The accommodation was fresh and clean with good facilities including a laundry, kitchen and ensuite. Just a little tight for parking my 4WD.

- Roshni (10/5): One of the best Booking. com places that I have stayed at. - It was thoroughly clean and tidy. It had all the amenities that one would have at home(Australia). The kitchen bench was large and spacious with a dishwasher and a decent sized fridge as well as a microwave and a pantry. There is a laundry with a washer, drier and a laundry trough. The bedrooms have enough storage facilities. The lounge had very comfortable lounging sofas. For a long-term stay, this apartment has all the facilities for comfort and convenience. It has undercover parking with all the best places accessible within a short distance. We could also walk to "The Strand" which is near the beach. The instructions to enter the apartment was detailed and easy to follow. Thank you to the owners for a very well kept and serviced amenities in the apartment. I will stay here again when I return to Townsville. Nothing to say.

Laundray was avaialble and we did a small wash and air dried on the balcony.
This is a gem of a property I would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the action in Townsville so many great places and shops close by. Nothing to fault.
- Leisa (10/5): Fabulous location, modern decor, comfortable beds I would certainly recommend - The location was excellent, only one street back from the Strand. The decor and furnishings were fantastic and beautifully updated, a real credit to the owners. The only thing I would suggest is a light, maybe a sensor light to show your way up to the stairwell as there is no light And it’s very dark. My only little issue was I tried to use the vacuum and it was clogged up at the base from previous uses and wouldn’t suck anything up. Other than that there is absolutely nothing and would certainly would stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was not having a blockout curtain in the kitchen for privacy and when you wanted a sleep in it was pretty bright but could easily have shut the door between the bedroom and kitchen/living room

- Valerie (7/5): Our stay was enjoyable but could have been even better if neighbours hadn’t invaded our privacy by photographing us . - The location and standard of property was excellent and was very clean and comfortable. We felt a bit uncomfortable at times as the people in the unit below were always standing at the door and staring at us whenever we arrived and left in our car and the person in the unit across from us was taking photographs of us when we were out on the balcony. Also large dog in property at the rear barking for long periods whenever we opened windows in bedrooms and bathroom was very annoying.
sad because it was a lovely property but our experience with the neighbors has put us off staying there again.

- Irene (3/5): Didn't meet expectations - Spacious apartment. Free parking. Good location. There was no information regarding how to check-in. We had shared the expected time of arrival and were promised to receive instructions before reaching the hotel, but that didn't happen. We sent an SMS but never got an answer. Finally, we called and received oral instructions about where to find the keys and the code to the safe box. The excuse that they gave us is that they had tried to reach us on the phone the day before but didn't succeed due to it being an international number. We wonder if all this information could have been included in the email where it was written that we would receive more information before arrival. In short, a huge mess.
There were ants in the kitchen countertop so we couldn't really leave any food there. The apartment was dark and cleaning was superficial. For example, the dishes and pans were dirty and they needed to be washed before use. It was a nice feature to have a dishwasher but it didn't work. WiFi didn't work well either.
I wouldn't recommend staying at this place.
