Steven (6/5): Average - This was an ok stay. Unfortunately the hotel is next to the freeway so it was noisy. The room was average, no coffee maker. Smoke alarm was hanging by its wires from the ceiling. The staff was friendly enough.
Hannah (8/5): - It was very good quality for a "Americas Best Value Inn" and in a perfect spot near other convenient locations for food and etc in Houston. It was a great place for a great value and I plan to stay there again when I am next in Houston due to the location. It was very clean and comfortable.

Some improvement could be made on deep cleaning.
