- Gladyz (9/5): - Si estaba limpio, una chica de recepcion muy amable y atenta con la reservacion. Una noche antes llegue a solicitar una habitación y la chica que se queda "cuidando" se encontraba dormida, se tardo mucho en abrirnos aun viéndonos, le pedimos una habitación y refirieron no tener, fue muy déspota.

- Rodrigo (1/5): Hotel viejo y abandonado - El hotel no me gustó nada por eso no me quedé. El hotel no es como sale en las fotos, es un hotel viejo y las fotos son de años pasados esta muy abandonado y por tal motivo no me quedé ahí, con el mismo precio pude encontrar otro hotel y mas cómodo.

- Salvador (10/5): Estancia en Mérida - La ubicación muy bien, las instalaciones bien, limpieza muy bien, atención en recepción muy bien. No ingresé a la alberca ya que solamente íbamos a dormir 💤😪 En la recámara la cortina principal manchada de pintura blanca, la ventanita ubicada en el ropero manchada igual de pintura blanca, en el marco del baño se ve de adentro hacia afuera y viceversa, y lo principal y que tampoco me gustó mucho fue que en el recibimiento pedí pagar con American Express o cualquier otra tarjeta ya sea de crédito o débito y que su terminal estaba fallando, que de favor si les podía pagar con efectivo, gracias a Dios siempre lo traigo y más que nada porque cuando viajo con mis hijas así debe de ser. Para cualquier imprevisto. Pero sí deben de ser más conscientes en los términos de pagos por favor. Saludos.

- Marney (5/5): Passable - Comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Location was a ten minute uber from the airport. Staff was helpful. The shower was a trickle and no cold water the night we stayed but it worked in the morning with hot water and okay pressure. I see the room was pretty clean but outside of the room was not, used q-tips and cigarette butts on the ground outside our door. Okay location for getting to the airport in the morning but nothing else around for dinner at night and a 15 minute Uber back to town. A bit expensive for what it is.

- Carlos (1/5): Horrible - Nada 1- El Barrio es peligroso, hay servicio de escort a la salida 2- El hotel no tiene señalética, literalmente está escondido, me costó mucho identificar cuál casa era 3- al llegar al lugar, nadie sabía de mi reserva, tuve que esperar media hora por la habitación 4- después de discutir con la recepcionista sobre mi habitación, me cobra y me hace pasar a una habitación mucho más pequeña de la que pagué, y sin aire acondicionado, ni siquiera estaba numerada, otra pelea más para que me diera la habitación que había pagado, y la habitación final tenía hongos en las paredes

- Fabiola (3/5): Fotos que engañan - Lamentablemente nada. En las fotos lo muestran limpio y en buenas condiciones. Justamente eso, que es todo lo contrario a las fotografías mostradas. Es un lugar viejo y las instalaciones están en mal estado. Las paredes y la ducha sucias y el aire acondicionado no es muy bueno.

- Janine (7/5): Overall, for the price we paid and the small amount of time we were planning on staying, it was a decent place. - I liked that the hotel accommodated us by letting us have our room a bit earlier than check in time due to having luggage that we wanted to leave so that we can enjoy our time elsewhere without it. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Even though we had put repellent on several times, the mosquitos were persistent.
- Aysel (1/5): Will never stay here again - Nothing at all Rooms are very old , bed linens are gray supposed to be white , bathrooms tap , toilet, shower so rusty or tied about tetanus risk . We book 2 rooms , children’s room had several cockroach,one climbed our sons face while a sleep , we had to squeeze in one room to keep an eye on each other . Locks for the rooms are very flimsy anyone can walk in . We had to put chair behind the door to sleep . There is a paddling pool outside very dirty .

It is very noisy, you can hear all the neighbors and the people were shouting in front of our door since early in the morning. Not very clean, there is trace of humidity.

- Aaron (5/5): It's ok, for one night airport transfer, cheap, otherwise do not recommend. - We stayed here for location to be close to the airport for a transfer, but the location was a bit further than we liked. THe staff where amazing and helped with everything though. The pool was grose. Not swimable. The cleaners where rude and there was no option for do not disturb, we got in late and we didnt need to check out and they where loud and kept waking us up. Overall the place was not clean and bed felt and looked old.

- Juan (2/5): Very poor - The bed was confortable. AC was making a loud noise. Dogs barking all night long. These were small animal feces at the location. Water pressure was low in the morning. The water pressure for the swimming pool. shower l was low.

- Themorrigan973 (2/5): never again - I booked 2 rooms in June for the end of July, warning them we would get there very late because of the plane. Upon arrival at 11:35 pm, we discovered our rooms had been given to someone else due to "overcrowding". They couldn't help us find a new hotel and had to manage on our own. Not so "cortes".
