• Christoph (10/5): Sehr zentrale Lage, mega empathische Betreuung vor Ort, tolle Ausstattung, gutes Bett. - Besonders hervorzuheben ist die persönliche Betreuung durch Ana & Soraia vor Ort. Beide sind sehr höflich/freundlich/hilfsbereit und haben check-in, persönliche Betreuung sowie check-out außergewöhnlich empathischen Erlebnis gemacht. Unser Studio war hochwertig und sehr individuell (positiv!) eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend und es gab einen Zimmerservice / Handtuchwechsel bei nur vier Übernachtungen, womit wir gar nicht gerechnet hatten. Sehr schön war auch der morgendliche Frühstückskorb, der zur gewünschten Uhrzeit angeliefert und später vor der Zimmertüre abgeholt wurde. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Lissabon reisen, würden wir die Unterkunft gern wieder buchen. Danke an Ana & Soraia. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Alles war mindestens in bester Ordnung.

She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations that helped us experience the best of Lisbon, and even helped arrange laundry during our stay, which was greatly appreciated during a longer trip. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The balcony was one of our favorite parts — a fantastic view and the perfect place to relax with coffee or wine after exploring the city. The location was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

• David (10/5): Sehr sauber, angenehm ruhig, komfortabel und erholsam in zentraler Lage - Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhiges und erholsames Umfeld. Sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, vollständige Küche, Haartrockner etc.). Alle Zimmer mit Fenstern zum Lüften. Überraschend schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Highlight großer heller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Nur zur Info: Man kommt mit dem Auto nicht ganz bis an die Unterkunft - nur Ansässige können dort fahren! Parkplätze können aber in der Nähe über die Unterkunft kostenpflichtig hinzugebucht werden. Im Haus gibt es keinen Aufzug - war für uns aber kein Problem.

• Donny (10/5): From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay staff , particularly in reception were so hospitable, would definitely - Beautifully clean and decorated . Breakfast delivered in a baskywas fantastic, such a lovely touch. There is a very steep staircase and we were near the top of the building.
• Isabel (9/5): We had an amazing stay, with stunning views, great location, and lovely staff. - The terrace is wonderful, the location is really great, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen etc. the staff was also lovely, and goes over an beyond to help us have an amazing stay. They also allowing us to wash our clothes which was super convenient. The only thing to consider is that when sleeping in the delux penthouse with 4 people, 2 people will have to sleep on a sofa, which is not very comfortable (especially one side, where two cushions have a gap in the middle - so rather uncomfortable for the back).

Le petit déjeuner très (trop ) copieux et délicieux. Les dames à la réception d'une grande gentillesse. C'était parfait. Le lit pour la troisième personne très peu confortable si cette personne est un adulte. Ce qui était notre cas.

• Andre (9/5): Small but cosy and functional stay in the centre of Lisbon. - Absolutely delightful staff. Very good location, within walking distance from Chiado. The area has a special significance for me as I used to stay there as a child so it was lovely going back. No major problems at all. Streets could be slightly tidier and graffiti on the walls is really a shame. The gentrification of the area was quite noticeable, there seem to be very few "locals" living there anymore and the local commerce is all but gone. The accommodation itself was delightful.

• Michela (10/5): SOGGIORNO PERFETTO! POSTO MERAVIGLIOSO! - La camera superior è meravigliosa! Dotata di ogni comfort possibile. Pulita come mai ho trovato case o alberghi. Tutto è assolutamente perfetto. C'è anche un terrazzino delizioso attrezzato con un tavolo e due sedie. La posizione è comoda per gli spostamenti e ha la fermata del tram 28 a pochissimi metri. Questa struttura ha reso la nostra vacanza un sogno. Mi hanno fatto trovare dei fiori in camera per il mio compleanno e ci hanno fatto lasciare la valige per un ultima passeggiata prima di ripartire. Nella cucina c'erano pezze nuove, strofinaccio pulitissimo. Pastiglie per la lavastoviglie. 5 cialde del caffe e due bustine di tè. si può richiedere la colazione in camera a pagamento, attrezzarsi per proprio conto o farla in uno dei tanti bar vicinissimi alla struttura. Ci sono anche tanti ristoranti. Davvero impeccabile!!!! CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!!!

• Dessi (10/5): A luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Lisbon - We have traveled our fair share around the world and, as such, visited all kinds of hotels, hostels, and more and our stay at 54 Santa Catarina Apartments was an experience worth sharing and praising. By far the most fascinating and amazing part was the service. We have never encountered such a warm reception, along with helpful and honest tips about the city, and a host who truly cares about your comfort, needs, and overall experience exploring the city. Soraya and her colleagues made this charming trip something we will definitely want to relive. The apartment was very nice and cosy. The rooms were clean and tidy, with all the amenities one could need - whether for cooking or simply enjoying a snack. The breakfast, especially, was a wonderful addition to our stay. Each morning, we were treated to a wide array of fresh bread rolls, croissants, hams and cheeses, jams, muesli, fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice and traditional pastries delivered straight to our door. We were also offered the option to have our clothes washed free of charge or to do it ourselves. The ambiance of the hotel comes from its design, which honors important Portuguese heroes with dedicated and fittingly decorated rooms, all of which leave a very charming and pleasant impression. The minibar was more than fairly priced and, again, carefully curated by the staff. The location is spectacular - less than 10 minutes away from the heart of the city, just 200 meters from amazing restaurants, yet still in a quiet area on a private street where rest was never an issue, whether day or night. But all of these positives cannot compare to the warm guidance and help of Soraya, who would inquire about our daily excursions and offer tips for planned ones with an excitement and earnestness similar to what one would expect from a dear friend. No, nothing we can think of. Just a small warning - if you get an apartment with a terrace and a view, be prepared for a bit of a workout. We enjoyed it.

• Patel (10/5): - Had an amazing stay at this apartment hotel in Lisbon! The room was exactly as per my requirements.clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but a special thanks to Soroia who checked us in. She was incredibly helpful showed us around the apartment, guided us about the area and nearby attractions, and even recommended great vegetarian restaurant options, which I really appreciated. There was also another lady, unfortunately we don't know her name but she was also very helpful. I work in hospitality myself, and honestly, I’ve rarely seen this level of service. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. I know there is no elevator, but to be honest, once you check into the room, it’s completely worth it.We had an incredible view from our hotel. Highly recommend this place.Exceptional customer service and a fantastic experience overall!❤️

The drain smelled when we arrived but the staff was super helpful and fixed it immediately without any issues or complaints. Location was amazing, super close to anything and everything you’d want. Nice restaurants, cafes and bars just around the corner.

• Gizem (10/5): Great location, comfortable stay - The location of the hotel was great, you can easily walk to many places. We also really loved the neighborhood. Our apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The hotel was quick to respond to everything, and the staff were very friendly. The only thing to note is that there’s no elevator, it wasn’t an issue for us since we stayed on the first floor, but it’s good to know. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

• Dagmar (9/5): top - jederzeit wieder - Die Lage ist top, man kann alles gut zu Fuß erledigen, es gibt viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, man kann gut in die Stadt laufen. Die Unterkunft liegt in der Altstadt, was den Charm von Lissabon ausmacht. Das Personal im Hotel ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich würde wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Der Frühstücksservice war auch nett, das Appartment ist schon, geräumig. war alles bestens - klar, man muss viele Treppen steigen - es ist insgesamt sehr hügelig :-)

Unheimlich freundliche Gastgeberinnen, perfekte Empfehlungen für alle Lebenslagen, 100%ige Sauberkeit, sehr bequeme Betten,super dichte Fenster, wenn man die Fußgänger unten in der Gasse nicht hören mag (uns hat es nicht gestört), eine geniale Lage und einfach ein Wohlfühlgefühl der besonderen Art in einem tollen Viertel. Wir können das Apartment für einen Lissabon Trip uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit!! -

• Robert (8/5): Nice room, more coffee please - Loved the location and design and the room was very spacious. Staff were always friendly. We arrived a bit early and our room wasn't ready so we were able to drop off our bags and they text us as soon as it was ready. We enjoyed the balcony and the view. Part of the staircase went over the bed/bedroom so it could get a bit noisy when people were using the stairs. The rationing of toiletries felt a bit stingy. We paid for 5 nights, but only had 4 coffee capsules between us and the remaining capsules in the room were 1 euro each so ended up buying basic supplies.

• Sandrine (10/5): Un studio superbe - Absolument tout ! De L'accueil jusqu'au départ tout était parfait. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Lisbonne et ses alentours, vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Au besoin les transports en commun sont à quelques minutes de marche. Nous n'avions pas loué de voiture, mais attention il semblerait que toutes les rues ne soient pas accessibles aux véhicules. Le studio est fidèle aux photos et même encore mieux. Très calme et parfaitement insonorisé, vous n'entendez rien de nuisible. La vue est très jolie sur les toits de Lisbonne. Concernant l'équipement, rien ne manque et la grande douche est appréciable. La décoration de tres bon goût donne un côté coconing indéniable. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il est copieux et de qualité. Cerise sur le gâteau, notre hôtesse est adorable: toujours aux petits soins. Bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Tout était parfait, aucun bémol !

• Maksim Gorkin (10/5): A great apartment with a fantastic view, excellent location, and truly exceptional staff. - The apartment is wonderful. We had an amazing view from our room's balcony. The apartment itself is very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. There are a proper bedrooms with comfortable beds, plus a spacious living/kitchen room with a sofa bed, which made it perfect even for a longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: a coffee machine, toaster, and all the necessary appliances. Everything felt cozy, clean, and well-organized. The location is excellent: close to the metro station, public transport, major attractions, and the historic districts of Lisbon. Getting around the city was very easy. However, the absolute biggest advantage of this place is the staff. The person who welcomed us was simply outstanding. Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name at the time, but based on other reviews, we believe it was Soraia. Her friendliness, attention, and willingness to help completely overshadow any minor imperfections of our stay. She was incredibly kind and helpful with everything - from recommendations on what to see and do in Lisbon to practical help like laundry. This level of care truly made us feel welcome, and it’s something we don’t experience very often. There were a few small maintenance issues. The bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and required some effort, especially if you wanted to do it quietly. One of the lamps had a problem with the lampshade, and the upper blinds did not open using the button as expected. These are very minor details that did not affect our overall stay and seem more like things that simply haven’t been fixed yet rather than serious problems.

The apartment was clean, spacious for 3 people and the hosts were incredibly friendly and ready to help with anything we needed, providing tips and suggestions for things to do and travel around the city as well.

The apartment was very well-kept and clean, it felt like home (I was delighted to see a functional kitchen and decently sized fridge; the bathroom was gorgeous, as was the view from the balcony - Deluxe penthouse with terrace).

La posizione ottima. La colazione buonissima, abbondante, servita in camera. Non ci è mancato niente! Lo consigliamo vivamente. Era tutto perfetto. Unica pecca, se proprio bisogna trovare qualcosa: le persone molto alte (più di un metro e novanta centimetri) devono fare attenzione a due travi a vista nell'appartamento.
