• Pavel (6/5): Apartmán v podkroví pěkný možnost ubytovat se psem výhoda a blízko centrum, nicméně za nás zbytečně moc věci všude, neuk - Ubytování blízko centra se psem. Prostorný apartmán v podkroví. Vybavení apartmánu poničené asi nejhorší byla postel, která se houpala stačilo se jen otočit :) Spousta zbytečného vybavení (knížky, stolní hry, dekorace), které bylo víc jako lapač prachu než k užitku měli jsme víc pocit, že jsme u někoho na návštěvě a toho prachu tam bylo všude hodně úklid to vidělo naposledy když byl Šemík hříbě. Celkově vybavení všeho chuť co kde asi zbylo a dost opotřebované.

• Marion Kranz (7/5): Gute Lage - Gute Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Appartement nett, wenngleich auch etwas chaotisch ausgestattet. Wir hatten das Apartment unter dem Dach und mussten mehrere Treppen hochsteigen, was nach einer Knie OP sehr mühsam war. Die Vermieter haben bei Ankunft nur aus dem Fenster geschaut und nach oben gedeutet. Kein Satz wurde gesprochen. Auf Nachrichten über booking.com wurde nicht reagiert. Mikrowelle war defekt und nicht nutzbar. Matratzen extrem hart.

The apartment had steep steps, so avoid large luggage. The apartment was set up for a family with kids. They had play pens, toys, and foosball table. Without kids, it just made the flat very cluttered. The couch wasn't comfortable.

• Karin (4/5): Een matig verblijf - De ligging van het appartement is prima en tien minuten lopen vanaf het oude centrum. Wij waren met vrienden en hadden twee slaapkamers tot onze beschikking. Als zij in de nacht gebruik wilden maken van het toilet dan moesten zij door onze slaapkamer lopen. De badkamer was eenvoudig. De keuken was een aanrechtje wat met grote schroeven bij elkaar werd gehouden. De deurtjes vielen er bijna af. Als je wilde koken op een kookplaatje zag onze slaapkamer blauw van de rook en stoom aangezien er geen afzuiger was om de kookluchten af te zuigen. Er was ook een grote ijskast die veel geluid maakte. Dit alles dus op 1 meter afstand van ons bed. De eigenaren spraken geen Engels of Duits en we konden dus niet met ze communiceren. Kortom, een grote teleurstelling

Can tell it opens temporarily for public to book as there’re still some personal clothes and items in the closet( sorry I didn’t mean to open, didn’t touch them either). We had nice stay there. :) A stiff stairs at the back door to reach the upper apartment. The owners live down stairs, we’re also afraid of being annoying walking around during the night because we returned late after visiting the old town.

The space was impeccably clean and exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable environment throughout my visit. Its prime location made it easy to explore the city's attractions, with numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a convenient and pleasant stay.

The value for price is great and I would book again. You can hear a lot from the apartment above. The shower head is really bad, you have to be very careful to not get water everywhere. The pillows were not great, very used.
• Péter (9/5): Comfortable flat for families close to the beautiful city of Krumlov - The apartment is close to the center of Krumlov, it takes 5 minutes by foot. It has parking places. The flat is well equipped, as needed for a family. In the living room there are a double bed and a giant sofa - in the other a double bed and a very small sofa (suitable under cca. 6 years). Clean and comfortable. We can not meet the owner to say farewell :)

The pictures you see at booking.com are from all the apartments in the building. Some apartments look better than others. Hovever, the apartment was nice and clean and the location was perfect.

I paid for 2 bedrooms with a living room apartment however we were given only one bedroom with a living room apartment with four beds but there was five of us. The sofa bed was broken therefore it couldn't be converted into a bed. The WiFi was very weak and was dropping out. The remote control didn't't work with the television. The microwave was broken.

• Jesse (7/5): It was convenient but uncomfortable - Was located near the Castle. The owner was nice and friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggages for a couple of hours at the garage while we explore the city further. The pillow and bed were uncomfortable.

Shower in the bath only with nowhere to hook. Wasn't an issue as only stayed one night. Bathroom was nice as well. Not a complaint, but had zero advance interaction with anyone prior to arrival despite numerous emails and messages. Don't worry, however, there's people who live at the residence so they'll be there to show you in.

• Les (6/5): Eventually, after our legitimate complaints were acknowledged, we enjoyed our stay. - The location for a family of 4 adults was perfect. If the bedrooms were separated from the dining area, television area, and KITCHEN as suggested by the photo of apartment 3 in the way the client has depicted it on Booking.com, I would have been writing a completely positive review of a self-catering Apartment. As a courtesy, I alerted the owner through Booking.com of arriving 15:00 - 16:00 instead of 16:00. She didn't reply to Booking.com and I couldn't 'phone her because she doesn't speak English. We were met instead by a Czech woman who did make the phone call and then made us drag our luggage up a dangerous outside stone staircase while she stood in front of the proper internal staircase, hiding it from view. When I finally discovered the correct entry, the woman had even blocked the internal stairs with an empty clothes basket. I raised all these matters with the owner and settled the problems, with her giving us an extra apartment. By that time the two younger members of the family had booked accommodation elsewhere in disgust. The owner explained to my wife that the woman who deliberately misled us was a tenant on the ground floor. She should be evicted before Mrs. Gallstyl loses future guests. This problem is easily fixed. So that guests can make an informed choice the client should post room type and facilities by Apartment number in the excellent way that Booking.com has available. But avoid Apartment 1 altogether! The photos of the bathroom will show you why.

• Tomoko (8/5): Clean apartment near historical centre - Very close to historical centre of Cesky Krumlov. Owner in charge of check-in seems a friendly person. After knocking and ringing at the owner's door living downstairs, it took about 10 minutes until they would eventually hear us. Communication not so easy (no English or German), machine translation needed when interacting. A shower curtain for the bath tub is clearly missing to avoid splashing everywhere around.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Irresponsible hotel - We informed the hotel that we would arrive at 10pm. However, due to delay caused by road constructions, we arrived 10 minutes past 10pm. The hotel was closed and only sent us a message saying that the key is left on a door. After searching around the house we could not find the key and was forced to book another hotel at last minute with a much higher rate. Very unpleasant experience.
