• Lauren (8/5): Great value and convenient location - Great value and comfortable place to stay in the Korea Town district of Osaka. Sonik was very helpful and kind during my stay and the twin room was very comfortable and great value. The bathrooms are quite small but was not a problem for me. Also appreciated having access to the washing machine!

• Joseph (10/5): Lively neighborhood with a cozy hostel to match. - I loved the character and location of the place being so close to Ikuno Korea Town and reasonably priced food and stores as well as about a 10 minute walk to two JR stations (with huge shopping streets) that have a direct train to KIX airport with one of them connected to the Osaka Metro and Kintetsu lines as well. Everything was clean and there was helpful information all over the hostel with contact details everywhere if I couldn't find the answer to any question I had. I appreciate how much thought and care was put into providing as much help as possible and how nice everyone I interacted with was. Kitchen facilities were a little disorganized while I was there so I wasn't sure where to find things but I didn't need them enough to ask.

Amenities were great, Sonik-san was very attentive and checked in with you everyday so do feel free to communicate if you need any help! Nice neighbourhood known as "Korean Town" so plenty of amazing Korean food and markets/culture/kpop to do nearby! All in all a wonderful time and I will definitely be back! NIL
• Dipankar (6/5): - Friendly owner. Some of the little things are ingenious, like a magnetic soap holder and the magnets on the shower curtain. The private room is well insulated so the AC works quickly. Hot water for the shower upstairs didn't always work. Shower upstairs is a little cramped. The downstairs one works fine and has more room. Have to go up two flights of stairs for the private room, no elevator.

Functional kitchen and a good location near some key train stations. Cheap bike rental was a big bonus as well! The slippers didn't fit my feet, but that's pretty typical in Japan.

• helen (10/5): - Everyone we met was very kind, very close to Osaka Korea town, there are some daily cheap food vendors nearby in the afternoon. And the shopping streets there were also cheaper than the more touristy areas.
• Melek (6/5): Could be better - There was such a homey vibe. Everything compact and enough for a couple of people. I love the neighbourhood. 25-30 min away from the center but after chaotic osaka, coming back home felt so good. The volunteer was very helpful and nice. Also I couldnt meet with the owner but he had a very good communication from the message section. Corridors and bedroom was clean. Bunk was very squeaky. Even when I or the person moves a leg it squeaked so loud. I tried to sleep like a mummy Curtain was so short from every side! I was the only girl in the room(which is ok) so zero privacy made me uncomfortable. When I lay down I could have conversations with people under or in between the curtains easily. Kitchen really was smelly and dirty. I ONLY used the fridge for my beverage but even that was a bad experience for me.

It seemed a little unclean and the shower just had a curtain in front, so you only have a small amount of space to get dressed. The stairs are super steep and narrow - so not accessible for everyone.

The walls in the hallway are a map on where to eat and how to get around. So helpful! Everything was clean and tidy! VERY comfortable bed!!! Nothing! :)

Pokud h - Velmi milé prostředí, příjemný personál a klidná a krásná lokalita. Nemohu nic vytknout, vybavení je staré, to bezpochyby, ale cena - výkon za mě zcela v pořádku. Nečekejte žádný zázrak, ale pokud chcete levné ubytování jen na přespaní, nemá to chybu.

• Seoyeon (10/5): - 숙소가 엄청 편안해요. 호스트분이 한국인분이라 편하게 소통할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 다양한 정보도 얻을 수 있었고 굉장히 친절하셨어요. 모든 시설이 생각보다도 도 깔끔해서 마음에 들었습니다. 오사카에서 이정도 가성비의 숙소가 또 있을까 싶을정도로 만족스러웠습니다. 역에서 거리가 조금 있어요. 걸어서 12분정도. 걸을만 합니다

• galit (7/5): התאכזבתי . ראיתי ביקורות נהדרות והמלצות . בפועל זו היתה האכסניה הגרועה ביותר בטיול שלנו . - את התקשורת ב whatsapp עם הבעלים , הוא עזר לנו להעלות את אחת המזוודות לחדר , את המזגן . חדר הרחצה בקומה האחרונה ( החדר הפרטי ואחד מחדרי המעונות ) הוא קטן - סוגרים את הדלת וזו המקלחת , הברז משותף כך שאם לא שמים לב כשבאים לצחצח שיניים או לשטוף ידיים אחרי השרותים - מתקלחים . בנוסף לא אהבתי את העובדה שבמיטה התחתונה יש מעקה בטיחות - זה ממש מיותר ולא ניתן לשבת על המיטה . ובניגוד למקומות אחרים לא היתה שתיה חופשית . (קפה /תה )

• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and even better guest house. The place is just a few minutes from Tsuruhashi and Momodani stations and has fast access to places like Namba via subway. (from Tsuruhashi you'll get about anywhere in Osaka under 35 minutes) It's located in a Korean town so you can stroll around, shop and buy korean food just a street away from the guest house. It's an older house so some of its equipment is a bit older as well, but everything inside is clean and works just fine. Sonic and Satō were very accommodating and kind to us on all occasions. The next time we'll be staying in Osaka we'll very likely book this guest house again. Nothing comes to mind.

• Michael (7/5): Great for the Price - The host was great! He was very kind to us on our arrival. Gave us a quick tour, showed us our rooms and brought us an extra towel as he had forgot one. He also told us some recommendations around the area. Getting to talk with others was nice as well. We talked with 2 nice solo travelers and another couple. We also exchanged good places we've been to. 2F bathroom and shower was nice and spacious. Laundry was only ¥100, we used our balcony to dry our clothes. Cooking in the kitchen was easy. He had a gas stove, and we used a pan to cook some Ramen. Soap and sponge was on the counter for cleanup. We had a private room which was at the 3F across from a dormitory. The stairs were very creaky so it was hard to stay quiet if up late or early. The top bathroom was pretty small for me (6'1), so it was hard to pull up and down my pants when using the bathroom. The top shower was also a tad odd as you had to put your clothes outside and above the shower in order to not get them wet. There was only a curtain to block the view when opening the shower and it had a slight crack towards our room We also didn't like the area around the Tsuruhashi train station it gave is a bit of a bad vibe at first.

• Chris (10/5): I definitely recommend using his Guest house for your vacation. - The location was in a good area, not far from multiple train stations. There were umbrellas to use, if needed. He was very friendly and answered any questions that I may have had, and suggested some good things in the area to do. Very conversational. The beds were comfortable. I had some really good roommates too. The storage area for my traveling luggage was nice also. Very spacious. I would definitely stay at this location again, if I am back in Osaka. I liked everything about my stay!

We have been here for two days only and were tired with sightseeing so we did not socialise with others but everyone were friendly. Location is quite good, not too far from the station. The bed is loud when the person on the upper bed moves so it's a bit annoying

Perfect if you want to do some exercise (600y per training). The bedroom is all you need, with space for the luggage. It's clean. For the price, it's worth it!

• Progress (8/5): Enjoyable, but some unnecessary discomfort - I thought the location was very nice & quiet (in Koreatown). It was convenient and although the main metro line required a lot of walking, I thought it was a nice walk considering that the city isn't super crowded or loud. The hostel itself was clean and it was very easy to talk to people because it's not a big place nor it is crowded. It was easier to socialize in this small homestay than in a larger hostel. I met people here that I may keep a friendship with for many years to come! Our host was a very nice person. He was accessible and very easy to talk to. At the time, this was the cheapest place in the city with the highest rating. I thought it was very inconvenient to go up & down the stairs over and over. The stairs are not large and they have a spiral shape. This place would not suit anyone who has difficulties walking. The top floor shared bathroom is too small and very uncomfortable to use. Because of how cheap it is to book here, one guest decided to stay for over a month and did not understand how to socialize properly with other travelers. This was not a pleasant experience because the common area is a small kitchen and only so many people can talk at once. A homestay is no longer a homestay when someone with poor social skills is allowed to stay for so long amongst well-mannered people who are travelling for shorter periods of time.
• Sayan (1/5): Bad - Only behavior of the owner was good. The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen were extremely filthy. The small room had four beds, and it was a complete mess. They gave me a very dirty hand towel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone
