Booked a family suite with 3 beds, was instead given a twin room to share with 3 adults which was not the planned stay to share a bed. When mentioned to staff they said it was the right room. The pictures of the family suite clearly show 2 separate bedrooms and 3 beds.

Check in and out was quick enough They have too many outside people lingering about due to various events they do in their different halls. They crowd the lifts and I had to wait more than 5 minutes at times to get the lift. If you go out, you may not get parking because the people attending these events etc park and we were asked to park on the road. After escalation, they arranged parking. In my view, they focus more on events than hotel guests.

It happened twice in the two meals I had Location is in a crowded area Dirty bathroom. Yellowing closet. Bathroom door is held together by nails!!! Dirty and torn bed linen. No hot water. We had to fight to get the hot water turned on. No sense of how a host should be! The shocking part was, the watchman calling and waking me up at 1155 pm, to ask me what time I want my car to be washed!!!!
