• kelly (10/5): Absolutely lovely stay!! - First off it’s immaculate. The host and her daughter were exceptionally warm and friendly and went above and beyond. I left my passport and cash in the room and they were so kind. They mailed it to me securely and I received it the next day. The space is cozy, extremely clean, has everything you need and breakfast was great. It’s located walking distance to town. Lovely restaurants, coffee shops and bus by the town square. I’d highly recommend this place!

The location is very cool in the mountains of Agerola and I recommend renting a car or a motorbike to get around. From this spot you can drive to Amalfi, Serronto, Positano, Atrani, Pompeii and Napoli within 1-1,5 hours.

First and foremost, I must commend the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt like a valued guest. The staff took the time to recommend local attractions and restaurants, making sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The location of this bed and breakfast is simply idyllic. Nestled in a picturesque area, it offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. Whether it was a morning walk around the beautiful grounds or a quiet evening on the terrace, every moment was serene and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. My room was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The common areas were also pristine, reflecting the high standards of the establishment. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, featuring a delightful array of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The meals were delicious and presented with care, providing a great start to the day. Overall, my stay at L'Incanto dei Monti was nothing short of perfect. The exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and meticulous attention to detail made it a memorable experience. • Sebastian De (10/5): - I can not speak highly enough about the hosts, Maria and her family. They are honestly some of the most amazing people, and made my stay a highlight of my trip, anything I needed, any suggestion or help they went above and beyond to assist. The accomodation was i immaculate and offered an experience like no other. I would highly recommend everyone stay here. And looking forward to coming back on day and staying again
• Christina (7/5): Good - The oweners were very polite. The place was very clean and tidy. The parking space is not near the rooms. You have to walk a very dificult and steep uphill with the laugages and this is very important to be noticed because there are people with leg problems. The breakfast is mostly packaged food. We had a very small room with a lot of humidity and only 2 windows on the top of the wall near the ceiling. Its very good for low budget vacation. The plus points are the cleaningness and the politness of the owners. Tip: It would be nice since we left at 05:00 in the morning and skiped breakfast to have been given some crackers or some cake for the road since everything was in packages. In overal it was a good stay. The location, the room and the breakfast. It would make a difference if the breakfast could have some touches of some homemade products (that would match nicely with the local environment) like a homemade cake, orage juce or even some marmalade instead of packaged products.

Great breakfast options, good wi-fi connect and plenty of assistance if we needed advice. comfortable rooms with air conditioning and TV's. Secure complementary car parking available which was appreciated. Good local restaurants and coffee in the local square. A great view from the end of the township out over the ocean. This accommodation is best accessible by car as it is quite the drive from the main tourists spots but a very easy drive over to Pompeii. Driving around the Amalfi coast is not for the faint of heart ;)

• Dick (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. It’s located in a small, cute city which is lovely to when you are visiting crowded areas such as the amalfi coast. In 5 minutes you reach a busstop that brings you to amalfi. There is private parking and I have never stayed at a cleaner room. The host is extremely friendly and helps with everything. They even came to meet us in the center of the city so we could follow them to the Airbnb and we would not experience trouble with the narrow road (which was fine with our opel mokka). The breakfast was really nice and everyday we were able to fill in what we wanted next morning. Since the amalfi coast is very expensive and parking is terrible, this is the perfect place for people with a car and people that are staying in multiple cities.

• Rachel (10/5): Overall amazing and would recommend it to anyone! - Overall the place was amazing! The host was super kind and helped us book a scooter, ensured we got on the correct buses and trains, and helped plan our excursions. This was one of the comfiest, cleanest, and nicest places we stayed in all of Italy. When you are there you feel like family! The place was amazing, the people were amazing. The only downside is that it is a journey to any tourist location (Pompeii is about 2 hours away and Amalfi is about 45 minutes). So it's the perfect place for relaxation and to escape the crowds but if you're looking for action and adventure then this isn't the place. The town is very cute and quaint. But a lot of places only take cash.

• Matthew (10/5): Maria and her family were incredibly kind, helpful and helped to make our trip to the coast a wonderful experience. - This b&b is located in a wonderful, quiet part of the Amalfi coast, allowing you to escape the busy summer crowds. It also still provides stunning views of the ocean and allows you to experience some of the farming and agriculture of Agerola. Travelling to the beaches and other locations is easy as there is a bus station just down the road. Maria and her family were very helpful with travel logistics, whether it be bus times, or finding things to do. They kept the property clean, and filled with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. They also recommended good local restaurants within 10 minutes of walking. There was also a delicious breakfast that was provided each morning that was included in the cost of the stay. Maria and her family are wonderful people that care greatly for their guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the Amalfi coast.
• Mauricio (10/5): Wonderful place and host, she welcomed us like family! - This is a great property in Agerola, it is setup as a bed and breakfast with updated rooms and bathrooms, Maria is a wonderful host, she was really attentive to give us directions at our arrival and great at giving us tips and recommendations for our stay, communication was a little difficult but nothing that couldn't be solved with Google translator and also Carmen (Maria's daughter in law) help with that. Maria gave us a paper each day for us to pick our breakfast items for the next morning, there are simple choices but very tasteful and plenty of them and Maria would have it out and ready for us at the time that we would request on the paper. Agerola is a town that is located on top of the hill of the Amalfi coast and it has great "Agroturismo" spots, one of them is right next to Maria's place and we visited it one evening for dinner and it was a really good experience, you can really taste the freshness of all the locally raised ingredients prepared in a very Italian homemade style. We rented a car at Napoli Airport and drove around the whole area during our stay, driving in the Amalfi coast is not easy because the roads are very narrow with very steep hills and heavy traffic at times, so the smaller the car the better and then there is the complication of parking when going to any of the towns on the coast, it is very limited and expensive. There is parking at Maria's place but the property is on a very narrow road (big enough to fit only one small car at a time) and a very steep hill which could be intimidating at first but definitely doable for savvy drivers. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Maria's place, she was very kind and welcoming, she made us feel as part of her family. We would definitely choose this property if in Agerola again. Nothing, everything was great

• Karsten (8/5): Everything we expected and wanted - First of all we’d like to mention the great hospitality at L’Incanto dei Monti. The staff is very welcoming and sweet and provide help and support during the whole stay. The rooms get cleaned on a daily basis and are always very tidy and hygienic. It’s perfect for couples. L’incanto dei Monti is also located very well if you’d like to visit different places. You can easily take the bus to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, … The only thing we could mention here is that L’incanto dei Monti is located on top of a hill. Since we are young visitors this was no problem for us. We do think that it could be harder to reach for less mobile or older people.

• Yolanda (10/5): A fabulous stay in Agerola - The hosts are lovely and friendly although we do not speak much Italian and they do not speak much English. The room was beautiful and in excellent condition. Plenty of space and storage, air con/ heating. The shower was great and the hairdryer was powerful (unlike those you get in hotels!) We had delicious chocolates on arrival and through our stay. My daughter was particularly fond of them! The breakfast was excellent and we would recommend this place. It is up a steep slope but that helps you walk off dinner from the nearby restaurants.

The property is oozing pride from every fibre of its being having been beautifully refurbished to an amazing standard, great attention and care to detail - spotlessly clean throughout our stay, fantastic breakfast - nothing is too much trouble, Maria, Raphael & Antonio have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable, welcoming and comfortable. We have stayed all over the world have to say by far this honestly is the best place ever - we loved all the personal touches and more so the genuine concern that you are enjoying your holiday. So impressed can’t wait to return. In a great location for Amalfi, Naples and of course San Lazzaro- about a 3 minute walk from the property. For information the street to the property from town is quite a high gradient if you are less mobile but am sure the family would assist if this was a difficulty as well worth a visit.

• CHRISTOPHER Roy (10/5): Great place to stay - The hosts go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met. The rooms are excellent. They have large comfortable beds, amazing blackout louvers that close at the touch of a butting and nice en-suite. Couldn’t ask for more. As an extra bonus the restaurant next door serves traditional local produce at a ridiculously cheap cost. A carafe of wine is free of charge with the meal. Staying here is a great experience.
• Michael (8/5): A little jewel in the Italian mountains, - Maria and son Antonio were very helpful and went out of their way to please. It is a cute little village and easy bus access to get to Amalfi. The last street to their place is narrow and a little steep but I got used to it. The only downside was I had a car and when I used it, it was a 45 minute ride down the mountain with many hairpins to Amalfi. But I made it part of the adventure and the experience. The breakfast was good and plentiful with many choices. Got to experience village life in the mountains. Overall the amenities were quite nice and Antonio helped me out in a few occasions paying an Amalfi parking ticket for me and taking to retrieve a bag I left by accident at another place in the village. So they were very accommodating. Other than the drive into Amalfi, all was quite good.
• Kristine (10/5): BEST DECISION...LOVED IT - The hostess Maria, and her son Antonio went above and beyond for us! Their property is so VERY clean and ADORABLE! I was nervous at first, because of the road leading up to the property, but it was well worth it, and really not so bad. I would absolutely stay there again, if I ever return. Breakfast was a beautiful bonus. DELICIOUS 😋 P.S Maria even washed some clothes for me, which isn’t at all included...that’s how gracious she is! GO SEE HER AND STAY AWHILE. 😊❤️

• julie (10/5): Hôtel au top! - Séjour de 4j au top dans cet hotel tout neuf! Rien à redire sur l état et la propreté. De plus, le lieu est super calme. Le petit déjeuner servi est vraiment très bon et il vous est même proposé de choisir la veille ce que vous voulez manger. Une cuisine commune aux 3chambres est mise à disposition ( elle aussi toute neuve).Les propriétaires sont des gens adorables, très acceuillants, attentionnés et disponibles. Seul petit bémol:ils ne parlent ni français ni anglais mais la traduction via internet nous a permis de communiquer sans problème...on recommande vivement d'aller y séjourner!
