• KKwiley77 (6/5): Shower is dangerous! - The shower stall is extremely slippery, so bad, I had to put down a town in the shower before entering. It’s not a question of “if”someone falls but rather “when”. It needs to be addressed immediately!
• 93wiltonl (4/5): I will not stay here again - I absolutely did not care for the roaches in my room. I checked out early and went somewhere else.
• Roam01937818244 (2/5): Roach Motel - I had roaches in my room!!!!! No maintenance person on site and no real care or concern for the situation. It was like it was normal. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. Yes, they offered to move me but the first night there were no rooms so I was unable to sleep. Not saying my full stay should have been refunded but that one night should have been or even offered me a credit for a future stay. I will never frequent that hotel again!!!!

The employee was sitting in a chair playing on the phone and watched me stand at the counter for awhile before getting up to check me in. The room smelled as well, probably from the AC unit. The glass shower door did not function properly. A chair in the room had a rip. The carpets in were very dirty. Stray animal was hanging around the entrance two days in a row. The worst experience we have every had with this chain. Very dissatisfied with the entire experience and would not advice people to stay there.

• 69lvp (2/5): Business to Business Review - DIRTY!!! I set up a hotel rate with this hotel for business, and it was awful experience for my team. We were due to have 30+ more rooms and more annual but I will be avoiding this place at all costs. There were cockroaches under the beds, hairs all over the bathroom and bedding and still leftovers in the fridge. Definitely hadn't been cleaned properly and to top it off the Hotel Manager is rude and doesn't care about experience and hygiene only cares about the money he is getting. I would avoid like the plague unless you want some little friends joining you in the night.

The beds are very high and hard for a person to get in, pillows are like trying to sleep on rocks, all 5 of them‼️‼️‼️breakfast was awesome. Staff is friendly, but speak broken English, hard to understand what you say to them, and even harder to understand the reply. VERY POOR LIGHTING IN THE ROOMS. Parking was good, entrances were good. Won’t stay there again if ever in the area with all the other choices in the area.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The breakfast ran out of hot food by 9:25. No one ever came to refill it. There were also very limited choices in other non-hot items. No flavors for coffee creamer. The tub was stained and appeared nasty. The bathroom vent was extremely loud and annoying. The bed was comfortable though, and the AC was nice and cold.

I slipped while showering, fell, and hit the bathroom floor. PLEASE affix something inside of the shower to prevent slip amd falls.

The water had a terrible odor, we even had to call the front office to ask if it was safe to use. Room smelled of sewage. The sheets had multiple stains and dust all over desk and nightstands. Seems like it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Will not stay again.

• Mark (2/5): Terrible! - The room was dirty and needed multiple repairs. The safe didn't work, the mirror was missing from entry wall, the shower was rusty and the door wouldn't close, there were miscellaneous stains on the bathroom door, the floor felt sticky and the entire room needed painting including the ceiling. The rugs throughout the halls and entrance needed to be shampooed or replaced. Worst La Quinta we have ever stayed in.

• Andre (2/5): - I’m so disappointed that this hotel is even listed. The pictures DO NOT match the description or property. We decided to leave and not stay. That’s how dirty and nasty it was. I know we can not get a refund but the room and premises were so dirty I was disappointed yall allowed a property like that to be listed. I have pictures if you want me to share.

The corner lamp was off and had to plug to socket which was hard to do, hardly any space to get to it plus when moving the chair, one its leg was broken & had a hard time pulling out & placing it back. The following day, when I returned being out most of the day, the beds had not been done nor the trash picked up & no floor shower towel left. The cleaning crew should take pride in keeping rooms clean & tidy. *** I do want to commend the two employees who worked during the night of my stay that they were nice & ready to assist. We were greeted every time would come in!!

• Regulo (6/5): - This La Quinta felt very humid. I rented the room for 2 nights. I got in at 2 AM but when I went into my room I notice 1/4 of the carpet was wet. There was hair all over the rest room. We told the front desk about the wet carpet and they said there was no a maintenance person that day. We went out for the day and we we got back out room was not cleaned. They left a long note about there being some clothes on top of the bed so for that reason they left no towels or anything. We ended up leaving. I did not stay the second night.

• Anonymous (4/5): It was a bed. - Kingsville is a beautiful town. Towels were wadded up and shoved into the holders. Were they clean??? Who knows. Someone’s dirty socks were still under the sink. Both toilet seats were up and toilet paper hanging down. Lights didn’t work. If we hadn’t been so tired, we would’ve asked for a new room. Men’s public bathroom had duct tape holding it together. Some serious upkeep needed.

• Jordan (1/5): It was terrible - Not a lot Room wasn’t clean, it rained while we were there and the window in our room was leaking, they shut the water off without notice and my husband was half way through his shower they said to give them a little bit but we didn’t have a little bit and it took over an hour anyways, the lady who worked one morning had her kid with her and she screamed all morning. I never complain but this was an awful stay and honestly we should get some money back we’ll never stay again. We used to really like La Quintas
• Rafael (4/5): - I did not like anything about this stay, we arrived at early evening and dark out already, all the exterior lights were all at the hotel. Check in was smooth, then get to room and room was musky, turn on ac and got better. As the ac cooled I noticed water or condensation from ac unit leaking onto the carpet in room. I placed trash bucket to help but did not work, then the tv did not work whatsoever and the shower curtain was old and stained. I didn’t make a fuss as we just wanted to sleep and get moving the next day. We checked out without commenting as we had to be at a meeting. This property needs a bit of work.

The floor was wet near the air condition, the shower curtain was filthy, as well as the tub. The hardware around the doors and the drawers were completely rusted. I was totally in shock. The TV did not work. Someone did come to look at it and basically said all they could do is put us in another room but we were only staying for one day… it should have worked whether we were there for 1 day or one hour! You could tell the room hadn’t been dusted. Pillows were flat. I recently stayed in LaQuinta in Katy, TX & it was excellent- so I wanted to stick with the Brand. BIG MISTAKE.

SOOOO HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CHARGE US???
