Maria (6/5): Downtown Loja - Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, We had a room with 3 beds as I was traveling with my 2 sons. The room had no window but a very noisy air conditioner that was to small for the size of room. Breakfast was very nice and had a good selection. Coffee was ok but as this hotel is located in Loja it should have great coffee as Loja is known for the best coffee in Ecuador. Location was good and parking is only suitable for smaller vehicles as its very steep to get to get in and out of the parking garage in the basement. Overall an OK stay

I stayed for one night and every single detail was carefully prepared and taken care of. I dined and had breakfast and must say both were great! The best is their Horchata dispenser by the front desk. Such a great treat!!

Hector (6/5): - La propiedad está en medio de dos edificios adosados en el centro, son edificios antiguos, asi que solo en las habitaciones frontales las ventanas dan a la calle, el resto de habitaciones (que son una mayoria) dan al pasillo interior que recibe muy poca luz, da una sensacion de encierro. Las habitaciones son modernas, comodas pero tienen ese problema de iluminacion. Como las habitaciones dan al interior se escucha lo que la gente camina , cierra puertas, hablan en el.pasillo, etc. Esto resultó muy incómodo. Pedí que me cambien de habitación a una frontal que aunque no tiene buena vista pero es mas silenciosa y mejor iluminada.

The open architecture design is especially well expressed in the suites, which feature abundant space and contemporary furniture - including bathroom fixtures. This theme ensures distinguished reception and restaurant areas. Furthermore, staff are eager to satisfy - and exceed - guest expectations. For me, the ultimate experience was the breakfast buffet which features local and costal delicacies! It is truly the best local food that I have enjoyed in Ecuador.

Rosa (10/5): - Muy cómodo, sin embargo, estaba lleno el apartamento por lo que tuvimos que ir a los aparcamientos de RM si bien estaban reservados por el hotel pues es incómodo que el auto se quede en el otro lugar que se supone que cierra y pues el no poder sacar y entrar el carro muy de noche por temor a qué se encuentre cerrado el lugar dónde se tuvo que dejar parqueado el auto.

Sarah (5/5): we were disappointed the “deluxe room” was so small and the service was not great but it was satisfactory. wouldn’t rec - it was satisfactory. nothing special. no parking or way to pull-over when arriving. was difficult to unload luggage in traffic. “deluxe room” did not have bathtub. room was hot. portable AC unit was very loud. room was not soundproofed at all. asked for clean towels - two hours later still no towels and had to call a second time. Sunday breakfast was way over-crowded there was no food left, and it was understaffed: it was difficult to get even a simple cup of coffee, milk for my sons cereal and a spoon.

Ciro (10/5): Muy recomendable - Lindo hotel, muy cómodo y muy bien ubicado. Excelente atención del personal de recepción y botones. El servicio en el restaurante podría mejorar, uno llega, el mesero pasa cerca y no lo toma a uno en cuenta hasta que uno lo detiene. Pero son detalles superables. En general, muy recomendable, espero volver.
Lauren (10/5): - My favorite aspect of this hotel was the sensational (and varied) breakfast buffet. Dinners were fantastic, too, and quite cheaply priced (by American standards.) The only down-side for me was the lack of sound-proofing -- my room had a portion of what would I'd assumed would be a glass window overlooking the central open-air area, which was actually completely open (save for some ironwork keeping people from climbing through it.)

Esteban (9/5): the hotel is situated in a premium location. The premises are relatively new and the beds are very comfortable. - the property is very clean and well situated near the CBD of the city. it only has one elevator
