• Chui Hong (1/5): Horrible hotel - Avoid this hotel unless you are 100% certain your plans will never change. Their cancellation policy is ridiculous and feels more like daylight robbery than hospitality. I accepted that I should pay a one-night no-show penalty, but charging me for all 3 nights for 2 rooms and refunding only USD10++ is completely unreasonable and greedy. What makes it worse is the terrible customer service. I contacted their official email multiple times, and instead of helping, they just pushed everything to Booking.com and ignored responsibility. No proper explanation, no effort to resolve anything, just silence. This was honestly one of the worst hotel booking experiences I’ve ever had. Be careful before booking unless you are willing to risk losing your money. • Joseph Paulo (10/5): Another stay in HopInn hotel Makati Ave. - I like that we really have a good staycation which is originally an overnight became 2 day staycation. I guess there's no recreational games or rooftop pool which is obvious with the amount you just need to pay in that specific area. Overall there's no downside in our end. Just a bit curious 🤔.

• Elton James (8/5): Comfortable and convenient stay - I liked the easy check-in process, comfy bed, and very clean and compact room. Also the location is nice and very near the establishments I want to visit. The internet speed was also reliable. I was also surprised by the use of Viber/Whatsapp to communicate with the front desk. Very nice touch. I wish there were room slippers to use and a bath mat that can be used when stepping out of the shower.

• Chitlada (8/5): You get what you pay for - Average quality … the location…the standard No cleaning kits , fridge, nothing. The wall is so thin that you can hear everything. Kids running and screaming around… drink people yelling at night.

• Louis (1/5): - Nothing whatsoever! The location is awful as it's near the biggest tourist trap area in Manila where everything costs 5 times more. The staff are nice but their attitude is one of constantly giving excuses about why they can't help guests. The rooms aren't very clean and cleaning services are also poor when you request room cleaning. The area is quite noisy, so not ideal for light sleepers. The wifi connection is not great as some sites and apps seemed to be blocked. Overall, while the price is competitive for that area, all things considered, I don't recommend this place at all.

• MÉGANE (8/5): Un excellent rapport qualité prix dans le quartier de Mekati! - Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel bien situé dans le quartier de Makati. Une literie confortable et une clim fonctionnelle ! Le plus ? On a pu rester un peu plus tard que le check-out initial pour aller prendre notre avion ensuite ! L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier dynamique et donc bruyant. La circulation est dense de jour comme de jour.

• Dennis (8/5): Great valie for the price. - The room is worth it for the price. I love the thoughtful approach on sustainability. It’s centrally located but in the busy streets of Poblacion so it can be quite chaotic at times.

En taxi, à environ 45 minutes de l'intramuros, égale distance du port des ferries. Un peu excentré tout de même. La chambre n'est disponible qu'à partir de 2 pm, sinon un supplément est à payer.

• Marko (4/5): Just don’t - Not what I had imagined. I have stayed in numerous budget hotels, but this one is far from the level expected. Loud from the street. Room has a stale stench. The sheets are not perfectly clean. The room itself is not clean, like dusty. The sheets are itchy. The hotel itself needs some serious maintenance. Staff also not very friendly, quite snappy. Would not stay here again, even if only for a night.
