- Edmond (5/5): -
- donna (1/5): - it was close to theartre Beds where hard..pillows horrible
Half lock on door
Smelled like pot
Very old place
Bathroom has old/moldy suspended ceiling
Pictures on website deceiving

- Justine (2/5): - Nothing at all. Even the price was high for such a dump It costs 100 dollars to stay in the dirtiest dumpiest place I've ever been. The rooms are dirty. The front desk clerk has an attitude. There is nothing at all included. The mattresses are about 30 years old and they give you flat, stained old pillows and will NOT provide extras or replacement ones. I expect they're all the same. They have smoking rooms and don't even provide ashtrays. I got a single cup coffee bag with only plastic cups and a single creamer and sugar. When I asked for more creamer (powdered packet), I was told one coffee and one packet per room. (What?) The room i stayed in had a bathtub, but no bath faucet, only a shower head, and the drain wouldn't even close (?) I've never seen such a thing. It smells bad. You can hear people's dogs barking all the time. They definitely do not clean thoroughly. The room i was to stay in had one towel, no facecloths, a soap bar that was open already, a toilet paper roll that was open already and there was dust everywhere. Even the thermostat was broken. I couldn't even stay the night. Worst motel EVER. I wish I had taken photos of everything but I was so shocked I didn't even think of it
- Champagne (6/5): - Location and nice big room with good bed Tv control don't work.
- Olaudah (10/5): - Shower No food,,
- Laura (1/5): - Good location. The staff were nice. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke and the hallways smelled of smoke.
- Michael (4/5): - Overpriced should be $35 a night, or $50 an hour.
- Florence (6/5): -
- Deleigha (6/5): Great location great staff cheap stay but you get what you pay for with cleanliness - Friendly staff Was not cleaned well at all my room looked like it was stayed in and nothing was changed or cleaned besides the trash bins
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Tara (1/5): Never again. - This was one of the dirtiest rooms that I’ve stayed in. The hallway smelled so strong of marijuana it was creeping into the room. The sheets and blankets had burn holes in them despite being a smoke free room. Kids were crashing shopping carts into each other in the parking lot, nearly hitting cars. There something sticky in the carpet and there was food packets on the floor by the fridge. It was way too expensive for the poor quality.
- Ronald (2/5): Smell Room - Unfortunately, my room smelled like vomit and cleaning supplies. The bathroom was very dirty. The hotel at one time was one of the best, but now it is bad.
- Ramona (8/5): -
- Danielle (1/5): -
- Siny (2/5): Can’t pay me enough to stay there ever again - Convenient location. Tv works, fridge works. This place may look clean on the outside or the corridors, but the inside is gross. The carpet was sticky, and it has random trash in the middle of the floor - does housekeeping even vacuumed? Stains on the sheets, covers, and towels. When you lift up the bedspread, there is a dirt and hair on the sheets, pillow cases have dirt stain and unknown black bits stuck on them. Even though it was a nonsmoking room, the room stank of cigarettes.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Run! Find a different place! - This motel was completely rundown and in disrepair. A bad smell permeated the entire facility. The rooms were not very clean, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Many of the tenants are there due to state funding assistance. They were loud (the walls were paper thin. The shower did work and was warm, as well as the TV, but that doesn't make up for the room and facility.
- Michael (2/5): - Where to begin? There's so many red flags that i just left and returned my room key cards to the front desk then left.
From the mystery stains on the floor that looked like blood stains, to the cigarette burns on the comforters, and the bathroom was not even sanitized in months. I will never come back or recommend this roach Motel!
- Alves (10/5): Exceptional -
- RICHARD (6/5): - It's old and needs an upgrade.
- Carl (10/5): - I like the fact that Woonsocket is very close to shopping and fast food restaurants!! Very helpful and friendly staff!!
- Seth (10/5): - Staff very helpful
- Connolly (7/5): Good -
- Cham (5/5): Passable - Great location with close walkable amenities including a bus stop
Quiet The strong smell of marijuana in the hall ways
Bathtub need to be refinished
- Oscar (5/5): Passable - Found a bedbug
- Janckel (10/5): Exceptional -
- KENNY (8/5): - Very low budget but the owner was extremely nice and helpful
- Patti (4/5): Disappointing - Mattresses seemed newer and NO BED BUGS. I was only looking for a place to sleep for one night and low price. This room fit that criteria. carpet very nasty, smelled of smoke they do have smoking rooms, shower not clean, linens had stains on them, check in suppose to be 3p clerk showed up after 4p, someone sleeping in their car in parking lot, not a good neighborhood.
Not a place I would bring children or stay again.
- Chery (8/5): Very good -
- Miguel (7/5): Good -
- Arthur (2/5): very uncomfortable and noisy - It did have a central location and the little contact we had with the staff was good. Also the room was a good size. The room was not clean. The bed was so hard that it was very difficult to sleep. We also heard lots of noise from the room above us including kids jumping off furnituree and landing on the floor. That went on for hours until almost 2 AM. We ended up leaving at 5:15 AM since we weren't sleeping.
- William (4/5): My wife was upset with me for booking here! - The carpet was disgusting. The sheets and blanket were questionably clean. The room smelled. It was a large room with a new mini fridge with freezer. Newer microwave. The shower/tub was very good. The office chair was great and the table/desk was good. The location was OK, and the outside had been painted recently. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
- Warren (2/5): - Ask for money back and changed my mind about staying.
- Phattakone (8/5): - N/A
- Mark (1/5): In all my years I have not stayed at a more disgusting facility. - The woman in the lobby was very nice. Otherwise, nothing was likable. The room was filthy. Carpet was dirty, bar of soap jammed in tub drain, food on floor, mold in various areas, my wife started in a separate bed but moved to mine because her sheets caused a rash.
- Richard (4/5): - I had to wait an hour to check in, office was closed and there were no vacancies. I had to call manager to come down and give me a key to get into my room
- Tourist60272808834 (2/5): This place is a dump! And filthy. - This is the worst place we’ve ever stayed at! Filthy carpets, stains on the walls. The drain in the tub is rusted and had a wedge of someone’s soap in the drain. Mold n the caulk. Cigarette burns in the bedding and stains on the mattress pad. Tape on the floors. Towels are threadbare. And we had originally booked two queens and got double beds. The outside door doesn’t lock. I would never recommend this dump to anyone. Don’t know how it got a 3.5 star rating…I give it a zero.
- Valmir (3/5): Poor - Bed the room was dirty, especially the bathroom and the bathtub seemed to be falling apart. I do not recommend it
- Annemarie (9/5): Superb -
- Tjacks0n3 (4/5): Woonsock RI - My husband booked this motel and I feel he was trying to save some cash.
The place was filthy, mysterious stains/ dirt on the walls, doors ,in the tub.
The bathroom cabinets had water damage, carpet was filthy and had cigarette burns , and worn out .
The bedspread had cigarette burns as well.
We could hear the people upstairs walking around.
- Snow (7/5): Good - no breakfast smelled of smoke but was a no smoking room
- Spignolio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Walter (8/5): Very good - Staff is super nice and very helpful. Mattresses on the beds were not very comfortable.
- Deborah (8/5): - The staff
- Darlene (6/5): - This inn is used for monthly rentals. Needs to be refurbished and updated. Some rooms are smoking. The weed smell penetrates through the hallway at all hours. There is only 2 lodging venues in Woonsocket. This motor inn is within walking distance to The Stadium, Chan’s Egg rolls and Blues and several dining options. Chelos has a 9page menu and is very reasonably priced. It is rundown and really not worth the money.
Can get loud and/ or noisey, thin walls.
Yes the Holiday inn express can be up to $75 more per night BUT very clean, breakfast included and has indoor pool. It is less then 2 miles from music venues
- WINIFRED (2/5): Cute place, very run down - This could be a gem, but the lack of TLC makes it a mess. It was clean, but the run down furniture and the bed that was noisey ruined the everything. I'd stay again as it's near The Stadium Theater.
- 276piercea (10/5): Great place to stay and a little classy if you're not picky - Great job for the clean rooms and furniture. Amazing WiFi and owners! The Staff is always friendly and courteous! They have smoking and non smoking rooms, so just be specific on which one you'd like. This is a great place to stay when visiting Woonsocket and everything is always within a 5 minute drive!
- Lawrence (1/5): Beg bugg bitten - Nothing Everything
- Joyce (5/5): Needs maintenance - Location Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes
Rug needs a shampoo
Bad drip in shower… waste of water
- Katelyn (2/5): - Hair and used soap in bathroom, shower was slimy and caused a slip. Requested a “non smoking room” but the previous occupants smoked in it, the management said there’s no such thing as non smoking there. Bedding wasn’t clean.
- Julio (8/5): Very good -
- Elfils (8/5): Very good -
- Sergei (1/5): I don’t speak English well, but I’ll tell you how this is not a hotel and I don’t know what to call it, they have bedbug - I don’t speak English well, but I’ll tell you how this is not a hotel and I don’t know what to call it, they have bedbugs living there, they bit me, I’m all covered in red spots, they don’t take care of bedding standards, this the most terrible hotel I've ever seen in my life, it's better to stay on the street than to live there
- Mark (1/5): Bad -
- Josué (4/5): - tooo expensive for conditions ands area
- Elfils (8/5): Very good -
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Karen (10/5): - We liked the motel, have stayed here before. The area around the motel is a little scary. Undesirable people walking around parking lot
- Vincent (4/5): - It is a dirty place in an unsafe area.
- Elfils (8/5): Only one night it was alright - There was no breakfast. If could not make that day I would lose my money.
- Gripper24 (3/5): Poor - Nothing Bugs crawling around in the room.Housekeepinf knocking on door at 9am.Throw u out at 10 at
- Marty (10/5): MartyPontiac’s review - Great motel for the price tho it was old had a great tv fridge and ac all fairly new tv was best
- Elvis (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lou (8/5): Very good -
- francis (6/5): - This motel is sometimes useful if I cannot get one closer to my destination; and the price has usually stayed reasonable. My rating is a bit "kind". Iit's a bit of a beat-up property. As one example, the bathroom: tiny bars of soap; and no shower curtain! Also, water leaking on the floor, presumably from a refrigerator. Also, reception: Often, no one is at the desk. Still, the folks are relatively friendly when they are at th desk , and it's an easy trip back to Rt 146.
- Bay (8/5): - 👍
- JASON (6/5): - This property was very old and you could tell by the faint smell of old/mold in the hallway. The room was mostly clean but in dire need of a paint job and some work. The bathroom sink is slow to drain, the shower faucet was loose and it feels like there is water and/or air in between the tub and the tub surround/overlay. It felt like you were on a ship moving with the waves whenever you moved in the shower. It was OK for what we needed, A quick overnight while seeing a show locally. In and out in under 24 hours.
- Charles (10/5): - Nice stay
- Dorothy (1/5): Stay clear of the Woonsocket Motor Inn - Nothing They gave our room away. Arrived at 10 pm with granddaughter after driving most of the day and no room. They said our credit card failed and they tried to call us. No cell phone record on our phone and credit card worked at hotel that we had to find on our own at 11 pm at night. The place was a nightmare*. Glad we didn’t have to stay there.
- John (8/5): You provide the perfect place to stay overnight after a show @ the Stadium Theater. -
- Gerry (4/5): Disappointing - Close to where were going Two locks on the door broken.
Bathroom to small and the shower was in bad shape.
- Gorman (8/5): Wanted an inexpensive place. Was farther away than I thought from the venue. Overpriced a bit for lack of amenities. - Close to things like, breakfast, liquor store etc.
Our room was close to ice machine!
Microwave & fridge Old, beds were hard, toilet seat broken
- Thomas (6/5): - huge parking lot,easy access
- Nicole (1/5): Bad -
- Harper (1/5): Never again. I don't care how cheap it was - There was no breakfast. There wasn't even a working vending machine. The ice machine i thought was gonna explode. I stayed for over a week website said pets are fine. Got there day 2 the manger came banging on my door saying pets weren't allowed. I said I paid for that on your website for him to stay. Tells me thats an error and can't take it off her website. I rolled my eyes and said yup can't fix your personal website. Told her ill find a place for my dog. Next day I see the maintaince guy that lives on the property has a cat. The office this lady works in or front desk i should say. She has a cat. Guy books a room next to me day 3 has a dog. I go down stairs different person working ask about my dog says its ok. About 4 days latter lady Comes back to work and kicked me out of hotel cause I brought dog back told her the other guy said is OK. She says to me I don't give an f word. But if you like homeless addicts and hooked tho this your place just fyi. FYI. Manger needs to he fired meanest rudest lady I ever met
- Obisanya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Grayson (8/5): Very good - The staff where the best and the room was very clean. It was cheap, but it's a cheap motel so pretty much as expected.
- Joseph (2/5): Disgusting - Woke up the next day with bed bug bites everywhere
- Dimitri (6/5): Normal place to stay for a day - the floor wasn’t vacuumed properly
- Toillier (3/5): Poor -
- John (2/5): Filthy and horrible service - This is a very dirty hotel. When I complained about excrement and black mold in the bathroom, I was given a reason of ‘Its a motel and not a hotel. Hotels dot com should lose this franchise!
- David (1/5): what stay, we didn't stay. we got back in the car and got the hell out of there. really! - It was a hotel for prostitutes. It was dirty and covered with used needles. It was a very terrible part of town. I would call it dangerous. It was filthy, it had a terrible terrible smell. They even had young boys they couldn't have been more than 5 years old. Running around on the roof. I thought for sure one was going to break their neck before I left the property. We did not stay. I didn't ask for my money back. I figured they needed it worse than I did. The pictures and the description was completely deceiving. I would have hated to arrive there after dark. And discovered that I was an extremely dangerous part of town. And something that amounted to a brothel. So, that's what I didn't like. You're really going to have to work on your questions. The whole thing is completely misleading. Thank you
- Elvis (7/5): Good -
- Brunton (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Harper (1/5): Bad -
- Harper (1/5): Staff horrible - Says allows pets. Only if the lady that runs the place likes you. Says no pets in building but all sorts of people have pets. Kicked us out cause of having dog their after another manager said dog was allowed Everything
- Charles (8/5): Nice place - It is a nice place, but I would not call it romantic
- Anonymous (6/5): good time. - clean and a fridge local to the town.
- Eric (3/5): gross - it was close the bathroom had tape holding the wall together, the drop ceiling was dilapidated and gross, we had to clean out the shower when we got there, their was hair, and it was disgusting. they charged my card and extra ten dollars and said nothing. it was like the room was never cleaned, dirty towels, dirty mold ac heater, never cleaned, burn holes everywhere. you could tell nothing was ever cleaned, dust everywhere.
- Carlos (1/5): Very old building and the room smells. - None not clean
- Pamela (1/5): Disgusting - Didn’t like very much Was smelly none smoking room and stunk bedding stunk of smoke
Mice in room
Cockroaches
Bugs
Hole in ceiling
Stains
Disgusting
- Verified traveler (4/5): Don't Go In The Bathroom - If u want a bed to sleep in & leave after u wake up,, this is the place. Oh, but don't, t go in the bathroom. Ceiling had water stains, water was floating under the showerfloor, tiles & plastermissing,1" space between the sink & wall shower holder broken, caulking missing around shower. The bathroom has to be destroyed.
