Guest Reviews
- Anne (10/5): It was fantastic and highly recommend! - The room was exquisite and well appointed with robes, slippers. The refrigerator was stocked with water, ouzo, and wine. Not much - towels could have been softer.
- Leonardo (10/5): Amazing stay - The view is astonishing! Every day an amazing sunset. Michael and his wife are great hostesses. Everything was just perfect. We love staying there! Nothing to say
- Russell (10/5): Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment near town centre, with lovely home made breakfasts. - The suite was super comfortable, clean and well located near town. The owners and staff were super friendly, making a lovely home-made breakfast each day and even sharing recipes. We also rented one of their cars which was super convenient and very reasonable price. It was great - we loved it
- Andrea (8/5): - Lage
- Anastasia (9/5): Wake up to the Temple of Apollo - With one of the best views in Naxos overlooking the Temple of Apollo, we absolutely loved the location of our room. It’s within easy walking distance to town, yet tucked away in a quiet area with convenient parking options if you're traveling by car. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the complimentary bottle of wine in the room was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!
- Roopa (10/5): - Fantastic service. Beautiful place
- Rudresh (6/5): - The place is in a great location, perfect view of the Apollo Temple and great sunset view. The property is marketed with unobstructed views however, the property directly between the view and the room belongs to the people on the side. As is their property, they park their cars blocking the view. The view which is one of the biggest marketed aspect for Cyano Suites. When I checked with the front desk, they have no idea who or why a car is blocking the view that was the primary selling tactic. My experience staying at Cyano lead me to believe the hotel owner knows this and willingly false advertises. While this whole incident is frivolous I feel I was scammed into believing otherwise.
- Ashlynn (10/5): Slice of paradise - The most glamorous cutest hotel with the most hospitable staff incredible homemade breakfast and views.
- ELWOOD (10/5): - I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Naxos. Close enough to what the town has to offer and far away for peace and quiet. The views from suite 5 were beyond spectacular. The breakfast was a sumptuous array of homemade goodies.
- Aaron (10/5): - We had a fantastic 3 night stay here for vacation. It’s a perfect location for active people who want to be close but not too close to the hustle and bustle of the port. <15 min walk to food, drink, shopping, activities, etc. amazing view of the Apollon Temple. Surprisingly great breakfast at sister hotel Adriani a short walk away. We loved the design of the suite.
- Brandon (10/5): Great Place! Beautiful views - Great location, very clean, great AC and large bathroom. Easy parking. Room 5 was wonderful on the end!!
- Matthew (10/5): - Staff amazing. Breakfast amazing. Location amazing. Beautiful sunset over the temple of Apollo every night. Huge spa bath to relax in after a long day exploring Nothing. Everything was perfect
- Bijan (6/5): - Great staff and good service. The room was a little bit smaller and more cramped than I expected for three people. The view was a bit overrated and did not show the gravel area in front of our room ahead of the ocean view. All in all OK but knowing what I know now, I would’ve probably chosen something else.
- Lenny (10/5): -
- Marilou (10/5): Exceptional -
- Diego (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and the style was like the pictures showed. The view from the porch is very nice, it's just a shame there is a parking lot taking up so much of the foreground. The sweets at breakfast were very good, they had many options. We rented a car through the sister property where breakfast is served for a decent price, it was very easy. They provided free water in the fridge and refilled it after we used them the next day. There was also free wine and other alcohol, but we hardly drink so it was barely used. The layout of the entrance to the room seems nice at first, but once you open your suitcases you realize it is not ideal. The cleaner ended up moving my suitcase, which while it optimized the space, it was a little weird for her to do that. Like many other properties, the key must be inserted into a slot to turn lights on, and unfortunately the AC as well. This meant the room was hot when we would return for the day. The cleaner left the bathroom window open but this made it more humid than anything. The shower is not as enclosed as it could be, meaning we were rather cold while using it, even though the water was to our liking.
The breakfast area had many flies. There were large ones flying in the same spot all three mornings and many small ones coming for our plates. Unfortunately we had bugs everywhere we ate in Naxos, but I would think a hotel would get rid of them when they're inside.
While the view from the room was nice, one night a car parked in front of it, though it didn't seem like it was allowed to. Regardless, the view was better when you walked a short distance up the hill, which we did at sunset. When you seem to be paying 250 euros a night strictly for this sunset view, it does seem silly that just anyone can walk by and get this view, then leave after sunset.
- Constantino (10/5): Couldn’t ask for more. Very pleased - Very clean and beautiful. Perfect location
- Eman (10/5): Exceptional - exactly like in picture, very cozy and clean
- CHAD (10/5): - Beautiful, clean, and well appointed suit. The view of Apollos temple directly out the window. Outside seating, plenty of room. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. Overall a very nice stay, I would definitely book here again.
- Alyson (10/5): I highly recommend staying at Cyano! - This hotel is right on the water and walkable to/from the ferry port. It was quiet, clean, and relaxing!
- Lisa (9/5): A lovely place to stay on Naxos away from the crowds - The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub because the winds in November were cool. 5 minute walk to town or the port. We will stay again on our next trip to Nazos. Breakfast for the suites was a 2 minute walk to the hotel however the breakfast was delicious, and filled with freshly baked Greek pastries, phyllo pies and eggs amd fresh fruits.
- Gayle (10/5): - An excellent stay with all convenient access to port area Could not wish for a better place to stay
- Matthew (10/5): - Nice spacious room in an ideal location. Great amenities and service. Quite comfortable and a very accommodating host. Enjoyed homemade specialties at breakfast.
- Zaharias (10/5): - Could not ask for more at this property. Beautiful room, great location, excellent staff, and amazing view of the Apollos Temple. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!
- Dimitrios (10/5): Fantastic - Immaculately clean and beautiful location overlooking sea and Portara Light fixture low hanging and close to entrance
- Sophie (10/5): A wonderful place to stay when visiting the island of Naxos - Michalis and Irini provide beautiful accommodation just outside the main town but within walking distance to restaurants and historical attractions. My family of 3 booked the Premium Suite, very clean, modern and spacious with views to the sea and the Temple of Apollo and a spectacular sunset each night. The complimentary drinks provided were very much appreciated as was the delicious breakfast each morning with home made delicacies and local produce.
We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to return one day.
- David (10/5): - Awesome suite, great view, and very friendly staff
- Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional - Owner was fantastic and very accommodating. Room was great and the balcony has a great view of the temple of Apollon.
- Anne (9/5): Makes your stay in Naxos enjoyable. - We stayed in the studio #2 on the 2nd floor, the one with the jacuzzi. It is exactly as the pictures show: modern, well maintained and very comfortable for two persons. All the reviews are correct. The view on the Portara and the sunset is really stunning. The centre and very good restaurants are in walking distance. Although it was high season it was not over-crowded. There is nothing to criticize. Only that the price of the studio in the high season is considerable.
- Anders (8/5): - Excellent rooms and view
Best on 1 and 2 floor. Ground floor less good but ok
- Nabil (9/5): Superb -
- Robert R (10/5): - Service was wonderful and friendly. Were most accommodating in assisting with suggestions and arranging for the same. Would, and will, stay again.
- Khalid (10/5): Exceptional - The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The daily housekeeping was impeccable, and they offer complimentary beverages. The location is ideal, and the view from the apartment is breathtaking, making it perfect for a family stay.
Thanks to the Host
- Alexander (10/5): - Property itself is impeccable. Our room looked over the sea and the Apollo gate. Really beautiful sunset from the balcony. Located a bit north of the main town area so nice and quiet.
- Larry (4/5): - Property difficult to locate, surrounding area very poor
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steven (10/5): Great find in Naxos - Cyan is an amazing property, the location and view are insane! The owner and his family are very hospitable and the breakfast they cook up every morning is awesome. If you can get one of the top suites you will count yourself lucky.
- Karen (10/5): - When we opened the door to our suite (#3) my first thought was BEAUTIFUL! Everything was immaculate and even nicer than the pictures. Michael our host was beyond words. We rented a car through him and he set up a wine tour for us at Saint Anna’s Winery. Definitely a must! At breakfast our last day we met his mother who I just wanted to hug. We found the people of Naxos to be the gem of the island.
- Wei (10/5): - This is a family run hotel. The owners Michalis and his wife are super friendly and hard working! I had a most wonderful stay here! Can't beat the view and the walking distance to the ferry port, old Naxos town and the local super market, where I got my drinking water, fresh fruits and cat food to feed the local cats. The room is super clean, comfortable and so many light fixtures for any mode you are in! Breakfast is in the sister hotel that's 3 minutes away. Checkin is also there, as the Cyano Suites are kind of its own standalone building by the beach. Breakfast has a lot of traditional Greek food, so I got a sample of many of them. There is something for everyone, and everything was wonderful! If I return to Naxos, I will stay here again.
- Carrie Anne (10/5): - The hosts were fabulous, would def stay here again when we visit
- Clayton (10/5): - Absolutely loved staying at this property. The couple who owns and runs this hotel are very kind and provided a lot of assistance during our stay. They were able to directly rent us a car for the duration of our visit, as well as laundry services since we were there for a week and still had another island to go to before heading home. The close proximity to the port and downtown was also very convenient to enjoy shopping, drinks, and delicious food. And that’s not even mentioning the VIEW, which was incredible. Highly recommend staying at Cyano Suites if you ever find yourself in Naxos!!
- Julia (10/5): Beautiful views and walking distance to restaurants and shops. - The property was very clean, within walking distance of good restaurants and shopping, amazing view, owners and staff are very kind and helpful.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommend! - Beautiful view, pristine room and amazing, homemade breakfast each morning!
- Donna (10/5): A nice find - Lovely stay - very enjoyable with wonderful staff.
- Carl (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. High quality suites with a friendly family run breakfast area. Nothing we didn’t like or enjoy.
- Tamara (10/5): - First time in Naxos but will not be my last, had a great experience at the Cyano Suites. Quiet, clean, great view
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- michael (10/5): Naxos best place to stay! - Beautiful room and accommodation for anyone that enjoys a true family ownership experience.
They take care of you from picking us up at the airport, home made breakfast delicacy every day for breakfast and cleaning everything to a spotless condition.
Cheers to a fun and enjoyable week!
- RHEA (10/5): - The staff was amazing. Our view and the room was perfect. They were very helpful.
- Takia (10/5): - The room had a beautiful view and came with a nicely sized balcony where we could lay out and enjoy the weather. The room was also very clean and the fridge was well stocked. The staff was also very friendly and assisted us with getting transportation from the port and to the airport. The hotel is also located fairly close to town.
- Dinesh P (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent, loved the location and the room. The view was amazing
- ingrida (10/5): - Property was nice. Clean and good location. Staff was great as well.
- Sharon (10/5): - This place is just beautiful. Amazing suites and a beautiful view. Excellent breakfast
- Akihito (8/5): Great breakfast and convenient location for a short family summer holiday in Naxos - The breakfast was the best part of our stay, it was slightly different every morning and we really looked forward to waking up every day to enjoy the meal. The managers' kids were so sweet and were helping out during their summer break. The property is located just a few minutes walk from the center of town so getting around was very easy. One of the only fishing equipment shops is just around the corner, and our kids really enjoyed making friends with some local kids and fishing together. There is a large jacuuzi that takes up about a quarter of the room, but a little hard to use sharing the room with young kids.
- George (10/5): Exceptional - Great location beautiful hotel and easy to get around with kids.
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Beth (10/5): Best view, best location, best interior - What an incredible find! This was our favourite hotel stay of our Greek trip. Drop dead gorgeous view and interior design, huge spa, two lounges, two bathrooms. Amazing.
- julie (10/5): - Spectacular property! Great customer service and amazing room and views. I actually choose to stay in the room the first day just to enjoy the place and the view. Highly recommend this property. Breakfast was just around the corner and was fabulous with lots of options.
- Anonymous (10/5): Cyano Suites was beautiful! Great location and host was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was included and was del - Location was excellent. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Cyano Suites to others! There was nothing we didn’t like.

- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Constance (10/5): Pleasant - Liked everything. The accommodations were lovely - great view, comfortable bed, more space that expected, great breakfast and an easy walk to the waterfront. Enjoyed it all
- Rebekah (10/5): So lovely! - We loved the location, view, breakfast, helpfulness of the staff… honestly everything. It was all so fantastic!!
- Andressa (8/5): Bathtub with a view :D - Amazing view to the Portara! The bathtub in the middle of the bedroom is also great. I am picky with lights, so I found those too white, they could be more warm/yellow for the coziness.
- Kelly (9/5): Superb -
- Jake (10/5): - This hotel room was amazing, with a beautiful view of the Great Door. The detailing, double vanity, tub, shower, spaciousness, were all top notch.
Free breakfast was very good with some homemade options. Concierge was very informative upon our arrival to provide options and things to do.
Only thing worth noting is it has more of an air bnb feel as opposed to a hotel, meaning it's more private, but doesn't have amenities like a pool, gym, restaurant, etc
- Elyse (9/5): A really lovely spot close to Naxos Chora - The location was perfect. Close to the main part of town but still offered peace and quiet. Very clean and modern feeling. The jacuzzi tub was huge!! we loved our stay.
- Michelle (10/5): - Absolutely STUNNING room! The ocean view was perfect, the cleanliness and aesthetic of this room was amazing. The tub in our room was awesome! Short walk to the pier where there is a lot of food and places to shop. Included breakfast was delicious. Goodies in the fridge were complementary. The host/staff was so friendly and willing to help! My favorite room of our two week trip so far, I have nothing negative to say. Would definitely recommend.
- Mk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Prianna (10/5): - Beautiful property and excellent hosts. The view of the portara was bar none.

extremely clean

- Annah (10/5): - Absolutely stunning view, highly recommend

- Jennie (9/5): Superb - We stayed in the grand suite and the view of Apollo’s door and the sunset was amazing!
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Michailis was so helpful and always available to help. He offered a transfer to and from the port for a small fee.
- JOHNCARLO (10/5): - Wonderful staff. Very clean and extremely convenient to walk into town.
- Wallace (10/5): - Wonderful view of the ocean and Apollo Temple. Beautiful room. Convenient walking distance to dining and sites. Very nice staff who resolved the air conditioning issue quickly. Delicious breakfast offering.
- Patricia (10/5): beautiful view with loads of privacy but you are easy access to main center - beautiful view and easy to park car in front of our room. this is opposite end of chora from the main beach but it is lovely to walk to port and has the calm swimming area there
room was beautiful snd separate from the main other hotel. nice to sit outside on the cute chair separate from main hotel to walk to breakfast but not that big of a deal really
- Michelle (10/5): Excellent location, beautiful and clean property! - Location was nice, close walk to the town yet in a nice quiet area, great for watching the sunset.
Hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing with a large selection of fruits, pastries, eggs etc., everything you could want.
There is a beach close by but we also took a bus to Plaka beach which was beautiful.
The property was nicely decorated, and very clean. We had an amazing stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Nothing
- Tia (10/5): - If you are staying in Naxos Town and want an amazing view of the water and the Portara, stay here! I’m picky and this place was gorgeous - stylishly decorated, immaculately clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious and a short walk away. And very close walking distance to the main part of town and the pier. You won’t regret staying here!
- Rogelio (10/5): - Excelente
- John (10/5): - Our place was extremely clean, staff was exceptional, breakfast was extraordinary and the view cold not be beat. We could look out over the Aegean Sea at Apollo's Temple from our bed. The pictures on the website are not exaggerating the view.
- Mandi (10/5): - Great if you just need a very nice room to stay in without the up charge for unnecessary hotel amenities.
- Shamika (10/5): - I can not say enough amazing things about this hotel, and the location! 10/10 on every level. I will say that the check-in process was less than easy, but the room made up for that 10 fold- The pictures are legit, absolutely stunning!!!! ευχαριστώ!!!!
- Athena Zourzoukis (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Perfect location and great sea view. The suite was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for our stay was available to us. You do have to walk around the corner to the sister hotel for breakfast but it is not very far and the breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel has an excellent location with beautiful view of the sea. It is close to the main street and the town where you can enjoy the nightlife. The staffs were so friendly and very helpful.
- Robin (10/5): Great location, free parking, amazing tub! - We ended up upgrading to the suite with jetted tub, which i recommend.
Make sure you put in how many people are staying in the room if you don’t book a suite, they charge extra for extra people.
The jetted tub was a nice way to relax after hiking Mt zas!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room view was spectacular and such a nice and unique room that had both a shower and bathtub. Michael was superb and picked us up from the port and took us back to the ferry. Breakfast had different choices daily and it was very good! He helped us navigate the town and had great recommendations to see on the island. Not many tourists and happy to experience such a lovely island and hope to be back one day :)
- Steven James (10/5): Enjoyable stay on the edge of Naxos Town - Modern with a great location: balcony view to the Temple of Apollo, and easy walk to port/old city for strolling, exploring, and eating. Only downside was that we had to walk to the Adriane Hotel for breakfast, but it wasn't much of an inconvenience and the breakfast was fresh and very good.
We were there at the beginning of November, so there weren't very many tourists, but I can imagine that Cyano Suites is much quieter than the central hotels during high season.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic Ocean view, walkable to old town, Gracious and super helpful hosts that provide ride to/from airport/ferry, orientation and information, hearty delicious breakfasts- fresh and homemade. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend.
- Carla (10/5): - Beautiful property! Location is to die for. The room was amazing. Service was awesome. The owner picked us up at the port. First class service all the way around!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - beautiful room and view, friendly and accommodating staff! Highly recommend!
- Thomas (10/5): - View was beautiful. Room was huge and tub was a nice bonus! Also got upgraded for free!
