Dale (2/5): Don’t stay here - First the place is up 6 flights of stairs (76 steps), which is not great in general, but a royal pain when trying to carry your luggage up. Next, the place is run down, pealing wallpaper, minimal furniture and they don’t even provide blankets for the bed - just 1 sheet. Finally, they have up notices that if you make any noise after 9:00pm, they will fine you $400.
Quyen (6/5): Great Apartment for big group of young people - Very large apartment which was great for our group of seven. Much bigger than what we expected. The location was great, easy access to restaurants and shops. The downside were the few minutes walk from the Ca'd'Oro water bus stop to the apartment and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, that created tremendous problem for my elderly family with large luggage.
