• Amaia (10/5): MEJOR IMPOSIBLE - UBICACIÓN FANTÁSTICA LIMPIEZA INCREÍBLE CÓMODO DETALLISTA NOS DEJÓ2 botellas de AGUA, nos ayudó a ponernos en contacto con un taxista, me ayudó con todas las dudas e incluso me asesoró . El secador secaba súper bien ( q no suele pasar) DE VERDAD QUE SÚPER CONTETA. (Pude guardar las maletas hasta q me fui fuera)

Wir kamen erst nach den regulären Check-in-Zeiten in Neapel an und dabei hat er uns großartig unterstützt, dass Alles gut klappt (mit ausführlichen Beschreibungen mit Fotos und Videos). In den Zimmern ist es erstaunlich ruhig, so mitten im Spanischen Viertel (tolles Viertel).Wir konnten hervorragend schlafen und die Zimmer sind tippi toppi.

En pleno Quartieri Spagnoli con Via Toledo y a 2 minutos del metro. Zona muy segura que transmite mucha tranquilidad para moverse. Para nosotros era un punto a tener en cuenta muy importante. Sobre Terrazza Partenopea y su anfitrión Vincenzo, no se si podré expresarme con las palabras que le puedan hacer justicia. Vincenzo es una persona totalmente cualificada para trabajar cara al público. Buen profesional, servicial ,muy educado y agradable. Nos dió las monedas que se necesitan para subir y bajar en el ascensor. En atención al personal de limpieza me parece justo comentar que fueron muy agradables con nosotros también. El alojamiento dá muy buena impresión nada más entrar. A la entrada junto a la recepción está el comedor para desayunos. Siempre organizado y limpio. Teníamos la habitación más pequeña que para nosotros fué más que suficiente pues dispone de todo lo necesario. Está muy bien en general. Primera impresión muy positiva!👌🏼 La cama grande y muy confortable y el espacio de la habitación no es pequeño. Armario en muy buen estado con espejo y bastantes perchas en condiciones! Enchufes con acoples en cada mesita para poder enchufar varias cosas a la vez. Mini nevera con agua fresca Tv y aire acondicionado. Y sobre todo, un mantenimiento de limpieza diario excelente. Dá gusto al abrir la puerta el olor a limpio! Se podía dormir fenomenal sin ruidos porque esa habitación no da a la calle. El cuarto de baño es pequeño, era de imaginar, pero tiene de todo y no es problema el espacio. Para mi fue una alegría que el secador de pelo no fuera el típico de los hoteles, pues le pude acoplar mi difusor. Nos entregó las llaves de todo para movernos con toda tranquilidad. Nos facilitó el poder dejar nuestro equipaje desde por la mañana hasta la tarde el día de salida pues nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. En definitiva, está todo de 10! 🔝 No le pudimos poner ni una pega. Lo recomendamos totalmente. No podemos ponerle ninguna pega. Todo fué perfecto.

• Natascha (8/5): Tolles B&B - Super Lage in Neapel, direkt im Spanischen Viertel in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Metro direkt in der Nähe. Kontakt zum Vermieter super und auch wirklich nett. Kleiner Balkon vorhanden. Zimmer gross genug, mit kleinem Kühlschrank. Typisch italienische. Frühstück jedoch gab es auch gekochte Eier, Toast , Käse und Kleine Wurstauswahl. Strassenlärm dank gut isolierender Fenster nicht zu hören. Kleinigkeiten wie wackelige Steckdosen und das Badregal war nur an einer Schraube sporadisch fest gemacht. Die Badablage in der Dusche auch sehr wackelig.

• Claudia (9/5): Localização fantástica! - A localização é espetacular, muito pertinho da Toledo, a rua parece estranha em um primeiro momento mas depois você percebe que as ruas de Nápoles são assim mesmo rsrs. Amamos a venda de frutas na esquina, morangos maravilhosos a 1 euro! Muito perto tem uma barbearia (tem algumas), meu marido fez barba e cabelo com o Pepe (:. Existem vários restaurantes nas ruas e lojas e a Toledo bem pertinho mesmo. O Vincenzo foi bem bacana, nos atendeu super bem, muito prestativo sempre. A entrada poderia ser mais bem identificada. Tem apenas um adesivo rosa relativamente pequeno com o nome do estabelecimento. A referência para chegar é a loja Pandora na Toledo, ao entrar na rua não é no primeiro quarteirão (que é minúsculo), é no meio do segundo. Mas é bem pertinho mesmo. Outra coisa, a cama poderia ser um pouco melhor.

• Elisa (8/5): Hat für einen 4-tägigen Städtetrip super funktioniert! - Es gab kleine Shampoos, Zahnbürste etc, die Lage war super! Wir durften das Gepäck nich so lage in der Unterkunft lassen. es gab nur ein Laken als Bettdecke, nicht zu 100% sauber bzw sah an der Decke etwas runtergekommen aus.

• GEORGES (10/5): ΕΝΑ ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΟ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΟ ΜΕΡΟΣ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΜΕΙΝΕΙΣ ΣΤΗΝ ΝΑΠΟΛΗ - Η επικοινωνία ήταν εξαιρετική ακόμη πριν πάμε, με πληροφορίες για τον τρόπο μετακίνησής μας και λεπτομερείς οδηγίες (με βίντεο). Μας υποδέχθηκε ο ιδιοκτήτης στην πόρτα της εισόδου, ο Λορέντζο, ένας νεαρός με το εγκάρδιο χαμόγελο και πηγαία ευγένεια που χαρακτηρίζει τους ναπολιτάνους. Μας ανέβασε την βαλίτσα στο δωμάτιο και μας ενημέρωσε και μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε ότι έχουμε ένα δικό μας άνθρωπο να μας βοηθήσει ανά πάσα στιγμή. Τα δωμάτια είναι όπως περιγράφονται ευρύχωρα, καινούργια και καθαρά. Στην εσωτερική αίθουσα προσφέρει πρωινό που δεν πήραμε λόγω δίαιτας αλλά ήταν με προσεγμένα εκλεκτά προϊόντα και εξαιρετικό ναπολιτάνικο εσπρέσο που μας κέρασε. Στο δεύτερο όροφο είναι η ταράτσα όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις την υπέροχη θέα στον λόφο Βόμερο και το κάστρο Σαντ’ Έλμο. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο, στην καρδιά των ισπανικών συνοικιών κοντά στον σταθμό του μετρό Τολέδο κάνοντας εύκολες τις μετακινήσεις. Διαθέτει ασανσέρ που δεν είναι συχνό στο ιστορικό κέντρο, έχει όμως δεύτερο όροφο με εσωτερική σκάλα και θα πρέπει να αναφέρει κάποιος αν έχει πρόβλημα να ανέβει σκάλες ώστε να είναι στο όροφο του ασανσέρ. Αν ξαναπάω στην Νάπολη ελπίζω να τα καταφέρω να φιλοξενηθώ πάλι στα δωμάτια του Λορέντζο. Και κάτι άσχετο καλύτερη προσφορά για να επισκεφτείς μουσεία και αρχαιολογικούς χώρους της περιοχής είναι η κάρτα Campania Artecard 365 Lite.

• luca (10/5): UN GIOIELLO A NAPOLI - Un piccolo gioiello nel cuore di Napoli ! Il proprietario Vincenzo é un ottimo padrone di casa cordialità, gentilezza, passione e professionalità. Le camere sono ben curate, pulizia top e cosa non da poco lenzuola e asciugamani sono profumati! La zona é tranquilla e strategica a pochi passi incontrate Via Toledo con negozi vari e Metro. Vincenzo ha sempre molta cura in tutto e mette al primo posto il dialogo con i clienti sia per il suo carattere amichevole sia perché ci tiene a migliorare sempre di piú la sua attività. • Rosaria (10/5): Eccellente - Abbiamo trascorso una breve ma meravigliosa vacanza a Napoli soggiornando al B&B Terrazza Partenope e, come sempre, non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Per noi è già la quarta volta in questa struttura, e questo dice tutto: quando si trova un posto così, si ritorna sempre volentieri. La posizione è davvero strategica, perfetta per raggiungere comodamente a piedi tanti punti di interesse, senza necessità di utilizzare l’auto. Anche metro e autobus sono facilmente accessibili, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e pratici. Ma ciò che rende ogni soggiorno speciale è soprattutto l’accoglienza. Enzo e la sua meravigliosa famiglia ci fanno sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Gentilezza, disponibilità, attenzione e calore umano non mancano mai. È raro incontrare persone così genuine e premurose. Noi siamo napoletani ma viviamo a Milano, e ogni volta che torniamo qui è come rientrare davvero a casa. Ormai per noi questa struttura è una seconda casa e sarà sempre il nostro punto di riferimento. Un grazie di cuore per tutto l’affetto che ci donate ogni volta… e arrivederci a prestissimo ❤️

• Juan Alberto (9/5): El trato del personal es excelente - Vicenzo muy atento, antes de la llegada y durante toda la estancia. Todos los días deja botellas de agua en la habitación, monedas para el ascensor, pudimos dejar el equipaje después del check out. Todas las facilidades para sentirse muy cómodo. La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta. Se puede ir andando a todas partes.

• Escardó (10/5): Allotjament perfecte - La relació qualitat-preu és boníssima. La ubicació immillorable. L’habitació San Martino és petita però per perfecte per dues persones. La terrassa d’adalt, una marevella, es veu el castell de Sant’Elmo i el quarteri spagnoli. El Vincenzo súper amable i proper! Repetiriem 100%!

• Decebal (9/5): Cateva zile de vacanta care au trecut mult prea repede. - Nu am optat pentru mic dejun. Locatia se afla pozitionata excelent, in centrul istoric, aproape de terase, magazine, mijloace de transport. Interactiunea cu proprietarul a fost minunata. Am primit recomandari care s-au dovedit foarte bune in ceea ce priveste locurile in care sa mancam si ce sa vizitam, raportat la numarul de zile de sedere. Recomand din tot sufletul locatia pentru cei ce vor sa cunoasca orasul si imprejurimile. Pentru proprietar, aprecieri maxime. Nu am nimic negativ de adaugat. Totul a fost in buna regula.

• Rebecca (8/5): Napoli si ama - La posizione centrale , il proprietario gentilissimo . Struttura piccolina ma con tutto il necessario per soggiornare in questa meravigliosa città . Rapporto qualità - prezzo : ottimo Se proprio devo trovare una pecca , l’ascensore ma il proprietario troverà il modo di farvelo piacere. Quindi alla fine nulla.
• Noemi (9/5): Mi sono sentita come a casa💙 - Il B&B Terrazza Partenopea é situato al centro dei Quartieri Spagnoli, in una posizione assolutamente perfetta per muoversi completamente a piedi. se si vogliono prendere i mezzi la metro é a 1 minuto (a piedi fermata Toledo) e la funicolare a 3 minuti (a piedi). Noi abbiamo soggiornato in due camere diverse, la prima leggermente più ampia, adatta a chi ha bisogno di spazi più grandi, la seconda un pelino più ristretta ma entrambe super pulite. Hanno tutte il condizionatore caldo freddo e l’asciugacapelli con mini frigo Bar! A disposizione c’è una terrazza che si affaccia sui Quartieri Abbiamo avuto un disguido con il volo ed il proprietario ci ha dato la disponibilità della stanza fino al pomeriggio, mai vista un gentilezza del genere. Torneremo sicuramente e la consiglierò. Grazie mille Mi sono sentita come a casa
• Monika (10/5): A la hauteur de nos attentes - La localisation est parfaite , la clime incroyable, la terrasse en haut est super pour faire des photos, pleins de restaurant et cafés à côté il y’a beaucoup de choix comme le apperol spritz et prosceco 1€ 👍et le propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a bien accueilli :) L’ascenseur nous a fait un peu peur mais c’est personnel :,)
