Diciamo che, nelle linee generali, basterebbe poco per migliorare parecchio il confort. Probabilmente si trattava di una situazione di inizio stagione per cui, a regime, magari queste pecche verranno recuperate

• Steffen (8/5): Ruhiges Landgut mit schönem Pool - Großes Landhaus mit relativ wenigen Zimmern und sehr schönem Außengelände, Zimmer funktional und hübsch eingerichtet. Badezimmer ausreichend. Kleine Terrasse/Sitzmöglichkeit vor jedem Zimmer. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, eindeutig noch Vorsaison, dennoch wurden uns extra Liegen freigeräumt. Pool und Garten laden zur Entspannung bei, nächster Strand aber kaum fußläufig erreichbar, auch der nächste Ort besser mit dem Auto. Das Haus war noch nicht richtig offen, der Garten wurde noch aufgeräumt, eine Marmelade beim Frühstück schimmelig. Haus und Zimmer allerdings sauber.

Es wäre gut wenn man die Fenster kippen könnte, so dass man sie auch nachts offen lassen könnte. Frühstück war gut, leider war der Padrone nicht besonders nett und sehr unpersönlich. Zum Abendessen muss man fahren. San Leone Beach war ziemlich ungepflegt, zum Glück fanden wir 1 geöffnetes sehr gutes Restaurant, da waren wir jeden Abend

Doccia dentro uno stanzino buio e con la tenda, ancora più traumatico il water il quale non defluiva l'acqua, una cosa indecente soprattutto riferita ad una struttura che si spaccia per tesort 4 stelle sulla carta. Il rapporto qualità prezzo inadeguato, non consiglio questa struttura. Anche l'esterno è trascurato.

• Elaine (9/5): A lovely stay for our family. Truly relaxing. - We particularly liked the tranquility of the premises, with its beautiful garden and large pool. The property’s location is also in close proximity to the main attractions of Agrigento and the Valle dei Templi is a mere 10 minute drive.
• Irene (8/5): Quiet relaxing stay near Agrigento - We enjoyed our stay. The resort is a in an isolated location. You need a car. The room is large, clean and comfortable bed. The grounds are beautiful with an outdoor pool.the breakfast was very nice and had a good variety of choices. The host was helpful and kind. It was close drive to the temples in Agrigento. It was a nice drive to Stairway of the Turks.

• Massimo (10/5): Soggiorno eccellente fra cultura e relax - Posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde, a pochi minuti dal centro di Agrigento e a pochissima distanza dal mare. Tutto ordinato e pulito, la piscina è la vera ciliegina sulla torta di questa incantevole struttura, colazione ottima e abbondante, gentilissimo e cortese il responsabile della struttura. Un lieu unique! - Nous avons passé 5 nuits en famille dans cette magnifique propriété au jardin verdoyant très bien entretenu, avec une superbe piscine disposant d’un aménagement très confortable pour se reposer. Accueil très chaleureux et attentionné de Fausto, qui nous a aussi donné de très bons conseils. Délicieux petit-déjeuner. BBQ et tables mises à la disposition des voyageurs. La Villa Carlotta est très proche de la Vallée des temples, d’Agrigento et de belles plages sur la côte Sud de l’île. Nous recommandons vivement! Tout était impeccable.

• Giuseppe (8/5): schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Unterkunft. - Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig gelegen in einem schönen Garten, obwohl eine viel befahrene Strasse in der Nähe ist. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Pool ist sauber und wird fast täglich gereinigt. Restaurant ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Frühstück ist gut. Extra Wünsche werden erfüllt! Das Haupt-Haus ist etwas ins Alter gekommen.

Breakfast was delicious, copious and set outside - makes you feel life is good! The swimming pool was simply paradise after scalding under the sun in the Valle dei Templi (a must do in Sicily). Communication was easy, instructions were clear and if I lived in Europe I would come to this place multiple times, I just hope to be back! Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Rather out of the way and a car is essential. Some of the grounds need a bit of attention. There is a barbecue area but as residents are unable to use the kitchen facilities, I can’t see how it could be used.

The pool itself was a highlight, seamlessly integrated into the greenery, providing a serene and refreshing retreat. No complains!

• Rob (8/5): - We stayed 4 nights at B&B Villa Carlotta Resort in June. The room and the grounds were nicely clean and tidy. Due to the high outside temperature, we were very happy with a large cool room in the basement with a private terrace. The room was quiet. The pool was lovely with a spacious garden around it with seating and sun loungers. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. The staff were very friendly.

Til gengæld er stedet meget stille og afslappende og haven med pool et fantastisk sted at slappe af. Ejeren er meget serviceminded og morgenmaden den bedste vi har fået i de 2 uger vi har været i Italien
• Penelope (8/5): Very good - It was a nice quiet location away from the city and it was only a 15 minute drive to the Valley of Temples. It was a little difficult to find as our GPS kept directing us to somewhere else. However we eventually found it. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Our room was downstairs and quite dark. Please note there were a lot of stairs to the downstairs rooms. There were restaurants and a beach nearby. The property provided a very nice breakfast. My husband was pleased there were boiled eggs at breakfast. The grout in the shower was thick with mould. It needs a really good scrub.
• Susan (8/5): A pleasant place to stay - Villa Carlotta is surrounded by well-kept lovely gardens, with a good sized swimming pool to swim and relax by. There was plenty of parking space too, inside a locked entrance for added security. The room was good, but the bathroom was showing signs of a little age and could do with a freshen-up, however it was clean and ideal for our one night stay. In the morning the breakfast was nicely prepared by the attentive owner, outside under a light awning which was very peasant indeed. It was just a short drive to the temples, the town centre and to the nearest restaurant, named Kokalos, who serve up fantastic pizzas.
• Sze ying (6/5): - The room is big but very basic. The toilet was leaking when pressed the button. Water was not hot enough for shower. Shower door couldn’t be closed properly. Water was running out into the room. I hope it just happened to me. However, the breakfast was nice and the garden is big.
• Angelo (10/5): Just beautiful. - What a great place to spend a few relaxing days. The host, Fausto, is just fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious and bright. The rates are affordable. I loved everything about it.
• Bakala (8/5): Quiet, good location, nice rooms and pool, great staff. - It was very close to the beach, it was private with safe parking, the house had great charisma and wonderful pool area. The host Fausto is an amazing and humble man, always helpful and smiling. Thare are two cute dogs at the property. It’s a 10min drive to Agrigento and 2min to the beach. Recomend bar called Oceano Mare. Wonderful staff and food. The aircondition had a pipe leading to a basket which made dripping noises abd that could be a bit disturbing if you have shallow sleep.

• Natatja (7/5): Lovely on the surface but disappointing - The pool is wonderful and not too busy - even in the middle of August and can also be used in the evening. Lovely grounds with hammocks and pool sleepers. The breakfast was also good and close to drive to wonderful beaches and great eateries. The host was lovely up until there was a misunderstanding regarding the lock on the front door. He became very aggressive and shouted very loudly at us. We had considered leaving but we had already paid for the week. He apologised for his outburst the next day, however my child and I still did not feel comfortable for the last couple of days. Please be aware the host’s dogs roam freely, which (although I like dogs) can be annoying with them begging for food whilst you are eating, stealing food left on table and waking us a couple of nights barking outside our doors. They also escaped a few times when we opened exit gates and then we had to coral them back in as it is a busy road. There is also NO cooking facilities, our bathroom door didn’t close and the toilet seat broke - which was reported but not fixed.
• Jomego (8/5): Great Villa but needs work. - Pool was big. Breakfast was was nice. Bed was comfortable foam. Good size fridge in room. A little run down. Property next to the villa has load dogs and one day was burning a brisk pile which made a lot of smoke around the pool area. The air conditioning had a condensation pipe running into a bucket in the bathroom that made a loud drip sound that would have drove me crazy if I didn't make a temporary fix myself.

We asked for a roll away bed and got a crib but that was probably just a language barrier issues. Also the people that worked there were extremely nice! I will for sure be stay here again!

• Valerie (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Carlotta. Our host was kind and breakfast was very good. Our daughter was excited to be able to swim in the pool and the area was quiet and safe. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends when they visit Agrigento.
• Kitkat (10/5): - Great, private location close to a lovely beach. More a large B&B but great for Agrigento. Rooms are spacious but not every room has a terrace (which was stated on the room booking but wasn’t the case when we arrived). It didn’t spoil our stay, as there is a large table you can sit on outside the kitchen (but we like privacy to have a drink in the evening and some where to hang our wet clothes - however a clothes hanger is provided). The pool is lovely with comfortable loungers. The house keeper could be a bit more welcoming and accommodating, but again, a small thing. We arrived an hour before the official check in time, so if you plan on arriving earlier make sure you let them know well ahead or don’t arrive early as no one will be there! Overall a great stay and I would recommend it. Lovely restaurant within walking distance and as previously mentioned, one of the best, unspoilt beaches in Sicily is just done the road.

• Verified traveler (6/5): B&B not a Resort really - Good location close to Valley of Temples. Nice villa with 2 people providing welcome and good breakfast. It is really a B&B and not a resort in our view. We stayed in April and were the only people staying. Pool not heated. A little dated but with character and lovely garden. Out of town location. Quiet apart from neighbouring dogs.
