Alba (8/5): Una estancia agradable para unos días - Es la segunda vez que vamos. Para pasar la noche está bien y está muy bien localizado. Íbamos porque actuábamos en los carnavales de morrojable y como ellos lo sabían incluso nos dieron un detalle que agradecemos mucho. La parte de la piscina está muy bien. El personal en general bastante amable. El bufet de desayuno con buena variedad y la comida estaba muy rica. En general el complejo está un poco viejo y necesita alguna reforma. Creo que tiene mucho potencial y me da pena verlo así. La habitación donde estuvimos esta vez apenas tenía ventilación pues no había ventana, solo la terraza que a su vez era la entrada y es por eso que la habitación olía muchísimo a humedad y cerrado (era imposible abrir sin perder intimidad). Esta segunda vez también notamos el complejo un poco más sucio en general.

Pulizia, cambio saponi e asciugamani tutti i giorni. Buona colazione. La stanza era perfetta, a parte che sotto il letto era pieno di polvere e si sentiva un odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Ho fatto presente alla reception di questi "odori" ma hanno risolto per un paio di giorni, poi è tornata la puzza...

SILVIA (10/5): Ottima colazione e personale - L'hotel è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutto. La colazione al buffet meritava veramente tanto, un po' più deludente la cena ( sempre a buffet ) che , aveva comunque molte alternative ed era molto ricca, ma i piatti "caldi" erano un abbastanza freddi, ma nel complesso è tutto positivo a parte questo dettaglio. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile, nonostante avessi prenotato una stanza standard , me ne hanno data una più grande. Pulizia e stanza erano ok.

Naomi (6/5): Good location, common areas, disappointed due to no cleaning of room on second day with poor apology - I liked the location of the accommodation, very close to the beach. Good shower and hairdryer. Good roof terrace. Food was fine. We stayed 2 nights and on the second stay our room was not cleaned, no beds made, no clean towels and staff just give a short apology nothing more. The rooms are tired, wires showing in the room, shabby furniture. Food was fine but if you stayed longer than a few days I imagine you would get bored of the food.

Un día pescado otro día pillo. No hay casi variedad . El cuarto olía a tubería, dejaban el agua permanentemente en el fregadero para que no subiese los olores. Estaba en el segundo y había alguna cucaracha que acabo en el WC . Las instalaciones son un pico básicas de más aunque el mobiliario de fuera es moderno

Inmaculada (5/5): Magnifico personal .. no tan buenas instalaciones. - El personal era muy amable, muy atento y servicial… ningún problema con ellos Solo teniamos el desayuno contratado pero estaba muy bueno y el personal del comedor y de la noche eran muy amables. La limpiadora de la habitación era muy agradable. La habitación que nos dieron tenía muy poca luz (hab 107) llegaban todos los ruidos de la piscina durante todo el día, la puerta del baño tenía una bisagra rota y no se abría del todo, la papelera del baño estaba rota la tapa y daba muy mala impresión… desde luego no es un cuatro estrellas.

Et le soleil au levé sur notre balcon orienté Est avec vue sur mer. Les pieds de mon lit étaient un peu fragiles. Un aménagement en lit double (draps) serait préférable pour un couple.

El personal de 10 - Ubicación muy buena, pero lo mejor de todo es la atención de todas las personas que trabajan allí, haciendo que la estancia sea muy agradable. Habitación amplia con buenas vistas, Del todo incluido destaca el desayuno y la posibilidad de tomar bebidas sin alcohol. Comidas y cenas no están a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas y menos con esos precios. En la tierra del queso, casi inexistente presencia del mismo. Aunque no sea mi caso, si eres de usar la piscina del hotel, no es de las mejores.

Sari (5/5): No recordar - Lo único que me gustó fue la tranquilidad No tienen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones ya que sólo enfrían las dos primeras plantas. Por este motivo tuvimos que solicitar un ventilador. La comida no hay variedad siempre lo mismo y encima la comida tiene especias que después de una semana sigo con el estómago mal y con descomposición intestinal. Esto no sólo me paso a mi sino a toda la familia. En cuanto, a diversión escasa y en el bar piscina hubieron días donde no hubieron helados. Y por último, no cumple con normativa exigidas por ley, en referencia al tabaco y a la protección de datos. En resumen, no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos
Ismael (1/5): ¡RECOMENDAMOS NO IR A ESTE HOTEL! NOS ARRUINARON LAS VACACIONES - Irme. -Comida: Repetitiva, congelada y de mala calidad. Nos produjo gastroenteritis debido a la mala conservación de la comida y la contaminación cruzada tanto de usuarios como de la limpieza de las máquinas de bebida de autoservicio. A pesar de establecer cenas temáticas, la realidad es que no existe tal variedad; siempre es la misma comida: papas, pollo, arroz, pizza y ensaladas. Todo de muy mala calidad. -Limpieza: Cuando llegamos a la habitación el suelo estaba sucio y con tierra, los recovecos llenos de polvo. Los pasillos están siempre sucios y con bichos muertos. La piscina no tiene un mantenimiento adecuado ya que tiene acúmulos de tierra en los laterales y las rejillas de desagüe con hongos y humedades. -Piscina: Muy pequeña y no se puede disfrutar ya que los usuarios hacen usos de colchonetas y pelotas, molestando al resto y abarcando gran parte de la piscina. Las hamacas son escasas y están rotas. Las sombrillas están rotas y hacen apaños con palitos de madera para calzarlas. Los usuarios fuman en zonas comunes de la piscina, molestando a no fumadores. El hotel no atiende a las demandas de establecer zonas sin humo. -Personal: Algunos dan mala imagen y no mantienen las formas al hablar con los huéspedes. El personal se pelea entre ellos en zonas comunes, creando situaciones incómodas. - El Wifi es lento. Tercermundista hasta en los pequeños detalles. -Valoración final: Un hotel con 4 estrellas que no merece tal nivel. Es un hotel cutre y mediocre, que se nota su política de invertir lo mínimo para alcanzar el máximo beneficio, a costa de engañar a los huéspedes. Las imágenes publicadas dan a entender que es un sitio nuevo y cuidado pero que, la realidad, es que solo es una capa de diseños bonitos con un trasfondo de cutrez. Nos han fastidiado nuestras vacaciones y no recomendamos a nadie acudir a este hotel. Por nuestra parte nunca escogeremos ningún hotel de la marca Fergus.
