• Ellaine (8/5): We were happy with our stay. - The location was perfect. The only down side was the steps. My husband and I are older and we had many very steep steps to climb to our room. My husband actually tripped on one that was steeper than the others. One should be warned. Our luggage was heavy. There is an elevator but only residents are allowed to use. The staff was great and very helpful The steep steps. The breakfast area was quite tight and when everyone arrived a bit crowded. The toilet butted up to the shower and we had to sit sideways in order not to hit our heads. Too tight of a space. We managed but a bit too tight.

Fanns vitt bröd att rosta, några pålägg, tråkiga små yoghurtar, frukter som såg sådär fräscha ut och en massa kakor. Entrén vid gatan såg förfärlig ut. Visade sig att detta är ett Bed & breakfast, inget som jag uppfattade på Booking sida men jag läste kanske dåligt. Fick för mig att det var 4-stjärnigt. Finns ingen hiss så man får bära upp väskorna för trapparna, finns inget låst utrymme för väskorna om man har ett sent flyg på em/kväll. Mycket lyhört.

• Mr.Bojangles (8/5): L'ATMOSFERA DELLA NAPOLI DI UN TEMPO - Posizione al Top, subito dietro Piazza Plebiscito e con una fermata Metro proprio sotto al B&B, facile raggiungere a piedi sia la passeggiata lungo mare sia via Toledo e il centro. Le stanze sono carine, molto pulite e sembrano essere state tinteggiate da poco, piacevole anche il piccolo terrazzo dove fare la colazione. La colazione! ce l'aspettavamo simile alle foto di presentazione del B&B, in realtà a parte una torta e le sfogliatelle che erano fresche da forno/pasticceria gli altri prodotti presenti sul tavolo provenivano probabilmente dal supermercato (yogurt, tortine, formaggi, saluti). Quando sei a Napoli ti aspetti prodotti freschi e specialità all'altezza della fama che la città si merita.

Italienisches Frühstück mit leckerem Kaffee und vielen Leckereien. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Empfehlenswert! Nichts

Het lawaai s nachts maar daar is in Napels echt niets aan te doen vrees ik , in de B&B viel het nog mee tov de rest van de stad. Er lagen oordopjes klaar maar die hebben we niet moeten gebruiken.

We received a very warm welcome by Francesca who could not have been more helpful, offering a coffee on arrival, tips on what to visit and restaurants to go to. The shower room was somewhat small and could do with an update, but it was clean and adequate for one night.

• Buocik (10/5): Vrelo doporucujem pre všetkých, ktorí sa chystajú do Neapola a hľadajú tento typ ubytovania. - Lokalita, ochota a prístup personalu, čistota, pekne ubytovanie V Taliansku všeobecne majú v starších domoch úzke steny a je cez ne počuť do susedných izieb a na ulicu. Ale to nie je problém, len malý postreh.

El desayuno Bufet muy rico y variado, también muy bien atendido. La habitación muy limpia, el baño un poco incómodo y bajando unos escalones. Bien para matrimonio con chicos, no tanto para 4 adultos. Cuenta con con heladerita. Bien ubicado. Si llegan en el Metro averiguar qué salida lo hace directo a la calle del departamento, para evitar salir y tener que subir varias escaleras
• NOELLE (6/5): Nuisances sonores importantes, confort limité - Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant Petit déjeuner très copieux et diversifié Lit relativement confortable Le niveau sonore est extrêmement élevé, aussi bien à cause du bruit venant de la rue que de l’intérieur du B&B. On entend les voisins comme s’ils étaient dans la même chambre. Les portes des chambres grincent fortement et, dès le matin, les conversations du personnel à la réception sont clairement audibles. L’ensemble est vraiment très bruyant et peu reposant. Le balcon annoncé est en réalité inutilisable, le bloc de climatisation occupant quasiment tout l’espace. Et dans tous les cas ce n est pas un balcon. La vue sur la ville est la vue sur et dans l immeuble d en face . Enfin, la salle de bain est minuscule, probablement moins de 2 m². Il n’y a aucun espace pour poser ses affaires de toilette, et l’accès à la douche est extrêmement étroit, avec à peine quelques centimètres de passage.

The ladies were very lovely, Francesca was incredibly kind and helpful, she provided us with a map of Naples, gave great recommendations on what to see and even helped us arrange a shuttle to the airport. The room was spacious and very well-equipped. Although we only stayed for two nights, we returned after our first day to a perfectly cleaned room, which was really nice, especially after climbing Vesuvius! Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The location is also fantastic as it is right next to a metro station, and within a short walking distance to Piazza del Plebiscito, Umberto Gallery and the seaside. There are also small shops and amazing restaurants just a few minutes away. It can get a bit noisy at night since the city never really sleeps, but earplugs are provided. That said, if you spend your days exploring as much as we did, you’ll probably sleep just fine! If I ever return to Naples, I would definitely book this place again.

• Mariette (10/5): - The location is very good! Close to most attractions and areas. The staff are very welcoming! We left early morning due to our flight and the staff left us some breakfast to take with us in the morning. We truly appreciated it! Should we consider going to Naples again, we will definitely stay here again. The only drawback is the noise but what do you expect from a vivid city like Naples? It's full of life.

• José Henrique (10/5): Excelente. - A nossa host, Francesca, esteve em contato conosco desde o dia anterior a nossa chegada, explicando a melhor forma de chegar a acomodação. Muito bem localizado, frente a estação Chiaia, da linha 6 do metrô de Nápoles, próximo da Piazza del Plebiscito. Eles não possuem elevaor, mas se dispuseram a ajudar com as bagagens para subir ao quarto. Ofereceram café em nossa chegada. O café da manhã é excelente, completo, com sucos, pães, cereais, café, etc. No dia do nosso check-out precisávamos sair mais cedo que o horário de início do café da manhã, mas a Francesca providenciou lanches e sucos para que não ficássemos sem nos alimentar antes de sair. Toda a equipe foi sensacional. Excelente em todos os sentidos. Tudo perfeito.
• Viz Gaudi (10/5): Chiaia Suites e superba!!!! - Più di un B&B, ci abbiamo sentito accolti a casa di famiglia. Tutti sono bellissime persone. Il momento più goduto del giorno era la colazione, con dei cappuccini fatti al nostro gusto. Siamo stati coccolati più che serviti. Non è mancato nulla... altro che. Questo posto rimarrà casa nostra a Napoli per tutta la vita! Quante volte lasci la camera con abbracci e lacrime di mancanza? Non esagero affato. Bellísima, bellissima gente. Dio gli benedica. Bel niente ci ha dispiaciuto. Non c'è il acensore, loro caricano gli bagagli e poi con un sorriso! Non ti ricordi il numero del taxi, ci pensano loro!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing attentive service throughout our stay. The nearby metro station features a striking red design, which added a festive touch and felt especially meaningful for us as Chinese guests celebrating the New Year.

• Valerio (10/5): Posizione fantastica, ottima colazione e personale gentile! - Siamo stati una notte soltanto ma siamo stati benissimo. Posizione centralissima, vicina alla metro che abbiamo utilizzato tanto, e comunque dalla struttura si arriva benissimo a piedi nei principali luoghi di interesse. Letto comodo e stanza pulita. Al mattino la colazione era meravigliosa e abbondante, purtroppo dato i tempi stretti, non abbiamo avuto modo di provarla per bene ma per quel poco che abbiamo preso, tutta roba di ottima qualità. Gentilissima Anna, la proprietaria, che ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura mentre noi facevamo il nostro ultimo tour alla Galleria Borbonica (a 1 minuto a piedi dalla struttura), la quale consiglio di andare a vedere se si alloggia qui. Bagno un po' strettino e risicato ma per una notte più che sufficiente. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze potrebbe essere migliorata, sia per i rumori esterni che per quelli interni, per garantire un maggior effetto di privacy

• Lucy12 (10/5): Chiaia Suites : una coccola a Napoli - Assolutamente tutto, dall'accoglienza con il caffè e brioche alla stanza che in realtà era un mini appartamento, con ingresso indipendente! Materasso ottimo. Pulitissima tutta la struttura, la colazione ricca di salato e dolci per tutti i gusti. La posizione strategica praticamente a due passi da Piazza Plebiscito e comoda per tutto il centro storico. Che dire, il valore aggiunto: lo staff! Le ragazze davvero insuperabili, disponibili, simpatiche e accoglienti: meglio di così?!
• Nuria (10/5): Sentirse como en casa - Nos ha encantado alojarnos en Chiaia Suites. Tenía mucho encanto pero, quisiera destacar la amabilidad y calidez de las personas que lo regentan. Tanto Francesca como las mujeres que preparaban el desayuno se han deshecho en atenciones con nosotras. Mi hija tiene varias alergias y han sido muy meticulosas y se han ocupado de buscar alternativas para que pudiera desayunar de forma segura y sin riesgos. La habitación era muy agradable, muy muy limpio, con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Me encantó la iluminación que podías regular. Antes de llegar, nos contactó por WhatsApp para saber a qué hora llegábamos y nos dio una calida bienvenida, ayudándonos a orientarnos en la ciudad y darnos sugerencia. De hecho, junto a Chiaia Suites, hay una iglesia muy bonita que nos recomendó Francesca y que nos encantó. La ubicación es excelente y te sientes muy segura. Está a escasos metros de la Piazza Plebiscito, el castel d’Ovo y un mirador de Monte Echia . El agua de la ducha sale muy caliente y es reconfortante poder darte una buena ducha al volver después de haber recorrido Napoles. Las toallas son nuevas y la cama es super cómoda. El desayuno es perfecto, y tienes todo lo que puedes necesitar. Sinceramente, me ha parecido que hay una excelente relación calidad-precio y nos hemos sentido como en casa. ¡Grazie mille! Me habría gustado quedarme más días pero yo no podía :):):)
