• Marco (10/5): fantastico - alloggio in pieno centro, posizione molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici, passeggiate e ristorazione. alloggio grande pulitissimo e comodo da vivere, letti comodi con topper cuscini forse troppo morbidi. attrezzatura completa e funzionante nell alloggio, che non abbiamo usato ma che ci è stata illustrata all arrivo dall host, gentilissima disponibile e presente per risolvere un piccolo problema col wifi. vicino all alloggio ci sono ristoranti, caffe italiani, 2 supermercati e tutto quello che serve per fare la spesa o mangiare con poca spesa. siamo stati benissimo.

• Alessandra (9/5): Lässiger Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt gegenüber gibt es Supermarkt, Drogerie, Metzgerei und Bäckerei. Günstige Parkgarage ist ca. 100 m enfernt (Gebühr derzeit max. 10 pro Tag). U-Bahn Richtung Zentrum ist zu Fuß in weniger als 5 min. zu erreichen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und gaben uns tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Wien gegeben- an dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Nur minimaler Punkt, aber vielleicht gut zu wissen: Leider bietet die Wohnung keine Aussicht von den Fenstern aus. Jjedoch hat uns das nicht gestört, da wir Kaiserwetter erwischt hatten und eh nur zum Schlafen dort waren. Und wer den Ausblick doch benötigt möchte, hat Zugang zu einer Dachterasse mit 360 ° Rundumblick.

Ev sahibinin tüm geçikmeleri haber vermemize rağmen bizi çocuklarla birlikte soğukta kapıdan bekletmesi ve konuma ulaştıktan sonra aramamıza rağmen telefonlara cevap vermemesi hayal kırıklıgına sebeb olmuştur. Bizi görmesine rağmen hiçbir şekilde iletişim kurmayarak farklı biri ile anahtarı bize ulaştırdı. Bu tavrı hiç misafirperver değildi. Salondaki oturma grupları son derece kirli ve konfordan yoksundu. Ayrıca mutfak malzemeleri eski ve mutfak tezgahının üzerinde sigara yanıkları vardı.

• Mirjana (9/5): Odlicno smo se proveli - Lokacija je odlicna. Metro stanica linije U3 koja vodi do centra je jako blizu. Za deset minuta ste u centru grada. Domacica koja nas je sacekala bila je vrlo ljubazna i predusretljiva. Higijena stana na ocekivanom nivou Krevet je udoban ali su jastuci premekani, gotovo da ih nema. Nedovoljna kolicina sredstava za higijenu za sest osoba koliko nas je boravilo u stanu ( tolet papir, tecni sapun, ubrusi). Ne bi bilo lose da se u stan koji je prilicno udoban, prostran, na dobroj lokaciji, doda par sitnica za bolji ugodjaj...recimo, secer, neku kesicu caja ili kafu za dobrodoslicu...ima aparat za kafu, ali popicete je kada sami kupite pakovanja kafe za aparat.

• KS (8/5): Clean, Spacious Apartment with a Kind Host - The host was very friendly and accommodating, even meeting us 1.5 hours before the official check-in time! She explained all we needed to know. The place was clean, and everything was good. While the TV was great for smart viewing, access to local channels would have been a nice addition. Also, the capsule coffee machine used a non-standard pod, and we couldn't find any compatible ones (or any provided). Finally, a simple kitchen towel would be helpful in the cooking area.

• Jitka (7/5): Skvělá lokalita s bytem pro nenáročné - Skvělá lokalita hned u metra, naproti obchod, kousek dětské hřiště. Klíče byly nachystány ve schránce a mohli jsme se ubytovat dříve než bylo uvedeno. Možnost využít výtah i výstup na střešní terasu. Byt je starší a je to vidět na vybavení - nedržící věšáky/dekorace, které odpadávaly ze zdi apod. Rozkládací pohovka není úplně ideální na spaní. Čistota mohla být také lepší - nepořádek pod postelí, flekatá pohovka po rozložení.
• Li (2/5): Leider eine sehr ungepflegte Unterkunft mit irreführenden Bildern - Der Vermieter hat auf unsere Beschwerde sehr fair reagiert, eine gründliche Reinigung angeboten, die aber alle übrigen Mängel, vor allem der Betten und der baulichen Mängel nicht hätte abstellen können und daraufhin die Buchung trotz der einen genutzten Nacht komplett kostenfrei storniert und uns Zeit bis 20 Uhr gegeben am 2. Tag um die Wohnung zu räumen. Billa direkt gegenüber war praktisch, parken im Parkhaus in der Nähe wirklich gut und vergleichsweise günstig für Wien. Restaurants/ Imbiss/ Bäcker/ Metzger in der Nähe. Zu Fuß in 20 Minuten im touristischen Zentrum. Scheinbar werden unterschiedliche Wohnungen unter dem gleichen Namen für das Apartment angeboten, nur ein zwe der Bilder stimmten für unsere Wohnung, daher kann es sein, dass andere Apartments besser sind als das was wir unter d dem Namen erhalten haben. In dem Apartment im 2. Stock das wir eine Nacht genutzt haben war leider nicht gründlich sauber gemacht worden. Socken nach einem Gang durch die Wohnung schmutzig, lange dunkle Haare im Schlafzimmer, Regalböden lagen im Kleiderschrank unten quer, da alle Halterungen fehlten, Spiegel waren mit Klebeband an den Wänden festgeklebt, Matratzen (aller vier Betten) total durchgelegen mit tiefer Kule, Bettwäsche loechrig und alle Knöpfe fehlten, Sofa und Sesselbezuege stark fleckig, Steckdosen und Lichtschalter ragten z.T. lose aus der Wand, Toilettensitz war nicht richtig befestigt, Backofen innen völlig schmutzig,sogar noch größere Krümel der letzten Pizza drin, Geschirr und Besteck nicht richtig sauber, Fronten und Sockel der Küche stark angewohnt und diese zudem nicht besonders ausgestattet, weder Salz noch Pfeffer da und Kapselkaffeemaschinen sind per se ungünstig, da man sich immer speziell passende organisieren muss, Korb der Spülmaschine stark verrostet... Die Wohnung roch zudem sehr unangenehm und Fahrstuhl im Haus war zudem defekt.
• TAMA (8/5): - This was a clean unit, nice location with butcher and grocery accross the road. The lift was not working, I would confirm that the lift is working before booking. In the main bedroom beds were no not comfortable due to excessive sagging.

• Ronald (4/5): sehr entäuschend - Lage war gut Kein W-LAN(war zwar nicht explizit ausgewiesen,aber im Jahre 2025!),Klimaanlage falsch platziert und zu klein,Sofa im Wohnzimmer sehr alt und müffelig, Fernsehen kaum möglich(dauerhafte Verbindungsabbrüche fast aller Sender),Vermieter wohnte nebenan im Doppelhaus(dessen Eltern kamen auch tagelang zu Besuch),dadurch eine Gartennutzung oder Entspannung und Ruhe dort nicht gegeben
• Asiyat (8/5): Если вы без детей, и вам не нужна готовка , локация просто шикарная 👌 - Локация шикарная. И нахождение рядом супермаркетов, дворика и площадки для детей. Постельное белье, полотенца чистые и достаточном количестве для всех были. Достаточно места для сна 5 взрослых. Есть стиральная машина. Напор воды в душе отличный 👍Кондиционеры спасали в жаркие дни. Не хватало принадлежностей на кухне, и туалетного мыла в ванной и в туалете. Для кухни пришлось покупать мочалку до мытья посуды, таблетки для посудомойки, для готовки пришлось покупать даже соль, пергамент, нет даже пакетиков для чая. Это ведь стоит очень дешево :) Больше всего стоит обратить внимание на посудомоечную машину , которая пахнет ужасно не приятно, первые дни я даже старалась мыть посуду в ручную, чтобы даже не открывать :((( к сожалению из улицы тоже доносились иногда неприятные запахи мусорных баков. И соседи сверху очень шумные, причем их бег продолжается до 01 :00 ночи

Floor had not been washed for months. We had to ask for Mopp to clean it ourselves. TV and coffee machine were missing despite announcement. Security was questionable: plinths were falling apart leaving apparent nails. Not suited for Travellers with children.

Great location, metro 100m and direct into main Vienna. Location great. Spacious for 4 easily and kitchenette very useful. AC very useful during summer months. All our requirements where attended to immediately. So zero issues. And we travel alot

However, it was not very comfortable: there are no shelves in the bathroom to put your belongings, no hooks for towels and no towels in the toilet, no towels in the kitchen and no dish sponge. The staff was in touch, fast communication. There was no frying pan in the kitchen, they brought it within a few hours. However, the frying pan was in terrible condition, it was impossible to cook on it :(

One of the standout features is the spacious elevator, which makes access very convenient. The nearby parking garage is a great advantage. The area is quiet and s highly convenient location, particularly if you are attending an event at Ernst Happel Stadion. The living room of apartment #20, where we stayed, needs some refreshing. The sofa was missing a back cushion and wasn't very clean, two of the chairs showed visible signs of wear, and the coffee table had seen better days. A fresh coat of paint on the walls would be greatly appreciated! Additionally, there were quite a few cobwebs and other neglected areas throughout the apartment.

• Eugen (9/5): Nice apartment, quite close to the center - Quite a big and nice apartment in an old building. Sil, the owner of the apartment, is very nice and gave us valuable tips related to our visit to Vienna! Access is easy and getting there by car is also easy. There is private parking very close by and the cost is reasonable (€15/day). Also, you can get to the city center very easily, there is a metro station nearby, and you only have 4 stations to walk to the center of Vienna. In the vicinity you also have many options for serving the meal and several grocery stores. I forgot to mention that you also have access to the terrace on the rooftop of the building! The WiFi is not so good! The TV is with some Georgian TV box and it's hard to use it. Also, there were all kinds of marks on the walls, which can be erased by the cleaners, because they spoil the image of the apartment, which is otherwise quite good.

• Daniel (10/5): Best place for families in the City of Vienna - The flat was warm and comfortable. You can sit on the roof if you like. There is an elevator and it is very quiet. The area around Kardinal-Nagl-U-Station, which is just 100m from the flat, is the best place for children: playground and a little football-area. You find a Billa-supermarket and a bakery with good coffee. With U3 you can get to Stephansplatz very fast. You can walk to the Prater in about 20 minutes. So I can recommend this place for all families. And by the way: if you arrive by train you start your vacation very relaxed.

• Hess (7/5): Close to subway and warm in winter - It was in a great location close to the train station, bakeries and some smaller restaurants. It was quiet and warm (seeing as we were there in the winter. The pillows were down feathers but very flat and uncomfortable, the couch was very hard and there was hardly any hand soap and zero small shampoos or bars of soap/body wash. There was hair on almost everything including the bed sheets and couch.

• Ivanina (5/5): Might be better if the host have spent 2 Euro to leave some consumables for our 4 nights stay - Location - close to underground transportation. Location - BILLA, street food, Bipa next door. Accommodation was poor. Hairdryer- not working properly. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, hot water pot - present there, but not single piece of washing machine powder, dishwasher capsule, coffee capsule or a tee bag left there. The hand soap left for us was just some leftovers and wasn’t enough for 4 nights and days stay. There was only one plastic bag for garbage left for our stay of four nights… The place was not clean enough.
• Andrei (5/5): No air conditioned, dirty and basic furniture. - Good location and perfect for a student. As a family or group of friends I would not recommend it. Nice bath shower. Very good and fast key handover. TV was broken but they replaced it. Very dirty floors. Take flip flops with you otherwise you will regret it. I had to move the bed so I can close the bedroom door, shocking how much dirt was there. Very dirty couch; you can see the spots and dirt/dust on it. Very basic facilities and most of the chairs were not stable. The walls are spotted and slightly dirty. The air conditioner is not even plugged in or used. Just a bunch of lies. The bed is very uncomfortable and small. My mattress even had a dent into it (not straight). Very bad sleep.

Few restaurants around, even on sunday some were open. Small supermarket just cross the road. Very clean, well equip, spacious,comfortable with airconditioning during summer. The host were very helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable Nothing much except the only view is building across the street.

The reception lady Silvia is very nice person, supportive and friendly. If they can provide water sprayer in the toilet. There was a renovation works on the opposite building, which caused a bit of noise the early morning.

• Kristina (7/5): Great location - The location is great Very noisy especially for the summer - on a first place the boulevard and the construction works across the street, on a second place - the neighbours (even police came one of the nights). There was no hairdryer, the air-conditioners were not connected, the coffee machine was leaking, the kitchen's front board below was falling all the time and even hurt my daughter's leg. And finally - it wasn't clean enough..

• Tapi8 (8/5): Spacious apartment - It was near Metro so going around was easy. It had all the necessary uttensils. The street outside main bedroom was busy around the clock and bit noisy. It was also guite cold inside the apartement.

Apartment was cozy, very spacious, big rooms, clean, nicely designed. We were very comfortable there as a couple with a baby. Tv with Netflix was nice for us, heating and air conditioning in every room, washer that is also a dryer. 10 minutes and you're in the city center, so it's close but much more reasonably priced. The neighborhood is quiet. I think it's perfect for a family There are curtains for each room but they do not make the room completely dark, and that is important for us and also for our baby. But if that's not an issue for you then it really doesn't matter
• Nenad (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very spacious, beautiful and well connected to the center. It is spacious and sunny. Communication with the owner was excellent. The mattresses are a little worse. We did not know that in addition to the price, cleaning is also paid in advance, which was about 90 EUR.
• Chris (3/5): Good location, but not good value for money. - Great location Property needs maintenance broken furniture etc. Kitchen layout isn’t practical for use. Hot water system isn’t large enough to support family use, with system only heating after hours eg off from 6pm to 12am at night
• Boris (9/5): very good apartment in a good location - A very good and cozy apartment with an elevator in the building. We really liked the decor of the building. The apartment located next to kardinal nagl platz metro station (three stops from the heart of Vienna. It could be nice to have some basic things in the kitchen like tea, coffee, sugar etc.

• Dalia (7/5): Good stay - The location is excellent near to the subway station and 4 stops of subway from the city center. The sofa bedsheets were a bit dirty but the owner had changed them right away. Overall the price/quality ratio was good

• Simmons (10/5): Lots of space for a mom & two adult daughters for a 4-night stay; quiet night’s sleep. - train w/in one block. large bedrooms w/good reading lights. plenty of space to spread out including a dining table. well furnished. no complaints at all.
