The riad is located in an alley off one of the main streets in the medina, it's quiet while still being close to everything, however finding it was slightly anxiety-inducing. The bathroom was very moldy.

Struttura molto accogliente e con l’albero di arance nel giardino del Riad pieno di uccellini è stato amore a prima vista. La camera al piano terra era molto carina, fornita di aria condizionata e stufetta ma comunque umida purtroppo poca possibilità di cambio d’aria.

I travelled alone (female) and felt extremely safe walking to and from the riad. Fantastic location with just a short, very safe, walk from Jemaa el-Fna square, yet tucked away enough to be very quiet and peaceful. The staff are extremely lovely, helpful, kind and gracious. On arrival, they welcomed me with tea and the WiFi password before I even reached my room. They served a decent continental breakfast and offered to serve it at a time of my choosing. The riad is extremely clean and my room was spotless. The roof terrace lovely and nicely decorated. No complaints at all! but a few comfort notes for guests: * It gets quite cold in the evenings and mornings. (I was there February). My wall heater wasn’t working but the staff brought me a very efficient portable heater immediately that heated the room quickly. * On the theme of warmth: tiled floor with no rug = very cold floor at night/mornings - but a good excuse to buy Babouche slippers from the souks :) * I prefer a firmer mattress but the bed was very firm. *. Riads don’t have sound proof rooms, so if you’re arriving late in the evening please be considerate of sleeping guests.

The breakfast was average but good it continued variety of local food. Best to arrange a taxi from the airport as on arrival to the square the hotel is not easy to find, but once you are there getting around is easy and everything is so close by Pillows were soft, otherwise an extremely pleasant environment setting in a quiet location, easy to get around and the staff are very pleasant.

• Naeem (8/5): Good Riad in a great location - If you are looking for a traditional Riad in the heart of Medina then look no further. Overall the Riad was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful (special shout out to Oussama and Muhammad). Location was a 10/10 - literally a 5 minute walk to Jemaa el-Fna. We would recommend using their airport transfer service especially if you don't have access to mobile data/Google maps, as it will be very difficult locating the Riad for the first time. The room was spacious and included all amenities. An iron is available on request. Bed was large but the mattress was very hard so it took us a couple of days to get used to. The room was cleaned everyday, however there were a couple of instances where our towels weren't replaced but we were able to retrieve replacements from the laundry room. Breakfast was traditional moroccon with pastries. They didn't serve eggs as standard but we asked the maid and she happily made them for us. There is sometimes a slight language barrier with the maids so we'd recommend having Google translate handy. One thing to add is that you don't get given your own key to the Riad so if you are out and want to return, you have to knock/ring the doorbell. Check out was quick and easy and the staff arranged for our boarding passes to be printed off.

• Oyara (8/5): Good location - Our stay was okay. While the Riad is situated in a fantastic location, it fell short in a few areas. We were informed that the bathrooms would have proper doors for privacy, but instead, there was just a curtain separating the room from the toilets. This lack of privacy was disappointing, and to make matters worse, the curtain fell unexpectedly on my head and feet,causing me some discomfort. I was relieved that our stay was only for one night, as the rooms felt a bit cramped and claustrophobic. On a positive note, the staff member we interacted with was courteous and polite. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the accommodations could use significant improvement.
• Phuong (10/5): A magical oasis in the middle of the medina. - You would never imagine such a lovely space inside if looking at it from the ancient narrow streets of the market place leading to it. Once inside - wow! And so peaceful too. Our suite was amazing - I love the decor. We had a huge bathroom with an enormous deep bath. The central courtyard was gorgeous with the fruit trees. The roof terrace looked lovely too but we didn't have time to hang around there. Very convenient but we did get a bit lost on the first night as all the streets were so similar. Take photos as you leave so you can find your way back. Our host Osama spoke perfect English and was a wonderful young man make sure we enjoyed our stay. He even went out to the market to get me chilly sauce to take home because I would have had to pay 5 times more. Mohamed and the cleaning lady too - such lovely and helpful people! The Riad is well-located. You can get anywhere from there by foot. All within easy walking distance. Nothing. Perhaps make a nameplate for the main entrance. It is not clear that it is the Riad Dar Aman.

The aria does not feel safe until you enter the dore of the place, the way there is very dirty and scared me. Felt like I was in a third word country, however once inside the place I felt very save and the place was nice. And the old man who worked there was very kind
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely riad in a very central location. Easy to walk to most places but tucked enough away to be quiet. Especially enjoyed the rooftop in the morning sun
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This Riad exceeded our expectations. It was such an enchanting setting from the courtyard to the suite. Mohamed and staff were extremely kind and attentive to our needs. The best fresh orange juice in the morning. The housekeeping service was great. The location is a bit tucked away from the noise of the media but we ( as three females) found the local residential street and people to be helpful.
