The breakfast was limited and constantly running out of things. It is a fair walk into the main area of Hoi An. The bed was too hard.

Livin' To Explore (7/5): Just OK stay. - The hotel was good. Room was clean with adequate amenities. The riverview room was definitely a very good plus point. About 15 minutes walk to the Japenese and Lantern Bridges, especially great walk in the evening. The staff seemed nice but not too willing to accommodate. There were only two other rooms booked when we went into check in, and yet, they handed us the room key only at 2:00pm and we were politely declined when we asked for an hour late check out. Seemed strange for an empty hotel really. Breakfast was meh at best, but adequate to be fair. Last but not the least, the hotel will try to sell you lantern boat tour (500K VND). The OFFICIAL boats (i think green jackets without the flashy LED lights) charge about 170K VND.

Die Lage war ebenfalls gut, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls für vietnamesische Verhältnisse sehr gut.

Bryan (10/5): Excellent Hotel - Excellent hotel. The staff are super friendly, and the staff providing local recomendations for food and activities is a nice touch. We had a nice large room with a small balcony that had a view over the water. The hotel was only a very short walk along the river from the main area of Hoi An. Breakfast is also made to order, and was very tasty.

Bruce (10/5): Lovely oasis in Hoi An. - Great location - we had balcony view over the river which was so lovely. Just out of the old town craziness - it was a little oasis. Room was super comfortable. Staff were very helpful and all happy to assist. Little mini mart almost opposite the front entrance with a cool dude running the place is worth a visit! He was a hoot. Breakfast was great too! Nothing, we would come back to stay, & would recommend!

The room was very comfy and had a great view. The arrangement of the shower and toilet was a little odd (in frosted glass cubicles inside the room) - but not an issue at all - just something we hadn't experienced before. The breakfasts each day were yummy. The location was great. The hotel arranged our taxis to and from the airport - which was awesome and made us feel safe (these needed to be paid with cash though - so just be sure to bring enough to cover it or get out to an ATM before you check out). Overall - we are really happy to have stayed at the Riverside Whitehouse Boutique Hotel Nothing

Matt (9/5): Great waterfront location a short walk from the Old Town - Brilliant location on the river. About 10 minutes walk from the Old Town, which was ideal to escape the tourist hub. Really friendly staff and very helpful I was tempted to dock a point as it soured at the end. They asked for cash payment for beer/water etc despite taking card for the room. I asked them simply to combine it and apparently 'management' says they can't. Deeply irritating as there's no notice cash is needed and they said I could just walk to an ATM on the last morning. Don't get it. Please change. Breakfast very basic (but fine for me so no points docked again). AND 3rd floor (attic) rooms are a real slog with no lift. Doesn't detract enough though

La camera molto ampia e pulita, con aria condizionata e frigo bar e valore aggiunto un piccolo terrazzino sotto tetto. Il bagno di comfort e pulito. Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e gentile da subito. La colazione è essenziale e a disposizione sul momento una proposta di piatti caldi. L'hotel non ha l'ascensore.

It’s a family-run hotel with a warm, genuinely friendly staff. Even after check-out, they let me use the facilities all day until my late flight, which really makes a difference.

Anna (10/5): Peaceful riverside stay with amazing hospitality in Hoi An - We had a fantastic stay at Riverside White House Boutique Hotel. The location was perfect...peaceful by the river but still close enough to easily get into the Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the pool area was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. A pool side room was a bonus. Breakfast was also a highlight with a good variety and fresh options each morning.

Christine (10/5): Great location and staff - The Riverside White House Hotel was perfectly situated within easy walking distance from Old Town, but far enough away to avoid crowds. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They provided a simple hearty breakfast.

clare (9/5): Lovely friendly hotel in great location. - Great location close to town but away from the madness. The staff were helpful. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Lovely river front location. The “balcony” on the 3 rd floor rooms are not really balconies. I had specifically looked for a room with a balcony overlooking the river and this did not quite come up to expectations. The lower floors did have better balconies.
Hans-Juergen (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit großen bequemen Zimmern - Das Zimmer war riesig und sauber. Der Blick auf den Fluss super. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut (mit Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit ins Stadtzentrum). Ich würde wieder dort wohnen bei der nächsten Reise. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Aufzug (aber die Angestellten sind beim Koffertragen hilfsbereit). Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein.

Amelda (10/5): Loved it and would definitely stay again. - Short distance from the Old Town. Nice big rooms with great views of the river. You can watch the boats riding up & down at night all lit up with lanterns. Staff are fantastic, very helpful and will organize tours, taxis, etc.
Gabrielle (7/5): Expensive but acceptable - Great location with lovely view of the river . Quite a basic room, bed not very comfortable, tv was local Vietnamese free to air options only. Breakfast options were very limited and pretty average. Staff were very helpful. Found price of stay to be on the higher side. We paid more for this 3 star accommodation in Hoi An than we did for 5 star options in Da Nang. Only one room card so could not leave aircon on and came back to a hot room, even when curtains were left closed to reduce heat, housekeeping opened while we were out for the day.
Bruce (7/5): Would recommend this hotel. - Staff were very helpful and always willing to please. The location was very convenient but not too noisy. Very clean. The breakfast was good and they tried to accommodate to your likings. Lots of good restaurants in the area and great coffee shop almost across the street from the hotel. No elevator!

Très proche de la vieille ville et du marché sans être à l'iintérieyr, donc plus calme. Restaurants proches aussi, dont le Song Xua Old River, tables au bord de la rivière et bons plats. Ryan (10/5): Dejlig afslappende sted - Ligger lige ud til vandet. Lidt væk fra den indre gamle by, men med kun 5 min gang er det stadig lige i nærheden, så perfekt lokation. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og altid klar til at hjælpe. Dejlig morgenmad.

Patrick (10/5): AMAZING stay with a BRILLIANT view - The location was absolutely amazing, with a stunning view of the river. The rooms were also a great size (rather large) and it was a short walking distance from old town. Breakfast was great too. Absolutely loved it. Nothing. It was amazing.

Huge room with a balcony overlooking the river, excellent cleanliness, lovely staff, you can rent a motorbike for $3 a day and bicycles for free Breakfast without vegetables and cheeses and very limited, lots of pastries/carbs, I had problems with hot water in my suite in the evening, it was fine at night Bữa sáng không có rau và phô mai, rất ít lựa chọn, chủ yếu là bánh ngọt/tinh bột. Tôi gặp vấn đề với nước nóng trong phòng vào buổi tối, nhưng ban đêm thì ổn.
Linda (10/5): Lovely, quiet, awesome location hotel - Great location, just out of old town, on the river and so quiet. Short walk to everything lovely staff, clean bright rooms. Lovely breakfast. Not much at all.
Debra (10/5): Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, ideal location, exceptional value for money - highly recommend - This is a really lovely hotel and excellent value for money. It is a small hotel (as the name suggests) so this does not have the grand buffet breakfast of the larger hotels but the breakfast is tasty and more than adequate with the hot breakfast cooked to order. The rooms are large and comfortable with nice views of the river (we were on level 1) and there is a lovely outdoor dining area and pool area. It is ideally located on the edge of the old town (only a short walk) while having amenities nearby. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The eggs for breakfast tasted sweet. The toilet is very much 'in the room'. Neither of these things should stop you from staying here though, we loved it (group of 4 - 2 sisters and our husbands in our 60s and 70s) and would stay here again.

Catarina (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hoi An and would definitely recommend and hopefully return to Riverside White House hotel - Great location far enough away from the noise but close enough to the action. Incredible staff, always super friendly and willing to help and offer local advice. Special shout out to the staff for organising a last minute birthday cake and celebration making it a special occasion for our son while on holidays.
Harshad (9/5): - breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and location was also great 10 mins walk to the main market I think everything was good There was nothing wrong with the property, but the billiards shop next to the hotel was quite noisy until 3:00 AM.

Tracey A (10/5): Everything was brilliant! - Our 2nd stay at Riverside White House Hotel. We loved our stay the first time and we loved our stay again. It was great to see Loi and Chiung again. Their staff are exceptional, room was great and the breakfast was the best. It feels like home. We will definitely be back 🙏 Nothing!
Constanza (10/5): Estancia en Riverside white house - Hermoso hotel boutique cercano a old town. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y luminosas. El personal es extramadamente atento y servicial. Desayuno bien variado, con muchas opciones para elegir. Un punto a considerar es que no tiene ascensor, pero a nosotros no nos molestó.
Yvette (10/5): Beautiful small hotel. - Lovely little hotel right on the riverside. Watching the boats go by with coloured lanterns was beautiful. Short walk (10 minutes) into the main town and nice riverside walks. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Big room with balcony and huge bed. Clean and comfortable. Small selection for breakfast but delicious and freshly cooked. Trips can be arranged from reception. Would highly recommend staying here. Nothing much. The entrance doesn't look particularly inviting but once you step through the door it's wonderful.
