenen Strandteil mit Mega Liegen und Service aus dem Restaurant. Massagen haben wir uns auch gegönnt. Rethymnon Altstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wirklich toll! Nichts
• Leitner (5/5): - Gutes Frühstück Das Zimmer war schön, aber der Whirlpool hat leider den gesamten Aufenthalt (5 Tage) nicht funktioniert obwohl uns am ersten Tag versichert wurde dass sich am nächsten Tag jemand darum kümmert (Display und Beleuchtung kaputt), er war viel zu heiß und man konnte die Temperatur nicht ändern.

Chef provided wonderful food in the hotel restaurant and plenty available along the seafront on route to the Rethymno old town. The Hotel Manager (Aris) provided a family atmosphere with his staff. Highly recommended hotel to stay in Rethymno. Special thanks to: Aris Hotel Manager Chrysa and Vaso provided tentative approach to head of house at reception. Carte du restaurant très bonne et assiettes très généreuses. Bon rapport qualité/prix des plats du restaurant. Mention spéciale pour Aristea, à la réception, qui est adorable et fait parfaitement son travail. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, peut être trop... ce qui complique et ralenti considérablement le service. quelques détails dans la chambre (éléments qui se détachent du mur, refixé grossièrement à la va-vite...) c'est dommage de ne pas entretenir les chambres correctement. Paroi de la salle de bain vitré donnant sur la chambre, pas trop d'intimité... La musique à fond sur la plage privée. Service au restaurant un peu désabusé... Nous avons aussi eu droit à une personne qui nous a dit, pour nous accueillir au moment du check in: "Yes ?". Service au petit dej très long : café et jus de fruits disponibles uniquement sur demande... Pourquoi ne pas mettre des machines et jus de fruits en libre service au buffet ? . Niveau qualité /prix à revoir. car sans la promotion sur booking, je n'aurai pas choisi cet hôtel.
• Cristian (10/5): Fantastic & will love to stay again! - I loved the location, really well situated and not near super loud bars. The hotel had a lovely smell to it, the scent they use is lovely. Its also very well decorated and furnished, definitely some great style. The room was also very comfortable and a lovely space. The breakfast was always delicious and so was the coffee. It was well maintained, and being right across the street from the beach was fantastic. There are also loungers on the beach which were so awesome. Just a few pointers to make things a bit better. In our room, the panel to turn on lights did not work at all. There was also a ceiling light in front of the sink which was falling out of the ceiling. The indoor bathtub could not be used because the drain would not shut and after reporting it on the first day it was still not fixed. The onsite restaurant should have some sort of entertainment in the evening as its quite boring so we didn’t eat or drink there. Also there should be a discount for guests to encourage them to eat at the onsite restaurant, otherwise there isnt any real incentive when there are so many fantastic and affordable restaurants in the town. The TV also had many channels but I couldnt find any in English; maybe some sort of printer guide to advise what channels offer which languages OR more simply - having smart TVs where guests can use YouTube or Netflix wouldve been amazing; we ended up only using our laptop to watch stuff.

• Simone (10/5): Fan tas tisch ! - Prachtige kamers. Heerlijk aan de zee. De jacuzzi op je eigen balkon is zalig. Eten is heerlijk zowel ontbijt als avond eten. In 25 min wandel je langs de zee naar de stad . Super schone kamers. Super lieve mensen allemaal. Heerlijke massage genomen . Ik kan blijven schrijven hoe fijn het daar is. Top top bestemming. Zijn er nu al zo’n 5x geweest 🤗
• Sophie (6/5): La chambre au rez-de-chaussée était extrêmement bruyante. Expérience décevante. - La chambre au rez-de-chaussée était extrêmement bruyante, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse donnait sur une vitre-miroir avec vue sur la rue (passants, bus, scooters…), ce qui enlève tout son charme. Peux-être une meilleure expérience dans une autre chambre... Les fauteuils de plage étaient très confortables. L’agencement est très beau mais peu pratique : les miroirs fixes au-dessus du lavabo ne sont pas adaptés : selon la taille, on se retrouve soit trop bas, soit trop haut, ce qui les rend peu pratiques à utiliser. La prise trop éloignée pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux face aux miroirs. Pour sourire, on se dit que l’architecte devait être un homme ;-) Le petit-déjeuner à la carte était inégal (1 jour excellent, 2 jours moyens). La mise à disposition de boules Quies illustre bien le problème de bruit. En résumé, un hôtel au design séduisant en photo mais qui manque de confort et de praticité au quotidien. Expérience globalement décevante.

• PETER (10/5): ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND - The large size of the suite and balcony, which had sun most of the day with fantastic views direct from the bed. Very comfortable and clean and good room service for breakfast. Would benefit from a set of drawers for clothing, only 3 shelves within the wardrobe, which were at inconvenient heights to be easily accessible. Due to the modern design of the sink, there was no space for toilet bags/ toiletries. Although there was a very large mirror in the suite, a smaller mirror would be useful for make up etc.

• Dim (10/5): Klasse Urlaub! Danke an das Hotelteam! - Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern und komfortabel. Uns hat alles gefallen. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. In der Nähe ist ein klasse Restaurant Nostos, aber man kann auch im Restaurant vom Hotel gut essen. Nichts

• Baikry (8/5): Les points négatifs font que je ne sait pas si je vais y revenir …on dit que le client est roi mais ici on peut dire que - Logement de qualité en général (mais ne correspond pas tout à fait au rêve vendu ! ) Bon accueil, plage à disposition. Hotel design. Personnel du restaurant très agréable. Déjeuner de qualité même si les crêpes ne correspondent pas à nos « critères «  mais cela n est qu une question de goût. Le lieu est bien placé et parking assez facile dans les environs de l hôtel. Eau à la plage offerte c est très sympa. Mais gros bémol sur d autres points ! Odeurs d’ égouttage connu dans les couloirs de l hôtel ( diffuseur de parfum installé sur le pallier du premier ! Mais le pire à venir est que le lendemain de notre arrivée cette odeur est dans la chambre !!! La nuit cela devient ingérable et la fenêtre ouverte cela reste. Point donné lors de notre départ à la réception mais clairement ils n en ont rien à faire, la réceptionniste sourit et dit nous plaindre mais surtout réclame une facture de deux verres de la veilles (20,5€)!!! 215 euros payé par nuit c est inadmissible !!!Pas de geste commercial et encore moins d excuses !!! Venons en a un autre point : le spa en chambre est vendu dans le prix … nous n avons pas osé nous assoir dedans car la propriété est plus que douteuse … les buses sont veilles et pas propres. Il est petit et pas comme dans les photos.
• Jacqueline (10/5): Sehr erholsamer Urlaub- Immer wieder! - Moderne Zimmer, alles war sauber, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und das 24/7! Strandbetten waren immer für Hotelgäste kostenfrei verfügbar, der Strand war sauber und das Personal zuvorkommend. Am Strand wird permanent Musik gespielt, am Wochenende auch etwas lauter, ist aber auch ein BeachClub und für alle gegen Gebühr zugänglich. Von daher wäre dies „Meckern auf hohem Niveau“. Ich persönlich brauche nicht immer Musik um mich herum.

The room was exceptionally clean and along with our hot tub and view of the sea we had a wonderful time. Easy walk to bars and restaurants and a lovely beach directly in front of the hotel. Not much, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and there is no storage to unpack, but very small things. Overall would return and would recommend

• Mariusz (8/5): - Długo się zastanawiałem nad napisaniem tej opinii, bo hotel miał zarówno plusy, jak i sporo minusów. Finalnie mogę powiedzieć, że moje oczekiwania spełnił tylko częściowo. Pokoje są zadbane – meble w porządku, ale klimatyzacja działała głośno (choć skutecznie), a w pokoju Titanium brakowało lustra przy umywalce, co znacznie utrudniało poranną toaletę (np. golenie twarzy). Łazienka na pierwszy rzut oka robi dobre wrażenie i była dobrze wyposażona, jednak brak miejsca na kosmetyki czy saszetki przy umywalce dawał się we znaki. Na plus mogę zaliczyć bardzo wysokie ciśnienie wody w kranach i pod prysznicem. Łóżko wygodne , szerokie. Warto zostawić obsłudze sprzątającej kilka euro … Plaża dostępna w ramach opłaty za pokój , darmowa woda na plus no i wi-fi . Wygodne leżaki. Podsumowując: hotel ma potencjał, ale zaniedbania, problemy techniczne i słaba oferta kulinarna (dla mnie) odbierają trochę radości z pobytu. Raczej zastanowiłabym się na ponowną wizytę. Niestety, problemy techniczne w pokoju były uciążliwe – telewizor wymagał niemal codziennego ustawiania programów, bo przewód antenowy nie łączył. Na tarasie stały dwie efektowne lampy, ale obie były niesprawne – spalone żarówki i urwane kable psuły całość. Jacuzzi spełniało swoją rolę, lecz brak podświetlenia wewnętrznego odbierał klimat. Uwaga! zakaz wrzucania papieru do muszli. Największe rozczarowanie to jednak jedzenie. Menu jest dostępne online na stronie restauracji Magma – każdy może sprawdzić, czy to jego klimat. Dla mnie osobiście była to porażka: potrawy kompletnie nie w moim guście, bez smaku i bez przyjemności. Można tam zjeść lunch czy kolację, ale w trakcie naszego pobytu nie widziałem tłumów, co chyba mówi samo za siebie.

• andrei (10/5): Perfect - We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The suite was perfect — very spacious, with plenty of room for the whole family to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location couldn’t be better, just across the road from the beach, which made everything so convenient. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great buffet selection but also à la carte options included, which made it feel a little more special. The food quality was consistently high, and there was always something for everyone. Dinner was also a highlight, with a great variety of dishes to choose from each evening, so we never felt like we were eating the same thing twice. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. A very special mention goes to Dimitri in the restaurant, who took extra care of us throughout our stay — his attention and hospitality really made a difference. This was our first time here, but with such a great experience we can definitely see this becoming a regular holiday destination for us every year. Highly recommended!

Great location for the morning walk into old town. The place needs a little maintenance - light globes, broken floor board, that type of thing.

• Lola (10/5): Chouette - Vraiment si vous voulez avoir un hôtel être bien reçu un service pro et surtout ne pas être déçu de la chambre parce que on se sait vraiment vous pouvez réserver sur cet hôtel les yeux fermés parce que la chambre que vous réservez vous allez avoir la même que celle que vous avez vu sur les photos, l’hôtel est situé vraiment à 15 minutes du centre. Donc si vous venez en voiture et que vous trouvez une place aux alentours, vous pouvez laisser votre voiture garée et y aller à pied facilement coller à l’hôtel. Vous avez un Market si vous avez besoin de quoique ce soit le petit déjeuner est parfait et vous pouvez le prendre aussi dans votre chambre. La vue est incroyable. Vous avez vraiment la vue sur la mer Alors je ne dirais pas que c’était sale, mais c’est quand même à revoir le jacuzzi, je pense qu’il n’a pas été nettoyé correctement ou en profondeur car quand nous avons fait quand nous nous sommes assis sur le banc ou au sol du jacuzzi, c’est comme si c’était un peu gras ou gluant. Et comme vous savez un jacuzzi sa pompe et ça la recrache, et je pense que ça n’a pas été nettoyé et que ça recracher de l’eau sale le petit déjeuner en Room service. C’est dommage qu’il n’y a pas une carte avec écrit qu’on peut avoir et qu’on l’accroche à la porte pour que ce soit beaucoup plus simple pour nous les touristes car se lever le matin appelé et faire une commande alors qu’on comprend pas trop la carte et qu’on sait pas quoi prendre ou quoi prendre ou qu’est-ce qu’on a le droit de prendre, je trouve ça un peu compliqué et moins facile, pas de parking aux alentours, pas de parking privé, les parkings sont très bondés car vu que l’hôtel est à côté de la place principale, c’est très compliqué à trouver une place
• Kyriaki (8/5): Nice experience but not up to the price paid or the stars of this hotel - The suite was spacious and the general ambiance was very relaxing. Staff was very welcoming. The suite needed refurbishment as in several parts you could see that they were falling apart (handle in the main door, electric functioning of curtains did not work, shower, etc). The room was too atmospheric resulting in not being able to see even for basic stuff (you could not make up as the light was not proper, using the loo in complete dark is not always nice). The private jacuzzi was not so private as it was visible from other rooms, the stairs and the restaurant. Also for design purposes there was a glass separating the room from the shower area that was very dangerous as you could not see it in the atmospheric conditions. The shower was not private from the rest of the room resulting in showering in plein sight of the other occupants of the suite. We also had unpleasant experience with the restaurant both when we dined and at breakfast. The staff should be trained on explaining the menu to customers as dishes can be a bit unconventional even though it is mentioned that is Greek cuisine.

The breakfast was excellent—plenty of variety and great quality. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. But the true highlight of the experience was the staff. Absolutely amazing people—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They really made the stay special. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! The only downside was the pillows. I found them quite uncomfortable and think they could probably be replaced.

• radu19 (10/5): Perfect stay in Rethymo - The rooms, the beach and the service, the staff, restaurant and the whole atmosphere, basically everything. Very small nits here and there to improve: like some shelves in the shower in the Palladium room to put the shampoo or shower gel. A better arrangement for the mirror and the sink to make it easy to shave or put on makeup.
