- virginia (5/5): Meglio l'hotel di fianco - Posizione e vista. Stile della struttura. Abbiamo alloggiato nell unica junior suite della strutta, con un prezzo indicativo di 250 euro a notte senza colazione, media stagione. Arredamento inadeguato per un 4 stelle, sia nella camera sia nell' area esterna. Il balcone aveva due sedie di ferro e un solo tavolino di plastica, a fronte di un ampia area facilmente sfruttabile. Totale mancanza di una scrivania con sedia o di un divanetto, quindi nessuna possibilità di appoggio per qualsiasi genere di attività. Mancanza di portasciugamani in bagno, quindi non sapevamo dove appoggiare la biancheria. Il lavandino scomodissimo da utilizzare per la presenza, forse di natura strutturale, di un gradino esattamente sotto lo stesso. L illuminazione (luci) della stanza non sufficiente nelle ore serali. Camera sporca, con ragnatele e phon appiccicoso perché mai pulito. Letto con i piedi rotti, per la pericolosità lo abbiamo segnalato all arrivo: la proprietaria ci ha poi detto di averlo riparato, e non era vero. Abbiamo dovuto ripeterlo alzando i toni per farcelo sostituire e il letto che ci hanno dato era più piccolo del matrimoniale originario. In tutto questo, naturalmente la proprietaria ci ha preso in giro. È saltata la corrente lasciando tutti gli ospiti senza acqua e senza luce per un intera mattina: le tapparelle elettriche erano quindi bloccate, impedendone l apertura e l ingresso della luce. La struttura si è rivelata priva di generatore o di possibili soluzioni in caso di emergenze come quella riportata. Al momento del check out, la proprietaria non si è nemmeno fatta vedere. Visto gli importanti disagi occorsi, era indispensabile una maggiore attenzione al cliente e la valutazione di qualche sconto o promozione.

We had a smaller in bedroom but the few over the valley and puente nova made it seem much bigger. Shower stall needed something to keep the floor from getting too wet. We had a heating diesel generator room under our room, so we had bad smell penetrating inside and it was not possible to open the window. So we cancelled our reservation and moved to other structure. However the parking was a long walk away and it was full up with he got back so we had to drive home because of the penalties for parking in the street The property should make the parking position clear so that it can be seen before booking.

- Susie Helena (10/5): - O.hotel é uma edificação belíssima, em cima dos penhascos com vista para a Ponte e para cidade e um belíssimo por do sol. Os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e charmosos. Bem localizado na linda Ronda está próximo das atrações e nao muito distante do estacionamento. O banho é muito agradavel, limpo e bem cuidado. Uma experiência única.

- Susan (9/5): Beautiful location, stunning decor and atmosphere in the hotel, right in the heart of Ronda. Highly recommend. - The location was fantastic, we didn’t have a view of the bridge from our room but there were plenty of places in the Hotel to view it. The ambience in the Hotel was so lovely and the staff were very friendly and obliging. Parking was a problem, but the hotel made it easier by providing discounted parking at a public car park only 10 minutes walk away, and it was a lovely walk across the bridge to get there. Would have been nice if the spa bath in our room was available but we were told it wasn’t included in our room cost.

- Dana (8/5): - Lydia was amazing! The location was not signed well, so it was hard to find by car. Room was giant, lighting not great. Not enough towels. Comfortable and beautiful views! There was only one towel. And not any outlets near the bedroom.
- ruth (7/5): Great location, we expected more from the facilities. - The location and the view. The ambience of the hotel was elegant and nice. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was cramped and the shower head leaked. The tv was not working and there were not enough sockets to plug in our phones.
