- Dziadek Marek (9/5): - Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Pokoje czyste. Po przybyciu do hotelu okazało się, że mamy pokój w hotelu LION, który jest naprzeciwko Nim Sea. Na szczęście hotel LION był bardzo dobry.
- Anaelle (6/5): C’était ok, heureusement que nous n’y étions pas toute la journée pour se détendre. - Chambre ok, confortable et avec le matériel nécessaire Le travaux qui n’avaient pas été prévenu et démarraient tôt le matin, la compréhension de l’anglais du personnel est à revoir car nous n’avons jamais pu avoir le petit déjeuner à emporter quand nous sommes parties à 6h30.

Spiegelei wird frittiert, Säfte sind nur Sirup. Butter wo jeder raus schöpft. Nicht sehr ansehnlich. Personal freundlich aber kein Englisch. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen....

Breakfast was poor and everything was cold even after they brought a new batch of fried eggs to the buffet they were all cold too. the bathroom was mouldy and smelly. there were ants everywhere in the room. dogs fighting and barking at night.

- Aisha (10/5): Stayed here at last minute evacuating from flood and then they were flooded but their customer service was THE BEST - The staff were the kindest and most helpful people I’ve likely ever encountered. The bathroom wasn’t great, but considering we booked this at the absolute last minute during a flood, we made it work!
- David (6/5): OK for a short stay. - Ok location. Pool is a nice size. Room had a balcony, but no smoking, so wife had to walk to the car park area which was a bit gloomy at night. Bunk bed creaked and rattled when getting up and down. Pool seemed to be open to locals at the weekend and got a bit mad at times. Staff spoke little or no English, but were pleasant enough.
- Suwanakorn (6/5): - it is not convenient if you don’t have a car. The front entrance from the main road got flooded from a heavy rain. The positive thing about this place is that it is so closed to the airport ,and the hotel provides transportation to the airport if you request.

The staff were nice enough, but the buffet breakfast also left a lot to be desired. As an Australian I don't eat curries or rice or boiled chicken sausages so was down to fried eggs on toast or just toast and spreads.

Das Zimmer war sehr bequem und sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Transport vom Hotel zum Flughafen war kostenlos. Ich bedanke mich beim ganzen Nim Hotel Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft🙏☺️
- Lonny (2/5): Det værste hotel jeg har set. - Vi var 3 der rejste sammen. Reception og restaurant var beskidte og der lugtede forfærdeligt. Pool området havde ingen møbler. Service var der ikke noget af. Jeg fik et kik ind i et meget rodet køkken . Så vi forlod hotellet og tog til et andet og bedre sted. Hotellet burde være 1/2 til Max 1 stjerne.

- Jmonvid (4/5): Mouldy, dusty, blocked showers, terrible smell - The lobby was nice and the bedding was clean but those are the only pros. Once out of the lobby the tiles are dirty and the hallway carpets are badly stained. Into the room and the damp smell is overwhelming. The shower curtain was covered in patches of mould as was the tiling in the bathroom. You soon realise this is because the shower drain is completely blocked and there is water damage evidence on the ceiling of the room. We got a warm and stinky airflow through the room as the balcony door did not shut properly or lock, but this didnt clear any dust that had collected where clothes hang or by the tv. The balconies are all covered in netting disrupting the view of a car park. The balcony on our room was small and cannot be used for smoking. If you are a smoker, be prepared to climb as the smoking area is over a wall (next to a stagnant part of the river and the area is never swept despite being under trees dropping leaves) which you can hop over if you use the "steps" created by loose tiles (a definite trip hazard). The location is only good if it is an overnight stay for the nearby airport. Otherwise it is a 45minute walk to the main part of the old town and at times we had grab drivers cancel our pick up because it was too far out.

They charge extra for the pool, breakfast and fitness center. The only thing at breakfast I could eat were the eggs in the rice everything else was pork it’s really for Thai people not for Westerners I hope booking.com realizes this.

- Jennifer (4/5): Bad location, noisy hotel - As soon as you step in the lobby you can tell something is off, as it smelled horrible in there. The room walls are thin and the hallway floors very squeaky so you can hear everything happening all around you. Location is terrible, at least a 10 minute drive from the old city where all the attractions are, and its not walkable at all. I will give them credit for letting me check in early, but I had to pay extra for that.

Great value for money, exceeded our expectations for the amount paid. Just a note of caution, it may get disruptive in the morning as movements outside of the room can be heard quite clearly from the inside.

Looked like someone had gotten sick on the carpet with little clean up. Thay gave us another room just as bad. Then the air did not work and we had to change rooms again. They young lady with glasses who ran the night shift was not very nice at all. Location was not the best and the breakast was ok but with the way the rooms were dirty it made you wonder how clean the kitchen was.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Unclean and very noisy - Booked this hotel because of the good reviews, that's why I was appalled by how different my stay was. I got a room on the bottom floor, the walls were like paper and I had some awfully noisy people staying on the same floor. Got the superior room, which was very far from superior, there was a 1/3 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, the bathroom looked overall not clean (with the former guest's hair in the sink) and the shower drain was clogged, so every time I took a shower a lake formed in the bathroom.
- Rebecca (8/5): Great for budget couple travellers - The room we stayed in was a new superior twin, so new there was still plastic on the plug sockets; Generic hotel style. The cleaners were superb, can not fault them. When we didn’t want room cleaned they still left us water, towels and loo roll each day. NOTE: GYM NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE - 150bht a day. We didn’t see this in the fine print typically. The pool however is, although it felt to me as if it was near enough in the car park, it was ok. Breakfast was buffet style and on the whole good considering it’s included, but don’t expect anything fancy. Staff were accommodating. Location is about a 30 minute walk into old city which was perfect for us to get some steps in. We enjoyed our stay :)
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The good. Good value for money. Rooms are clean and staff are very nice. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The bad. The pool only as two sunloungers!! Focing people to lay on the hard ground. There is a gym but you need to pay 120 bht. So no one uses it !! Theres a kettle and cups in the rooms but no tea or coffee!!

- Lisa (10/5): - The hotel was great. Room was newly renovated! Was about a 25 minute walk in to the Old City. Was move to walk through the various alley streets. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

- Wolfie (6/5): - Everything falls apart in the large room. Wiring 1920 style. I checked out 7 days early. Extremely basic place for budget conscious. A big plus is the mature garden setting beautifully kept. Breakfast is Chinese style only. This is a Chinese run hotel. No Thai feeling. BUT GENEROUS ROOM SIZE AND GARDEN DESIGN WAS WELCOME. QUIET RETREAT.
- Jung (6/5): - I chose this hotel because of "free airport transportation." But it was available from 8:00am, whereas my flight was 6:00am. It should've spelled out on the website!!!
- David (2/5): Not acceptable - Not enjoyable. Dripping A/C unit onto tin roof outside window kept me awake all night. Shower came off wall in hand when attempting to adjust. No alcohol allowed on site. Outside smoking area was 2 chairs on the other side of a wall accessible by climbing a nest of tables that was very unsafe.
- Louis (10/5): Great! - Nim See Seng is close to the airport. It’s a comfortable hotel and pretty affordable for the fact that you get free breakfast. We had a twin room, nice bathroom with a shower, tv and refrigerator. It was very clean, comfortable and overall satisfying.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient to the Airport - Nim See Sang is a very short and convenient trip to and from the airport, and the staff tries their best to make you comfortable. The two biggest drawbacks were the location was not around any of the Old Town, it was easy to go to the road and find a Tuk Tuk for 150 Thai Baht. Also, the beds were extremely hard, almost to the point of uncomfortable. Other than these the stay was fairly decent.
