- Cristina (7/5): Buen hotel para lo que es - Buena ubicación , resulta muy útil la zona de estar que tienen con colacao e infusiones abierta 24h. Está bien para lo que es, pasar una noche o dos como mucho. La habitación tiene una terraza agradable y está limpio. Personal correcto pero no especialmente amable. Los horarios de recepción son un poco raros, cierran a determinadas horas en las que no hay nadie y tuvimos que esperar para hacer el check in o para recoger las maletas en el check out. Aunque cuando llegamos resulta que el armario al que tiene acceso cualquiera y donde estaban nuestras maletas estaba abierto y podríamos haberlas cogido en cualquier momento.

La cama gigante y realmente cómoda, el baño también muy grande. La ubicación perfecta, era una zona tranquila y cercana a todo. El hotel cuenta con servicio de café gratuito las 24 horas, y con una sala donde poder tomártelo tranquilamente. El personal de hotel encantador. Nos gustó muchísimo la experiencia, nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo, y sin duda repetiremos. Nos gustó todo

Parkeren kan op eigen terrein (wel extra betalen) maar het scheelt je enorm je gaat van de parkeerplaats met de lift naar je kamer. Super grote mooie kamer. Badkamer is heel mooi en luxe. - Rocio (7/5): -todo muy bien menos la flexibilidad del parking.. - está muy cerca de la ermita el detalle de café 24/7 es un punto a favor - pagar 20€ de parking para que te echen a las 13h sabiendo cómo está el tema de aparcamiento en Zumaia.. teniendo en cuenta que estaba prácticamente vacío(1 coche y una moto había)le pedimos sacarlo a las 15h coincidiendo con la hora del check in y tuvimos negativa..nos fastidió un poco porque nos costó más de 1 hora encontrar aparcamiento con 2 bebés en el coche.. 😒
