• Kathinka (10/5): Nice place - Nice place with good breakfast and pool. Note it’s more of a lodge style place and not a regular hotel. You’ll need a car to reach most places in Chamonix centre and most lifts, we had a rental and did not check out any buses. Good value for money - Chamonix-style.

• Marco (8/5): La nostra esperienza all’Odalys residence. - Eravamo in famiglia quattro persone ed eravamo venuti lì a sciare una settimana è stato molto confortevole tranne forse per lo spazio un po’ ridotto e però per i mezzi era molto buono perché consentiva gratuitamente i biglietti del treno. Però si consiglia di non arrivare prima delle cinque perché non viene data la camera.

• JEONGYOUNG (8/5): 가격대비 가성비 최고의 호텔 - 가격 대비 가성비 최고의 호텔입니다. 커피 캡슐은 한번만 채워 주는 점이나 쓰레기 및 청소를 해야하는 번거로운 부분이 있지만, 가볍게 음식을 해서 먹을 수도 있고, 무료 주차나 무료 와이파이를 제공하고, 샤모니에서 사용할 수 있는 교통권을 제공하는 점은 훌륭합니다. 전반적으로 친절하고, 시설도 깨끗하고 샤모니 시내에서 기차로 2 정거장 차이로 가까운 편입니다. 다음에 다시 샤모니를 방문한다면 고민없이 선택할 숙소입니다. 강력 추천합니다.

• Bernard (10/5): Séjour au TOP - Du début à la fin, notre séjour c’est très bien passé. L’accueil au top, l’appartement très propre et très confortable. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. La résidence est proche de la gare où nous avons pu prendre le train/navette pour nous rendre à Chamonix ainsi qu’à nos différents points de départs de randonnée… Nous recommandons !!!

Der Steinboden war ein bisschen kalt. Hier würde ich dem Hotel empfehlen „Hausschuhen“ zu verteilen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Bett war für uns leider zu hart.

• Damaris (8/5): Komfortable Unterkunft an super Lage - Online-Check-in war sehr effizient, Code fürs Parking sowie Zimmernummer wurden am Anreisetag per SMS mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage direkt neben dem Bahnhof und einer Bushaltestelle ist perfekt für Aktivitäten in der Region. Der Pool ist etwas klein, mehr zum Planschen als zum Schwimmen.

• Philip (8/5): Ok for 1 night - The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open. The electricity went off during the night when our youngest went to the toilet. Breakfast was ok but very over priced. The pool was nice, but freezing, and the whole pool area could do with a good clean.

• Juergen (8/5): Ideal zum Wandern am Mont Blanc. - Schönes Appartment mit kompletter Küchenausstattung. Leider etwas laut, weil das Zimmer zur Durchgangsstrasse lag und Fenster nicht schalldicht waren. Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber mit Geräuschentwicklung. Schöner warmer Pool, leider nur bis 19:00 Uhr. Wellness kostet extra. Lage ideal zum Bahnhof max. 2 min mit schneller Bahnverbindugn in das gesamte Tal.

• Mihai Cosmin (8/5): Pleasing Experience - It was great overall, breakfast was delicious. The only thing I didn't like that much was the limited towels they gave, and asking 8EUR for an extra set of towels, and also the small bedroom was REALLY SMALL - for 2 kids not for 2 adults, which I didn't know. But overall OK.

They allowed us early check-in, helped with ordering bread delivery. Laundry facilities on site, comfy and clean apartment, nice pool area. We were well rested to continue on TMB. Thank you!
• Peggy (10/5): Très bon séjour - Résidence récente bien équipée. Un peu éloignée du centre de chamonix, mais très accessible avec le train et le bus. Parking en sous sol, wifi efficient et service de boulangerie le matin bien pratique. Le personnel est très aimable.

Om du har ryggplager bør du ikke bestille her. Du leier i praksis en leilighet som du må ordne selv. Ikke eksisterende Wi-Fi som er poengtert ved flere andre anmeldelser. Dette burde være selvfølge i 2020!! Vedrørende kjøkkenutstyr mangler det ex stekespade og stekepannene er skjeve. Fint vedrørende parkering og skibod. Lett iht kommunikasjon til bakker og by. Kan bestilles baguetter til egen frokost i resepsjonen. Obs: du må selv vaske etter deg og ha inspeksjon. Dette burde vært inkluderende i prisen.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Chambres modernes et propres, déjeuner bon également. Piscine très agréable. Penser à prendre des chaussures et un peignoir pour aller à la piscine car l’hotel N’en fournit pas et il fait froid dans le couloir. L’alarme incendie s’est enclenchée à 5h du matin...fausse alerte heureusement, mais du coup c’etait moyen pour le repos de nos jeunes enfants et nous-mêmes...! Lors du check-out j’ai demandé s’ils allaient faire un geste, car aucune explication ni excuse ne nous ont été données sur cette alarme et le réceptionniste m’a dit qu’il fallait parler avec la direction. J’ai évidemment accepté, et le responsable n’était pas très content de la demande, me disant qu’il préférait des fausses alertes plutôt que tout l’hôtel brûle (je ne vois pas très bien le rapport avec ma demande)... il a néanmoins fini par nous offrir un rabais de 50% sur le déjeuner, c’est au moins un geste de principe. Dans l’ensemble très bien pour notre groupe de 13 personnes et nous y retournerions.

• Ursula (8/5): Nice Appartement Hotel - We had a 2 sleeping room Appartement. It is equipped with everything necessary, the staff is very helpful and nice. Some Appartements have a view to the Mont Blanc. Located outside of Chamonix, but can easily be reached by bus (every 30 min) or train (every 60 min).

Mais moderne , confortable , appartements de bonne taille , piscine et proximité ( moins de 100 métres) des bus et du train de la vallée de Chamonix ( gratuits avec la carte d'hôte ) , mettant Chamonix à moins de 10 minutes sans prendre la voiture .

• Jesper (8/5): Good quality hotel - We stayed for three nights for end-of-season skiing in late April 2018. Good, well-equipped and clean apartment. Nice pool area and breakfast (at an extra fee). Very friendly and attentive staff. Very good parking facilities under the hotel. On the negative side, the free wifi had poor reception in our room and 4G service was not very good either, so internet connection from the room was not that good. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Séjour agréable - Résidence neuve, propre. Appartement 2 chambres idéal pour 4 personnes (2 couples) mais petit pour 6. Demandez un appartement côté "Montagne" car nous avions un appartement coté "route", et il était très bruyant une fois la baie vitrée ouverte. Piscine très agréable, chauffée à 30, idéale pour notre bébé. à 5 minutes en train (gratuit) du centre de Chamonix.
• Raz (8/5): nice new clean hotel - Very clean, good hotel. Good location. Staff are a bit rude, but generally ok. This is a self catering apartment rather than a hotel. Be prepared to clear out your own rubbish and clean room at check out. Ample underground parking included. During our stay, the Jacuzzi was not working, but the swimming pool was warm and great.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice new hotel, still working out a few kinks? - We had a nice short stay - very nice location close to both Chamonix village and Grand Montets (<4 mins drive) - new hotel so everything was really clean. Beds very comfortable, lots of room, and a great view. Indoor/outdoor pool was very nice. Seems like they are still working out some details - website said that there is a spa, but turns out not really, was a big hot tub in a room that simply didnt have any water in it, and we were told it was broken, but not until after they signed us up to use it (with a fee, of course). Seems like there was a lot of nickel and diming - charge to use hot tub room or exercise, for coffee in the apartment, things that seem like they should be included at the price. A suggestion would be for them to have simple things like salt and pepper, or cleaning sponges, little things that would just be nice to have without having to buy when you rent an apartment for a few days or a week. They inspect the room before checkout - was odd. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall was very comfortable and nice - and we hope they figure out a slightly higher level of elegance for the price.
• J (4/5): Very bad - I asked for 4 single beds but was given a double bed and 2 single beds though the 4 single beds option was what I chose online. Spa and other sauna amenities are shown on the website but was told that these have to come at an extra charge at the reception. They don’t help to clean the room but charge 4 euros per towel if I needed a replacement. Try to avoid this place at all costs.
• Chris (2/5): Nice building, bad service - The hotel did not answer the phone when we required our reservation be modified. We tried to go through Expedia and got stone-walled there as well. Very bad start to a very lukewarm experience. Hotel was new, and staff seemed very new as well. Bad service, long and awkward check in, did not have answers and even gave out incorrect information. Met a very hostile front desk assistant who yelled at me for trying to use the coffee machine. The sauna cost extra and the hot tub was a luke warm pool. They make you reserve a spot but then let anyone down anyways. They charge a premium for certain hours which was totally absurd. A formal complaint lodged with the manager went nowhere. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful Hotel, excellent staff, fantastic stay - We are a family of 4 and needed an unexpected stay, booked this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised, the rooms where amazing (2 bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen, bathroom and wc). Although it is outside direct reach to any ski-slopes, shops or restaurants, the bus and train stop on their doorstep and it will only take 5 min to Argentiere or 10min to Chamonix. It was more convenient than expected. The staff were amazing, patient and had a lot of information. It was clean, fresh, modern and quiet. Our kids had no problem falling asleep in this hotel. Although there are no dining facilities in the hotel apart from breakfast, the staff were very helpful in advising where to go. Buy some shopping on the way up and you will be sorted, also Argentiere has supermarket for further needs. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to other people.
• Verified traveler (10/5): A great new Apartment hotel - A brand new apartment hotel, the apartment with a small kitchen fully equipt , has a nice terrace with a view to the mountains . At the hotel there is a small heated swimming pool and a small spa and a children's club . A great place for families with children . Notice that you have to leave the apartment clean or you will be charged for cleanup
