- Colin (10/5): - This is not a conventional hotel; Reception is often unattended and guests are trusted to look after themselves. Maids will not enter your room when you are out to tidy, clean and make the beds, though a member of staff did offer us clean towels when we needed them. For those on a budget, there are facilities for preparing and eating food in the rooms. Everything is clean and well appointed. The staff - mostly young women, as far as I could make out - are exceptionally charming and helpful. I was contacted by a staff member a day or two before our arrival, to give us instructions on how to find the hotel and access the hotel using a pass-code. She also provided prompt information when I asked for it. Our room overlooked a main road but we were not disturbed by traffic noise because double-glazing reduced external sound by at least 95%. The rooms are air-conditioned, of course. AMMI is nicely situated on the edge of the old city, just seconds from the lanes and passage-ways which make this part of town so attractive, with their bars, cafes and restaurants. I'd guess that it's a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Recommended!

Rooms are small (including shower, bathroom, and sink, but if you're going to be out and about (which if you're in Nice, you should be) then its not that big of a deal. Ample cabinet space to keep our clothes for a week. Staff was very helpful, kind, and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Especially if you want a room with a kitchenette. Just spend a little bit more for the larger room though if you can.

- Pinar (10/5): Perfect location,friendly staff,quiet-clean rooms - The hotel’s location is perfect—it’s in Nice’s Old Town, and you can reach everywhere by walking. Getting there from Nice Airport by train is very affordable and convenient; the train station is just a 2-minute walk away. Although the rooms are small, the space is used very efficiently and everything you need is provided. The hygiene is excellent. All your questions and requests are taken care of even before you arrive. Monsieur Sebastian, in particular, is very friendly and hospitable. Rooms with balconies offer a completely different kind of pleasure. If I travel to Nice again, I wouldn’t look for another hotel.

It’s a lovely boutique hotel with only 10 rooms, giving it a cozy and personalized feel. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette stocked with all the essentials you need to whip up a quick snack, including a dishwasher, mini fridge, coffee maker, and more. The staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and more than happy to assist with tour reservations or transportation needs. The location is also very accessible to the old town area, with plenty of small shops and eateries just minutes away. A great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and charm!

- Nora (10/5): Hidden gem in Nice - The staff and service at the hotel are exemplary. They were great at sending communications ahead of my stay - and friendly and welcoming on arrival. The hotel is a short walk from the airport tram stop and has great access to trains, old town, the shopping district and restaurants/bars. They provide a door code for extra security in the building- so be sure to confirm it before arrival. The rooms are clean and quiet and I’d recommend selecting one with a balcony. The breakfast had a lot of variety and fresh breads. I will return on my next stay in Nice!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin und der Lärm war trotzdem nicht zu hören. Absolut empfehlenswert, alleine schon wegen der tollen Lage. Alles fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten.

Un atout! La chambre/studio est joliment décorée et bien équipée. Mot personnalisé, éventail, plusieures petites attentions très appreciables, on remarque que le client est au centre des intentions. Le seul point noir sont les rideaux occultants qui n'occultent rien car trop petits... Très dommageable car cela m'empêchera et vraiment à contre cœur, de réserver un prochain séjour.

- HUA JIAN (10/5): 热情的前台 - 酒店处于老城的外围，外面就是新城行驶着有轨电车的街道。前台很热情，给我们升级到了另一个单元里带阳台的房间，房间虽是三角形的但有个客厅，可以看到外面新城的街道但看不到风情万种的老城，有些遗憾。早餐是在酒店楼下出门左拐不远处的一个餐厅里，8点开始，是套餐不是自助的。在尼斯的那两天正好都下雨，我们借了酒店的雨伞，但都被大风都吹折了，作为补偿也出于自愿我给酒店打满分。

Double glazed windows so although room overlooks street it was quiet. Room very well equipped,wonderful mattress and good linens. Kitchenette had everything and we made breakfast each day. This is an aparthotel with only ten rooms. Two face the street (room 5 and 6) others face internal courtyard. A big shout out to Pauline/Julien as there communication prior to arrival and while was great. They use WhatsApp which enabled advice/directions to sights and restaurants. On that note try La Bocca Nissa, book a table on roof terrace. Great food and good vibe

Julien has maps, public transportation info, helpful advice and excellent command of English. As long as you’re OK with a flight of stairs, this is a great place to explore Nice from.

- Verified traveler (10/5): NICE hotel with a perfect location! - We loved our stay at AMMI Vieux Nice! We had a comfortable room with a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff (Pauline and Julien) were very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of good advice on Nice and the surrounding areas. It was especially convenient that they did our laundry free of charge! We had the continental breakfast at the boulangerie next door (J. Multari). They had the best croissants ever! The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect at the edge of the Old Town and at the intersection of tram lines 1 and 2 with direct access to the airport and the railway station. We hope to stay again soon at AMMI Vieux Nice!
