- Anton (9/5): Great location in Este, especially if traveling across Italy by car - Good location and breakfast, good value for money. Also had good parking. We were staying couple of nights for the wedding nearby. Some minor facilities were limited, e.g. Just one iron per hotel and no ironing board. But tbf staff members were really helpful in chasing that iron across the rooms:)

- Yolanda (4/5): - Die Lage des Hotels neben dem Castello und die Nähe zur Innenstadt sind perfekt. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz rundet das Positiv ab. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock auf der Seite des Hanges mit einer Quartierstrasse vor dem Fenster war sehr hellhörig (zB. Schritte von oben, zuschlagende Türen, TV-Geräusche mitten in der Nacht, fahrende Mopeds). Das Frühstück bestand mehrheitlich aus Süssgebäcken, kaltem Rührei, Weissbrot, einer Käsesorte, etwas Schinken, ganzen Äpfel und Orangen. Aufgrund früherer positiven Bewertungen betreffend Frühstück war unsere Enttäuschung gross.

Buffet colazione abbastanza buono, c’era di tutto un pó Le porte delle camere sono troppo datate, per cui ogni singolo rumore attraverso la porta si sente. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo sentito schiamazzi notturni che non ci hanno portato a dormire benissimo ma mi rendo conto che non è colpa dell’ hotel ma dell inciviltà altrui. Ma cn porte magari più nuove si sarebbero potuti attutire. La pulizia da rivedere, io ed il mio amico soffriamo di allergia alla polvere e ne abbiamo risentito

- Mario (8/5): - L'hotel è in posizione centrale accanto al Castello Carrarese e vicinissimo al centro di Este. Il personale è disponibile e cortese e l'albergo è molto confortevole e pulito. Anche la colazione è ottima. Se devo trovare un dettaglio negativo, cosa che però è opportunamente segnalata dall'Hotel, sono le dimensioni limitate del parcheggio. In momenti di alta affluenza, c'è il rischio di non poter posteggiare la macchina all'interno.

Posizione ottima, parcheggio attaccato sia all’ingresso principale che all’ingresso notturno quando la reception è chiusa. Peccato per la temperatura della camera, faceva decisamente caldo e non siamo riusciti a regolare il termostato. Bagno un pochino piccolo ma pulito e completo di asciugamani e sapone/shampoo.

Hotel doet smoezelig aan (vies tapijt in de gangen) . Badkamer wel schoon maar oud en versleten (schimmel in kieren, toilet bril kapot, fineer van legplanken af, etc)

- Mara (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war für uns bzgl. Este sehr gut! - Frühstück war sehr gut: man har bei Ende Frühstück nicht so sehr auf die Uhr geschaut. Wenn jemand noch frühstückte oder noch etwas haben wollte, das im Erreichbaren lag, hat man jeden Wunsch versucht zu erfüllen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Alle sind sehr, sehr freundlich. Man hat tatsächlich schon einen großen Parkplatz, aber wenn dieser voll war, versuchten die Rezeptionsangestellten eine neue, adäquate Lösung. Der Service hat auch versucht, jede Anfrage zufriedenstellend zu lösen. Es läuft vieles über die Rezeption, die allerdings auch 24 h besetzt ist und ihre Arbeit sehr, sehr gut macht. -

Bequem zu Fuß alles in der schönen Stadt erreichbar. Die Unterkunft selber sauber. Schöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück; rundum alles zum Wohlfühlen. Parkplätze kostenlos und direkt am Haus Nichts hätte besser sein können
