- Joycelin (9/5): Nice hotel with good breakfast - The room was a nice size for 3. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony. The staff was friendly, however housekeeping went thru my purse. Nothing was taken because my wallet was in the safe. I knew it was pilfered because I had left it zipped shut and concealed in my open suitcase covered by clothes and when I returned it was on top of the clothes standing up and wide open. The breakfast had a good selection of items that were fresh and good. My items were pilfered.

- Alla (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for sightseeing, with plenty of restaurants and cozy coffee shops nearby. The hotel has a unique atmosphere and feels very new. It truly deserves to be called a “smart hotel”: everything in the room is controlled via a tablet, which makes the experience modern and comfortable. The rooms are fresh, well-designed, and practical. I especially liked that the toilet and shower are separated — very convenient. Breakfast is somewhat repetitive, but still very good and of high quality. In the evening, it’s nice to relax in the reception area — it has a great atmosphere. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The reception staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great place to stay — comfortable, modern, and perfectly located.

- Gerhard (4/5): nicht empfehlenswert - Günstige Lage durch Nähe zum Zentrum, Metro. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, besonders störend ist die fehlende oder defekte Schallisolierung der Fenster. Verkehrslärm, Lärm durch Drogenkriminalität unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. Die Rezeption war nicht bereit, die Polizei zu holen, um das Lärmen vor dem Hotel zu beenden. Schlafen somit zum Teil unmöglich!
- Nicole (7/5): Für ein langes Wochenende sehr gut. - Das Zimmer war recht groß.Es war ansprechend gestaltet.Dusche und Toilette waren jeweils separat.Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl an Speisen.Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Auch im Vorfeld wurden Fragen an das Hotel schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Toilettenpapier,Kaffee,Tee wurde nicht aufgefüllt.Wir mussten zur Rezeption gehen und nach Toilettenpapier fragen. Am letzten Tag reisten wir vor der Frühstückszeit zum Flughafen ab und bekamen eine Frühstücksbox.An sich ein guter Service,aber in der Box befand sich ein ungetoastetes Toastbrot mit einer halben Scheibe Wurst und einer halben Scheibe Käse.Ein Töpfchen Marmelade,aber nichts auf das man die Marmelade schmieren konnte.Eine Flasche stilles Wasser und Äpfel.Leider insgesamt nicht besonders lecker.Das hätte man anders gestalten können. Es fehlt im Zimmer ein Schrank.Wir mussten aus den Koffern leben,da es nicht genügend Stauraum gab.

- rodrigue (5/5): Jolie hotel, personnel accueillant mais hotel mal placé et la chambre compliquée à vivre. - L’hôtel semble moderne par son choix de deco art moderne. Les chambres sont bien décorées. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. 1) son emplacement. Bien qu’il soit situé à côté d’autres hôtels, il est situé dans un quartier laissé un peu à l’abandon qui ne donne pas envie de se promener aux alentours. Néanmoins il est situé à 5 min d’une station métro et d’une avenue sui mène directement au vrai centre ville. 2) La chambre: On a choisi la standard double, je la trouve trop petite, il n’y a pas de placard pour ranger ses vêtements, rien pour suspendre son manteau, même dans la salle d’eau il n’y a rien pour suspendre les serviettes . 3) Le système d’éclairage, trop compliqué ! Il faut passer par une tablette pour allumer ou éteindre les lumières ou baisser le store, pas pratique la nuit pour allumer la lumière des wc. Il y a bien des « boutons » pour l’éclairage mais leur logique est confusante: Pas possible d’allumer les Wc sans allumer la douche en même temps, éteindre la lumière de la douche éteint toutes les lumières de la chambre! Idem pour la commande du store, on sait pas trop sur quel bouton appuyer pour le monter ou le descendre. Mettre de la domotique pour piloter 3 ampoules complique les choses.

- Theresa (8/5): Good experience, helpful staff, well designed and colourful but not chic. - Hotel is located next to National Theatre and compared to other streets in Omonia, it was insulated from street and traffic noise. The hotel would be suited to people who want a comfortable stay without a bar or restaurant onsite. The bed was 2 twins joined together but to get in or out, you crawled across the bed, not got out at the side so not good if you have limited mobility (city view room). Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a good choice of seated areas in the lobby for groups as the room space would be too small to hang out in rooms if you are travelling with someone in another room. A friend stayed in a nearby hotel that was smarter but couldn't sleep at night due to traffic noise. Good wifi. The breakfast selection was poor, the room was great for me but would have struggled to share it with another person due to bed positioning - bed was between window and long desk so had to climb from bottom of the bed, Desk area was really handy. The TV didn't have Netflix/Prime etc apps installed for me to use my log in and I didn't have a device to cast from - no BBC news or english channels available. All lights and air conditioning were controlled from a tablet which is good and bad. I would stay again if travelling alone and would recommend.

Easily reachable by public transport. 1) The blinds don’t cover the windows fully, so you still wake up at 6am from bright sunlight. 2) We had a room near the elevator, and it was quite noisy. 3) Unstable water temperature in the shower.

Lots of homeless people around the hotel and nearby streets. Nice hotel not a great location although it’s a shot walk to the metro and one stop away the city was great. Coffee ☕️ lab do excellent coffee which is a short walk up the hill.

- Amir (1/5): Terrible - The ventilation system was extremely noisy, making it impossible to use at night. Opening the windows wasn’t an option either due to the very loud neighborhood, and even when closed, the windows provided no sound insulation. The room itself was very small, and the bed was difficult to use properly as both sides were blocked. The blue light from the USB charging outlets was overly bright and disturbed our sleep. The toilet flush was broken, and the kettle was dirty with visible mold. There was also hair in the bathroom. Additionally, the room doors slammed shut loudly, adding to the noise. Over the course of two nights, we barely managed to sleep more than three hours.
- Florian089 (8/5): - Super Service und gute Kommunikation auch über Whatsapp. Das Hotel organisierte auch einen preisgünstigen und zuverlässigen Flughafenshuttle. Das Zimmer im 7. Stock erlaubte eine tolle Aussicht über die Stadt, da das Hotel mitten im Zentrum liegt. Die Bedienung eines ausgeklügelten Lichtsystems über ein Tablet war ein nettes Gadget. Die Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Tischen und einer Dusche ein nettes Extra. Das Frühstück ist gut. Wer gerne gut und günstig asiatisch ist, dem sei das etwa 200 m entfernte vietnamesische Restaurant Thang Long empfohlen, wir waren absolut positiv überrascht. Wir hatten leider Pech mit der Klimaanlage des Zimmers. Sie war derart laut, dass wir nur ohne sie schlafen konnten.

- Thierry (1/5): Bleibt weg oder verbrennt euer Geld im Kamin da gibt es wenigstens Wärme ab - Bleibt weg In der Dusche waren Haare von anderen Gästen. die Leselampen fielen von der Wand. die Lüftung sah aus als hätte sie seit Jahren keinen Staubsauger oder änliches mehr gesehen. Der Griff der Balkontüre war defekt, wodurch sie nicht sauber zuging bei einem Balkon in Richtung der Hauptstrasse sehr unangenehm. Halb hinter einem Kasten war ein Loch in der Wand. als Wir nach einem anderen Zimmer fragten wurde uns ein gratis Frühstück angeboten und gesagt das die Reinigung und ein Techniker kommen. die Reinigung spühlte lediglich die Dusche aus und die Leselampen wurden mit Isolierband umwickelt (das ist nicht repariert sondern gebastelt) auf nachfragen wegen der Balkontüre wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das jetzt nicht ginge. Auf erneutes nachfragen nach einem neuen Zimmer wurde nicht eingegangen wir buchten dan ein anderes Hotel
- Adela (1/5): I’m glad I got out of there. - Location In the bathroom, only cold water was running. There was a gap between the windows, letting in a draft, so it was freezing cold. At breakfast, there was no fresh pastry. The cleaning was more like a joke – nothing was restocked. But the worst part was the welcome: we arrived after midnight and even though everything had been paid in advance, the receptionist was incredibly rude and kept us waiting for half an hour before giving us the room. In the morning, we were woken up at 5 a.m. by church bells ringing right across the street. The advertised rooftop seating is a fake.

- Margarethe (5/5): Die Beschreibung online entspricht in keinster Weise der Realität - Zum größten Teil das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Auf dem Bett lagen weiche und harte Kopfkissen zur Auswahl. Eine blonde Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen ausgelegt, es gab aber keine Abstellfläche für Koffer oder Kleidung. Es gab keinen Schrank, lediglich eine Kleiderstange. Für die nicht benötigten harten oder weichen Kissen gab es kein Ablageplatz. Es gab nur einen Stuhl im Zimmer. Der Balkon war unbenutzbar, weil alles so schmutzig war. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Umgebung ist ganz heruntergekommen. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite wurden Drogen verkauft. Die Haken für Handtücher waren in der Dusche angebracht. Absolut sinnlos. Das Frühstück war ein Armutszeugnis. Es gab nur Toast und Baguette an Broten. Jeden Tag das gleiche. Eine bis maximal zwei Sorten Käse und Wurstaufschnitt. Die Gurken und Tomaten absolut lieblos und meiner Meinung nach vom Vortag dahingestellt. Damit man sich an einen Tisch setzen konnte, musste man darum bitten, dass der Tisch abgeräumt wird. Denn es wurde einfach alles stehen gelassen. Als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt ging, was ja passieren kann, musste man sich den Kaffee eine Etage tiefer an der Rezeption bei der unfreundlichen blonden Dame holen. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert!

La insonorización de laa habitaciones no es muy fuerte, cuando te tocan vecinos molestos como en nuestro caso no puedes descansar bien. Por suerte, el director del hotel y nos lo solucionó sin problema y nos cambió de habitación, lo cual agradecemos mucho.
