• Aiden (6/5): - The location of the flat is perfect for exploring Malaga. Within walking distance to all attractions and transport. Very poor soundproofing of the windows means you hear everything from outside. The flat is above an office and you can see right into the flat from the Office during the day. Minimal privacy.
• Silke (6/5): Nicht ganz das, was wir erwartet hatten - Gute Kommunikation, sehr gute Lage, kein Straßenlärm, sehr geräumig!!!, schön eingerichtet, sauber und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet. Ich habe extra bei Booking.com nach einem Appartement MIT Balkon gefiltert und dieses wurde mir angeboten mitsamt schönen Fotos, daraufhin habe ich gebucht und leider bei der Bestätigung nicht mehr darauf geachtet, dass da nichts mehr von Terasse/Balkon steht, also Vorsicht! Auch stand nirgendwo, dass dieses Apt KEIN wirkliches Aussenfenster hat - es gibt Lichtschächte, bei denen man auch aufmachen kann, also ist es zumindest nicht ganz dunkel. Die Wände sind offensichtlich sehr dünn, sobald jemand in der Wohnung daneben oder darüber ist, hört man alles. Der Boden zwischen Badkabine und Bett ist schon etwas durchgefault.

The lift was great for access to the penthouse apartment we stayed in- great layout, facilities and rooftop fabulous. only 2 things: - Steep stairs to 2nd bedroom and rooftop with no railing- had to be very careful not to slip. - only one bathroom which is fine, but the separate toilet and shower only have glass opaque doors- not very private

• Colum McNabb (9/5): Convenient to the city centre, with a a cool vibe and a roof top terrace as the icing on the cake. - The location could not have been better for the local attractions, the port area and the Malaga football ground. The view from the rooftop terrace was fantastic and an amazing place to have breakfast and chill out. Very little. Maybe a cup and towel holder for the sink and a shampoo/gel basket for the shower. The 3 bins could have been labelled. A washing up rack would have been useful. A toilet flush rim block ? But I am being REALLY picky as the flat and our stay was absolutely fabulous.

We contacted our host and after a short while, we were given a different flat at the back of the building. This was not what we were expecting, as we had no exterior view from the apartment.

Compact and comfortable .Although we didn’t use the kitchen , it seemed very well equipped. Nice corner location with light from four big windows . I understand it’s a city centre location but the noise from the street in the early hours made it impossible to sleep . The windows are single glazed as it’s an old building and the internal window shutters don’t block out the noise .

• Richard (6/5): Overpriced for the inconveniences, against great location and a beautiful place. - The flat is beautiful, and the views from the roof spectacular. The kitchen facilities were good, so we could eat in as we wanted rather than going out. The very central location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to visit. Nice, large overhead shower. The apartment is completely open, with separating walls but not actual rooms with doors. So you can hear most everything, although the upper loft is fairly distant from the lower bedroom. The worst part is the bathroom right next to the bedroom, with a translucent divider (not all the way to the ceiling) that means waking other guests when you shower or use the toilet. The shower has no shelves nor anywhere to put products except the floor. The ceiling in the upper floor slopes so sharply that a tall person can only stand up in about 20 square feet of it; it's too low on one side of the bed, and a lot of the remaining space is functionally unusable.

Lokatie in Malaga top. Er is veel geluid buiten. De hele nacht. Scooters, schreeuwende mensen, harde muziek. Dus onrustig. Het lijkt wel of de ramen open staan.. maar die zitten dicht Geluid Stopt ook niet. Oordoppen dus mee voor lichte slapers.

• Christina (7/5): Schöne Wohnung, mit kleinen Abstrichen - Die Ausstattung vom dem Zimmer war super. Die Leute von MalagaFlat haben bei Nachfragen schnell geantwortet. So das wir auch Problemlos eine zweite Decke gefunden haben. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist super und damit alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr glücklich war ich auch über den Aufzug. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Jedes Auto was vorbei gefahren ist, hat man durch eine kaputte Klappe auf der Straße gehört. Zusätzlich war es durch das Fenster über der Wohnungstür immer hell in der Wohnung wenn Nachbarn nach Hause gekommen sind. Zusätzliche Haken im Badezimmer zum Aufhängen der Handtücher wären super. Da gab es leider keinen.

• Rachel (8/5): - V stylish loft-style apartment. We enjoyed staying somewhere very different from home. A structural problem is that any noise from one of the other apartments is heard in excruciating detail because there is a central light well which conducts any noise. We were kept awake by a group who were playing music and chatting. We could hear every footstep/sound/beat. They were good and followed the rules of being quiet after 11am but we were not able to get to sleep until after they had gone to bed. Similarly, it would have been almost impossible not to be woken up by other guests getting up early.

• Sharon (9/5): Heerlijk. - Het is een mooi loft-achtig appartement. Ik voelde me er heel veilig en welkom. Alles is aanwezig. Communicatie was heel makkelijk. En de locatie is fantastisch, in een rustige straat en toch midden in het centrum. Heerlijk, ik kom zeker een keer terug! het viel niet tegen, maar het is goed om te weten dat je niet echt buiten kunt kijken in dit appartement. Dan ben je voorbereid.
• Anke (9/5): - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt Málagas, in fußläufiger Reichweite zu all den schönen Kneipen, Tapas-Bars, Restaurants und den vielen Museen. Es handelt sich zwar "nur" um ein Einzimmer-Apartment, das aber so geschickt aufgeteilt ist, dass es für 2 Personen durchaus auch mal eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit bietet. Nette Sitzecke, großer Essbereich, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche; das Doppelbett mit wunderbar fester Matratze und je einem kleinen und großen Kissen pro Person. Alles picobello sauber. Und mit funktionierender Heizung per Klimaanlage. Der Kontakt mit Malagaflat Nomeolvides funktionierte unkompliziert über WhatsApp, Fragen und Anliegen wurden schnellstmöglich zu unserer großen Zufriedenheit nett und zuvorkommend beantwortet bzw erledigt. Das muss man wissen: Es handelt sich um eine "innenliegende" Wohnung, deren Fenster keine Aussicht haben, sondern in einen Lichtschacht gehen (von dem aus man aber den Himmel sieht und durch den dennoch Licht in die Wohnung fällt). Der Vorteil dieser "Lage nach innen" ist, dass man kaum Straßenlärm und keinen Lärm von Nachtschwärmern hört. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal für knapp 4 Wochen in diesem Apartment, um spanisches Leben zu (er)leben und haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt hier!

• Van Gennip (8/5): Heerlijk appartement met bijna alle voorzieningen op een top locatie. Voor herhaling vatbaar - locatie was top. Appartement heeft een luxe uitstraling en is voorzien van prima bed. Dak terras was bijzonder prettig om even te genieten van een zonnetje Het ontbreken van haakjes om je jas of een handdoek op te hangen. Tevens was er overdag constant geklets van het personeel te horen. Daar wij hier ook zouden werken was dat best storend. Het leek of ze naast je in de kamer waren hoewel ze helemaal op de bgg stonden.

• david (7/5): - - Ubicación: muy cercano a calle Larios y demás del centro. - Diseño atractivo: buena rehabilitación de una finca antigua. - Equipamiento: cocina perfectamente equipada. - La calle se ubica dentro de la Zona de Bajas Emisiones (ZBE) de Málaga, lo cual puede ser un problema si tu coche no tiene etiqueta eco. - Baño: el espacio de ducha y wc, de diseño muy moderno y atractivo pero poco práctico.

• Carla (8/5): - Het dakterras was heerlijk. De sfeer van het appartement is heel prettig, prachtig bouwsttijl, ontwerp en inrichting. We hebben erg genoten. Helaas was er geen WiFi, misschien omdat we op de bovenste etage zaten. Er werd direct actie ondernomen door de beheerder en een extra router aangesloten, maar dat heeft toch niet gewerkt. We hadden een dubbel appartement. De verwarming was niet overal voldoende, boven werd het warm maar beneden bleef het koud..

• Sharon (9/5): Heerlijk! Perfecte locatie en goed appartement. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug. - Perfecte locatie, midden in de stad. Het douche putje liep niet goed door, waardoor de halve badkamer blank stond. Gelijk geappt met de verhuurder en zij kwamen het de volgende dag gelijk oplossen. Heel fijn!

Supermarkt nicht weit, Gastronomie und Innenstadt fußläufig. Schöne helle Räume. Schallisolierung der Fenster könnte besser sein. Badeinbau ist nicht wirklich gelungen (Schallisolation, semitransparente Wände, Wasserablauf)

Mezclan fotos de varios apartamentos distintos, pero no te dan a entender eso, con lo que tú contratas un apartamento pensando que tiene unas características y cuando llegas no es lo que parece. El apartamento es completamente interior, sin ninguna ventana a la calle. La luz (mucha eso si) le entra por tres patios de luces, pero con el inconveniente de que tienen unos ventanales enormes que están cubiertos solo por un visillo, o por nada y cuando amanece entra toda la luz y es difícil dormir. Además a través de uno de los patios de luces puedes ver a las personas de otros apartamentos y supongo que ellos a ti cuando tienes las luces encendidas, pues como digo solo están cubiertos por un visillo, con lo que la intimidad es nula. Por otra parte el apartamento lo ofertan como de una habitación y realmente es una estancia todo unida tipo loft, con lo que cada vez que enciendes una luz se ilumina también la habitación. Es una lástima pues es amplio, limpio y bien decorado pero tiene demasiados inconvenientes que no cuentan antes de contratar. Deberían numerar o nombrar los distintos apartamentos y mostrar por separado las fotos de cada uno de ellos
