Ivan (4/5): - Крайно разочаровани сме. Имахме включена закуска, попитахме господина който ни настани от колко часа е, той каза че е от 8,00ч. до 10,00ч. и че ще е в кафе-ресторанта на комплекса. Отидохме сутринта в 8,15ч, за закуската, навсякъде беше затворено и заключено. Потърсихме в рецепцията някой за съдествие, но там също нямаше никой, одтавихме ключа на вилата, изчакахме до 8,50ч. и като никой не се появи си тръгнахме.
Haydar (3/5): Geen aanrader - Niets Onverzorgd, er was heel veel mankementen aan de inrichting en apparatuur. Geen hygiene. 6 dagen gebleven, zou dagelijks schoongemaakt worden, maar er kwam niemand voor de schoonmaak.

Durcan (2/5): - We Stayed in the 5+1 Villa and all images show it being in the resort but once you get there its a 15 min walk up a very steep hill and dirt road so its misleading,Villa was not in the Nevras Resort so it was disappointing The villas are outdated worn out and everything is old broken and tired, we couldnt use most of the furniture cracked and broken,bathrooms are leaking out of the shower and flooded, moldy and scumy and dirty. It is a safety concern misleading and i dont recommend anyone to experience what we have experienced. The staff members are polite and tries to help but cant and mention that theres no funding for renevations the basket breakfast was fair but late delivery at 10.30 am is to late, So overall it was a waste of time and money

Sulaiman (5/5): A bad experience with threat - Location We booked a villa and that shown in pictures with swimming pool, but when we checked in the receptionist " Younos" refused to get the villa with swimming pool unless we pay 300Euros and we paid this amount by force, otherwise he will cut the power from the villa Breakfast was not variety and too few as quantities also the boiled eggs were frozen
Mohammad (7/5): Highly recommended, but make sure the facilities are working. - The location and view are spectacular. We were in the middle of the clouds. Direct view on Sapanca’s lake. The Jacuzzi wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it. The second bathroom wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix neither. There was a lot of ants and flies.

Abdulaziz (10/5): A great option in Sapanca - The new villas are modern and cosy... Very clean and the staff are nice and friendly.. Younes was a great receptionist... The villas are short drive to famous restaurants in sapanca I am ok with the location and I can drive in steep hills as I had my car... If you also have a driver it is easier... I will book here agaib

Mohammed (6/5): Overall good chalets with great views, but detailes are missing. - Location, swimming pool and garden. Seating and arrangement were excellent. The chalet smelled smoking. Beds without fitted sheet, only flat sheet that moves while you flip during sleep. One bellow for each! Toilets and kitchen are not sparkling, with muddy water source and leakage in all closet tanks!

Mazin (3/5): Ibwill not repeated again and I will not re omended to anybody if they still remain with the same mentality - The new furnitures and the location itself The washing machine The housekeeping process, I staid for 4 days and they clean the resort one time only The breakfast is paid put they provided the breakfast row material and we have to serve ourself The road to the facility is not very dangerous They are not maintaining the insects prevention especially at night the ground flour was full with insects The jacosy (Small water pool) remain cold and full with insects and the pool boy came and remove the insects by his hand The water pressure dropped at last day and then the water color become yellow and even dark yellow The power got in to several outage in the day

Vijayaditya (9/5): Great place and great facilities with an amazing view. - The resort is well maintained on top of the hill. The staff are available for any help needed. They didn't speak the language but did try to understand the requirement and help us. Cleanliness of the place can be may be improved.

Mai (1/5): Bad - The property was full of insects we kept calling the reception but they told us they cannot do anything about it. They should mention this before booking. We couldn’t stay and we left and went back to Istanbul same day and they didn’t refund us the 2 nights saying that because reservations was through booking and not directly from them. also the picture is not similar to the place they showed us.

The road is a bit difficult but we had a private car and it wasn’t an issue. -Amazing view and nice staff. -The place looks exactly like the pictures and it exceeded our expectation. -wifi is slow -The pool lights were not working at night, they said it works automatically bit it didn’t. They sent someone from maintenance to fix it but still not working -few aunts and bugs when you leave to villa door open, but I guess the place is surrounded by trees so it’s expected.

Emad (6/5): poor preparation and bad maintenance. - * + Private Swimming Pool * + Nice Looking Area * + Big Living Room * + Good Sense of Privacy * + Small Private Garden * + Breakfast included * + Friendly Arabic Speaking Staff * + Private Parking * + All rooms have AC units * Internet is absolutely atrocious. 1 shared network for all villas which is utterly ridiculous, it’s literally non-existent due to how terribly weak it is. Cellular connection is also basically non-existent, can’t even send or receive messages. * - Maintenance & villa preparation is extremely poor (broken shower head connections, broken toilet seats, burnt lamps, detached curtains, damaged safe, malfunctioning AC units, damaged water faucets, damaged door handles, broken furniture) * - All effort in design and decoration was focused on the living room instead of the actual rest of the villa * - Useless TV; no internet and no receiver * - No swimming pool heater, making it basically useless (super cold even under direct sun in 32C weather) * - No Dryer * - Bed Rooms have no mirrors, and the mirrors in the rooms that have them are not made for normal size humans (way too low)
