• Eros (6/5): - La struttura esterna era molto bella e particolare Bagno piccolissimo,doccino senza supporto , nessun vetro doccia ma una tenda. Le finestre non ci sono! Al loro posto un telaio con zanzariera. Il condizionatore era vecchio e con l' aletta di direzione aria rotta. la cucina non esiste,ha solo un micro fornello singolo elettrico. Per andare in camera devi fare una scala stretta e ripidissima e con il bagaglio è veramente pericoloso
• Eduard (10/5): - Wow. Just wow. Mindblowing experience to be so close to the airport and get the chance to see the planes departing and arriving sooo close to you. The noise was not a problem at all. There is also a beach nearby for plane watching and the water is small, so it is perfect for swimming. The rooms were exquisite, the balcony had the perfect view as well and you can also spend your time in the morning drinking coffee outside, since you have a table and sunshade outside too. You have a parking spot free of charge in the yard. The host was the kindest and most helpful. We hope to come again if we stay in Kefalonia! The shower in the bathroom was a little narrow, so expect water on the floor if you're not careful :))
• Tanja (10/5): Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie 12 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. - Die gesamte Anlage ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. In nur zwei Gehminuten erreicht man das Meer. Dort gibt es kleine Snackmöglichkeiten und Getränke. Von dort aus gelangt man auch zu den White Rocks – ein traumhafter Strand, den wir mit einem gemieteten Tretboot erkundet haben. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die Flugzeuge: Es ist beeindruckend, sie so nah starten und landen zu sehen. Da es sich um einen kleinen Flughafen handelt, ist der Fluglärm kaum störend. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, da die Unterkunft etwas abgelegen liegt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht fußläufig erreichbar sind.

• Αναστασια (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή! Θα επανέλθουμε οπωσδήποτε για διακοπές! - Άριστη τοποθεσία κοντά στη θάλασσα. Υπέροχα καταλύματα. Ευγενικοί και άκρως εξυπηρετικοί οικοδεσπότες. Μας υποδέχτηκαν με το σκυλάκι μας και ήταν πάντα στη διάθεσή μας για οτιδήποτε και αν προέκυψε κατά τη διαμονή μας.
• Valerio (9/5): Location che ha tutto per rendere un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante - Posizione strategica vicino alla spiaggia di Spasmata e all'aeroporto di Argostoli per godere del fascino senza tempo del decollo degli aerei. L'appartamento è una casetta in pietra e legno piccola ma funzionale per noi 4 persone affacciata su di un terrazzino privato ed un giardino comune meravigliosamente tenuto (il prato soffice e una quercia dalla freschissima ombra regalano momenti di relax impagabili soprattutto se si è accompagnati da un animaletto domestico). La pulizia è eccellente (quasi giornaliera la sostituzione asciugamani e pulizia appartamento). I proprietari sono presenti (occupano due dei 10 appartamenti in pietra) ma sono assolutamente discreti e intervengono solo su richiesta. La spiaggia sotto casa è poco affollata e nei (pochi) momenti di mare calmo è di un cristallino ineguagliabile. Esperienza sicuramente positiva. Nulla (per noi italiani un macchinetta per il caffè sarebbe un plus apprezzato)

• Stéphanie (9/5): petite maisonnette tout confort - le terme "maisonnette" est parfaitement appropriée... C'est tout petit mais une taille parfait pour passer un chouette séjour. L'hôte était très attentif à nos besoins, nos envies et nos questions. il y a tous sur place (douche extérieure quand on rentre de la plage, petite terrasse, même les avions qui passe TRES prêt du logement ne dérange pas plus que ça puisqu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de vol, ça fini assez tard (env. 1-2/heures jusqu'à 23h00) et commence assez tard (vers 0900/09h30) c'est assez impressionnant mais c'est assez chouette l'équipement de la cuisine est spatiate, pas de four ou micro-onde. un peu d'épice (sel poivre) et un peu d'huile à disposition aurait été cool pour éviter de devoir acheter juste pour 2 nuits suit et la douche n'est vraiment pas grande du tout. moi qui suis un gros volume, le rideau de douche me collait à la peau.

• Jeannette (7/5): Gut für ein paar Tage - Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus ist sauber. Bei der Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit diversen Getränken gefüllt. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Sandstrand. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Eingangstüre liess sich nur schwer schliessen. Was ich aber ganz unangenehm fand, sind die fehlenden Mückenschutzgitter zum Sitzplatz und Balkon. Auch befremdend fand ich, dass diese Unterkunft nur Läden hat, aber keine Fensterscheiben. Die Treppe in die obere Etage ist sehr steil und für unsere Hündin nicht möglich zu besteigen. Der Besitzer ist präsent vor Ort, wer das mag ist bei dieser Unterkunft am richtigen Ort. Mir zeigte er zu viel Präsenz.

• Laura (8/5): Pretty house close to beach - Nice place, felt very traditionally Greek. Plenty of space and close to beach and airport which is what we needed. Old stone walls were beautiful but it made WiFi and phone signal is non existent. Had ants in the property from the back door, but once we said it to the owner he resolved it straight away.

• Branislav (5/5): Good price only if the house is fully occupied or you have a dog - Nice house from the outside with the garden where you can enjoy your breakfast. The host brought us a fresh vegetable from his own garden. It was #delicious! 🤩 First of all - bed was very very uncomfortable. The mattress was terrible and not big enaugh for two people, the size is max 160. It's everything but not the calm area, we knew there is an airport near the house but what we've somehow missed was, that it's a pet friendly acommodation. We love dogs but it's really annoying when they are barking the most of the time and you would like to relax, but ok this was our fault. The property was cleaned every second day but it was from the very first moment just the surface cleaning. The shower faucet was limescaled and definitely not cleaned before our arrival. The mirror wasnt cleaned at all. There were ants everywhere. Additionaly, eventhough you might feel it's really near the airport it takes at least 30minutes by walk (up and down the hill) to get there. If you arrive in the night you don't have any other options just to take taxi which costs incredibly 25€ for 5min of ride (eventhough the host is waitiing for you at the apartment and could have offered you a pickup from the airport as its only a 5min by car 😊) Host told us there is no restaurant nearby and we should order the food from the delívery (gave us some phone number). Well its not so true, there is a excellent Restaurant by a walk of 20minutes called Avra (1km from the appartement) He told us 7km to get the restaurant. Oh and there was a day, when the stuff forgot to gave us a toilet paper...so in the evening and the next mornig we were forced to use a kitchen towels. 😅 Overall in comparing with sleaping on terrible bed (7nights) was this really nothing 🥲😄 To be honest we werent happy with our choice. If you are a couple and dont have pets or kids rather find something else. It's not worth the money.
• Andrei (9/5): The only reason why I didn’t rate a maximum star level … well it’s always room for better 😁 - We have spent 10 wonderful days at Jerry’s place; the houses have a unique stone built style , very nice and have everything a family like ours needs for living comfortably, even for longer periods of time. Although we arrived in the middle of a heat wave, and we were tired and a bit confused at first , after 1 day, with Jerry’s help we realized we had everything close by ( nice restaurants and quick acces to Argostoli town and also lovely beaches ) . My son loved to watch the planes( which are not but just a few during the day and don’t become bothersome ) and feed the turtles. There isn’t a particular thing not to like , we really enjoyed our stay at Monte e Mare. I would like the roads to be improved , but this doesn’t have anything to do with the property .

• Lina (9/5): Peaceful stay - Nice stone property which made place cooler. Right next to the beach only 2 minutes walk. It’s a very nice place if you want to escape city life because you won’t find shops or restaurants in walking distance. But bar on the beach serves not only drinks but food as well ( basic only). Apartment it’s very peaceful, no noises apart from the planes that’s landing and taking off right next to it. But it’s only few flights a day. Mostly is quiet at night. I loved apartment but The stairs to bedroom are so steep. To get down I had to walked backwards. They are a bit dangerous and I’m only in my 40’s.

• Saffron (9/5): Good cheap basic accommodation close to a lovely beach. - This property is great, don't be put off by its proximity to the airport, there are very few flights and these aren't disruptive. The property has a small kitchen with one ring, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and replaced every few days. Bins emptied and floors swept every day. The stairs are a bit steep for small children or elderly people. Very close to a lovely and quiet beach, there is a beach bar with umberellas available but plenty of spaces if you don't want this. I think you would need a car to stay here. There is a day bed in the living room but a sofa would have been nice.

• Petra (6/5): Good value for the money - The beach is really nice. Its a very good value for the money you pay. Houses look extremely nice from the outside. Everything was very clean. A handy recommendation: We were terrified with the road that Google Maps suggests to get to the property - it's extremely narrow and steep, truly only for experienced drivers. But we figured out that you can drive around the airport area and arrive to the property from the other side, which is 5 minutes longer but much more pleasant. We were suffering from mosquitos to the extent that we couldn't sleep. There are very few mosquito nets that were not working properly. The AC in the bedroom upstairs is quite loud so you're either really hot or you are being woken up by the noise. Plus the stairs to the bedroom were quite dangerous. Moreover, we were missing a kettle for boiling water.

• Stefanita (6/5): Decent - The location is in the proximity of the beach and the owner is polite and helpfull. When we arrived there was not so clean in the room, everything seemed to be sticky. They don't use a vacuum to clean the room. The bathroom is very small and the shower area also. Two nights when we arrived into the room, there was a lizzard inside, even though all the windows were closed. The location is also very close to the aiport and the planes make a disturbing noise when they take off.
• Bissera (8/5): Very good - Nice stone house with good location near several excellent beaches and tavernas. The bathroom was too small, it was a challenge to take a shower. It would be good to invest in some renovations, for example in the kitchen furniture and to enrich the amenities in the kitchen.
