havalam (10/5): - Αρχικά ο Marco και η γυναίκα του ήταν απίστευτα φιλικοί, εξυπηρετικοί και μας έλυσαν όλες τις απορίες. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο με πλήρες πρωινό για όσες μέρες μείναμε και με άνετα κρεβάτια. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για οικογένειες και πολλά άτομα θα το λατρέψετε. Τέλος, η περιοχή είναι 25 λεπτά από το κέντρο με τα μέσα αλλα είναι πολύ ήσυχα και με επιλογές.
Marius (10/5): Super apartament, noi l-am inchiriat pe tot si a fost excelent totul! - Locatia este ok, apartamentul este calduros sau racoros, dupa cum iti place, oamenii sunt SUUUPER! Totul este ok, doar ca zona de "living" este de fapt locul de luat masa cu mese si scaune inalte. Nu e in neregula, doar depinde de ce preferi. Lipseste un TV in zona de socializare, dar banuiesc ca pentru ca se inchiriaza si camere separat un TV ar risca sa deranjeze oamenii din camere. Altfel, cel mai important e sa iesi la plimbare, nu sa stai in camera :) Mai bine decat ce ofera ar putea fi un elicopter si piscina cu jacuzzi, inclus in pret :P. Nimic in neregula. Oamenii si locatia sunt super.
Cristina (10/5): - Apartamentul este foarte mare și confortabil pentru un grup mare de oaspeți. Gazele au fost foarte disponibile, ne-au ajutat și cu transferul către aeroport. Apartamentul este intr-o zona care are legături către centrul Romei, sunt magazine și restaurante în apropiere. Un loc minunat pentru o vacanță la Roma. Totul a fost ok.

SONIAFC (7/5): Ideal para grupo grande - Lo mejor es Marco el propietario, nos ayudo mucho consiguiéndonos los traslados de ida y vuelta aeropuerto y también para ir al centro. El apartamento preparadisimo, con toallas, gel, café, algo dulce embolsado, yogures. Mantas en los armarios por si no son suficientes las puestas.Eramos 8, estancia ideal para un grupo tan grande. Cada habitación con su propia llave y aseo. Las persianas algo duras, no funcionaba la calefacción en una de las habitaciones. Esta bastante retirado del centro, aunque tiene cerca parada de bus.

The shower cabins are very small and do not have holders/shelves for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. 2. Karlheinz (10/5): Great for family or large group, clean, well stocked w/supplies, close to public transportation. - Marco and Anisa are great hosts, responsive, warm and kind. They met us at the property and walked us thru their home. The flat was clean and fully stocked for all 8 of us with snacks, breakfast items, paper supplies, towels, linens and soaps. Nice patio to hang outside with the family. They had great information about where to go grocery shopping, restaurants and a laundromat, all a few blocks from the flat. The tram #8 or bus #31 were a short walk away and took us directly to Roma, approx. 30 minutes away. They arranged a driver for us, when the public transport went on strike. They made us feel so welcomed.

Robert (10/5): Ideal location, great hosts, lovely property. - Lots of space for everyone, ideal location to get the tram into Rome, air conditioned, lovely hosts who are very helpful. Super market nearby along with other useful stores. Clean and tidy and even supplied, tea, coffee, milk and some pastries. A great place to stay. Nothing.
Tessy (10/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung. Schön groß mit 5 Schlafzimmer und jedes hat ein eigenes Bad. Perfekt für großte Gruppen. Netter Besitzer. Hat uns nett enpfangen und gute Restaurantvorschläge gegeben. Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür oder in Tiefgarage um die Ecke. Bus und Tramverbindung in der Nähe, man muss nur gute 10 Minuten laufen.

Verified traveler (8/5): Buona soluzione economica e accogliente - L'esperienza complessiva è positiva: la struttura necessità di un po' di lavori di manutenzione (tubo doccia perdeva) ma i proprietari sono persone davvero gentili e disponibili. La zona è monteverde ed è sempre servita e gradevole. Non grandi disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito, ma per chi conosce Roma, sa che questa è una costante.
