- Amanda (9/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was nice and cold. The location was great. The bathroom was really nice - modern and spacious. The beer in the downstairs bar was great. Even won a meat tray on the Friday night! Check in and check out was easy. The cleaner was friendly and helpful. On the first night the shower was cold but staff were more than happy to help.

It felt like a futon mattress which wasn't totally terrible but was definitely something that was noticeably lacking compared to every other aspect which was fabulous 😁

Shared Bathroom facilities were unclean ( the walls besides the toilets, shower walls & shower flooring specifically) The bed comforters were not in a doona cover & the sheets had some suspicious pieces of hair in them.

I saw no reference to this in the information so I thought it was a boarding house. It was very noisey each night. Friday till about 12 and Saturday until 2.30am. It was too loud for me to sleep through.

- Matthew (3/5): Nice pub downstairs, noisy to sleep - The pub below the rooms was convenient for food, the staff were friendly and the room was cool and clean. The fans they had on the outside of the buildings would power up every two minutes and make a loud idling noise similar to a truck idling. This lasts for a minute and a half. They had an issue with their alarm the night I stayed where it constantly went off between 1-2am. It would've woken me up, however I never actually got to sleep beforehand because the fans outside would not let me sleep. I didn't need to worry about setting an alarm as I was woken up before 7am by housekeeping vacuuming. If you're a heavy sleeper this is ideal for you. If you like sleeping without any noise disturbances try another location.

Room was cozy and clean, bed was comfy, bathrooms were modern and shower was hot. Overall, I was happy with the amenities provided and the price of the room. Stayed at Greenroof for one night (Friday to Saturday) and the pub noise was quite loud, which I guess is to be expected. Used earplugs to sleep and could block most of it out, but just be weary if you're looking for total peace and quiet.

I also had a bad ceiling light, flicking on and off....plus no bedside lamps, as there was no globes in them!!! WTF??? Fix this up asap, or I will book elsewhere next time. TV remote not working, no other choice of lights beside the dodgy ceiling lights

They took me up to the room to welcome me and show me the facilities Sharing bathrooms is always a bit of a challenge when we are all so used to our own comforts but nothing significant enough to be concerned about
