• Franz (10/5): - Perfekte Lage im ruhigen Teil von Boracay. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sicher nächstes Jahr wieder. Das Frühstück ist mit Früchten Eiern wie gewünscht, es gibt auch Phil. Frühstück. Kaffee, Tee ... Am Strand gibt es leider keine Sonnenschirme - Die sind angeblich verboten. Man muss daher immer mit dem Liegebett wandern um den Schatten unter den Palmen nutzen zu können.

• Thorsten (10/5): Perfekt - Absolut toller Blick und sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr nette Verwalter, die sich um alles kümmern. Man muss nur wissen, das es eine steile Treppe mit großen Stufenabstand zur Wohnung gibt. Uns hat es nicht gestört und würde uns nicht davon abhalten genau diese Wohnung wieder zu buchen.

• de Oliveira (10/5): - Son emplacement sur la White beach est pour nous le meilleur coin de l’île : la plus belle eau, la plus belle vue, et le coin le plus paisible. Je pense sincèrement que notre séjour n’aurait pas du tout été le même si nous avions été dans une des autres stations. Bien que des bons restaurants soient à proximité, une petite marche de 10-15 minutes permet de rejoindre la station 2 plus animée en soirée. Le service était parfait, rien à redire de ce côté là un vrai coup de cœur. Pour finir, le rapport qualité- prix-expérience est imbattable selon moi sur cette plage. Rien

• Dariusz (8/5): Warto dla lokalizacji - Lokalizacja obiektu nad samym oceanem, z pięknym widokiem z balkonu z pokoju Asiana stanowi największy atut. Czystość obiektu. Uczynność personelu. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków na plaży. Pokój Asiana znajduje się w najstarszym budynku z trzech składających się na cały obiekt i to widać wewnątrz. Jego wyposażenie jest już trochę zużyte. Przydałby się remont. Istotną dla mnie przeszkodą w pobycie w Boracay Beach House, oczywiście niezależną od pracowników obiektu, były wodorosty przy brzegu oceanu uniemożliwiające kąpiel. Musieliśmy jeździć tuktukiem na stację 1, aby korzystać z kąpieli. Brak było parasoli przy leżakach.

Ruhige Ecke am White Beach, Abschnitt 3, perfekt finde ich. Schöne Liegen unter Palmen am Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke. Das Frühstück war okay, aber jeden Tag das gleiche. Ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen. Aber nicht weiter schlimm. Nur war das Meer voller Algen an unserem Strandabschnitt, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Weiter Richtung Abschnitt 2 und 1 war es besser.

• Andrea (9/5): Eine feine Unterkunft im Paradies - Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon.Direkter Blick auf Strand, Palmen, Sonnenuntergang und das Meer. Am Strand sind Liegen mit Auflagen und Handtüchern vorrätig. Für mich war das Frühstück völlig ausreichend und liebevoll zubereitet. Als unsere selbst gebuchte Abholung vom Hotel nicht funktionierte, war das Personal uns behilflich mit dem Gepäck und der Beschaffung eines Tuktuks. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Bei Ankunft ist die Zubringubg sehr schwierig, da die Unterkunft direkt am Strand liegt. Es führt keine Straße dorthin. Man muss sein Gepäck über den Strand und einen kleinen Weg transportieren. Es ist nichts gegen eine zweitägige Reinigung einzuwenden, aber es wäre schön, wenn der Toiletteneimer täglich geleert werden würde.

• Monika (9/5): Grandioser Ausblick... - Einmalig ist die Lage und die Aussicht. (Zimmer d'vision) direkt am White Beach. Die Liegen haben eine dicke Auflage und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft mit den Koffern. Das Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel. Die Betten mega bequem mit einer seidigen Bettwäsche! Das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig. Zumindest ein Saft wäre wünschenswert.

• Danilo M. (8/5): Boracay wie man es sich vorstellt! - Die Lage ist einfach nur perfekt und atemberaubend! Der Strandabschnitt schön und traumhaftes Wasser. Man befindet sich in der ruhigen Ecke der Insel mit wenig Touristen und das ist gut so. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und der Balkon super. Frühstück mit bester Meersicht. Mitarbeitende super freundlich. Zimmerreinigung nur alle zwei Tage. Frühstück sehr limitiert und bei vielen Tagen hat man es dann auch mal gesehen. Schade nur Instant Kaffee und keinen Saft oder generell Abwechslung.

The location on station 3 but close form station 2 is also a plus for us, as prefer to stay in a more quiet place, but conveniently located if we want to enjoy going out or night life. very quiet, not noisy, the place is clean and the breakfast offered was very nice as well, not talking about the view, wherever you are, you have the sea 2 steps away. • Derek (10/5): Absolute Beachfront Bliss! The Perfect Boracay Stay. - My stay at Boracay Beach Houses was simply perfect. Waking up and stepping directly onto the beautiful white sand was an absolute dream come true. I particularly loved the balcony overlooking the beach – it was the perfect spot for a morning coffee or watching the sunset. You simply can't get closer to the water than this! Beyond the incredible location, the staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials were top-notch: the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, the AC was a welcome relief from the heat, and the shower was great. What I loved most was the unique combination of peace and convenience. The area was wonderfully quiet and serene at night, making it easy to relax to the sound of the waves. Yet, whenever I felt hungry, a fantastic selection of restaurants was just a short, pleasant walk away (I strongly recommend trying the Sunny Side Up bistro bar). It’s the ideal spot for anyone who wants a tranquil beach escape without being far from the action. I highly, highly recommend it! nothing to complain about.
• ABDELRAHMAN (10/5): - By far my most memorable stay at Boracay. The staff were very helpful and helped my wife and I get situated ultra fast. The room was large, chiller was great, included a safe to place private things, and the toilet was separate from the shower which was very practical. Breakfast was delightful with a picturesque view of the morning's sparkling water. The locals there were very friendly and sold fresh fruits/ veggies and handmade jewelry. If you enjoy snorkeling, then you will definitely love swimming there since you could observe coral reefs if you swim inside a little further. Overall, an incredible experience and can't wait to revisit. Thank you. My wife was a bit freaked out by all the miniature, artistic statues placed in the room especially the ones in the restroom. It was like a 3-D painting statue. Maybe next time we could ask for them to be removed from our rooms before arrival.

• Heiko (10/5): Klein aber fein - Wir buchten für 4 Personen und bekamen 2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Beach House ist am Anfang vom White Beach und es ist auch angenehm ruhig. Wenn man es etwas turbulenter möchte kann man 5 min am Strand laufen und man ist mitten drin.

• Cornelis (10/5): Most relaxing stay in a beautiful setting - This place was in a serene area of Boracay, at the white beach, 20 meters from the sea, with the constant sound of the surf rolling in. It was extremely relaxing. The room was large and comfortable with a nice balcony with the most beautiful sea view. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Although there are some bars and restaurants nearby, it is a bit of a walk to more populated areas at the beach with more choices for restaurants and shops. Also, not easy to go to other parts of the islands with public transport because there is no access road to the resort for public transport like e-trikes. If it rains heavily, it will be quite an effort to get to and from the resort via the beach to the nearby road, specially if you carry a lot of luggage.

A small hotel, which is very personally managed and where the staff is very friendly and caring .The Rooms are nice , clean and neat. The Room Balcony is a plus because of the stunning view at the Beach / Sea . • Bruce (10/5): Paradise found, happiness lost when I left. - From the moment I arrived at Caticlan airport the experience was first class. The transfer to Boracay Beach Houses was seamless and we were greeted upon arrival with smiling faces and the most sensational position at the southern end of Station 3. The gentle aqua sea, small outriggers on the sand and fabulous accommodation. Once in the room, the care of the owners and staff was obvious, spotlessly clean and sufficient amenities for our complete comfort. Breakfasts were fresh with world class plunger coffee and sweet local fruits followed by one’s choice of hot breakfast. The property has 6 rooms/apartments and has 24 hour on site security to ensure the safety and privacy of guests and their belongings. The position is without comparison. After walking from the bottom to the top of the western side of the island, it was obvious Boracay Beach House had captured the premium location on the whole island. Close to restaurants, bars and shops yet far enough away to provide serenity and a beach front to die for. You almost feel you are one of few guests on the island. I cannot recommend Boracay Beach House more highly and commend their owners and team for making a 6 day vacation so memorable. There was nothing to dislike

• Heike (10/5): - Direkt im ruhigen Bereich am Anfang des White Beach. Zimmer (myroom) riesig, edel ausgestattet, mit kleinem überdachten Balkon, direkt im weißen Sand mit Traumblick. Frühstück mit frischen Früchten am Strand, einfach herrlich. Ruhige Umgebung. Die deutschsprachige Nachbarfamilie betreibt ein europäisch angehauchtes Restaurant mit Spitzenküche. Auch tolle Cocktails, die ich dann auf dem Balkon genossen habe. Anlage Tag und Nacht bewacht. Liegestühle mit dicken Matten. Alles war unübertrefflich und hat für uns super gepasst. Wer ihr eine ruhige Unterkunft am Traumstrand von Boracay sucht dann zögert nicht zu buchen.

The room was spacious and equipped with almost everything you need. The view was incredible. Very kind staff. Exceeded my expectations. If I visit Boracay again I will definitely stay at this place. • Gabriella (8/5): Great value for money - The accommodation has a very good location, the view from the room was spectacular, the room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast does not offer a great variety of choice. That should be improved and make it a bit more sophisticated.

• Dalia (6/5): - The location for us was perfect most of the days the beach was all to ourselves we were there for 4 nights 5 day when we got there they told us they clean the room every 2 days we said ok but when they cleaned the room they didn’t change the sheets I didn’t noticed until the next morning when I seen the same stain on the sheet The linens do need to be Upgraded needs to work on their hospitality you are pretty much just paying for beachfront everything in there is dated

• Kresta (10/5): - Breathtaking views and our room was beautiful! Modern contemporary design, very clean. Location was quiet and clean, away from all the crowds. We have 24 hour security. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast choices were good, can’t beat having breakfast with the beautiful beach and sailing paraws in front of you. Station 1 and 2 are not too far of a stroll. There is a massage spa close by with amazing service. Loved our stay so much and we had an awesome experience! Thank you to the staff for making our stay of Boracay a memorable one.
• Jeremy (8/5): - Stayed here for a week. It was pricy considering other options but the room was very large and the staff and security were really great. Wonderful breakfast every day looking out at the beach. Side note.... the bacon they serve is really great! Best i had in the Philippines. Located in station 3 but there are great restaurants in station 3 so it was fine. Only a 8 min walk to get to the center of station 2 were it was far too busy for my liking.
• Natalya (10/5): Exceptional - The best vacation in Boracay ) The property exceeded our expectations. We lived in MyRoom with fantastic views and sunsets just in front of the window. The location was calm and not overcrowded unlike station 2. The staff was accommodating, very friendly and supportive. 24/7 security guard might help you to avoid annoying vendors on the beach if you needed, but we liked to chat with locals. Breakfast was la carte with several options, not very rich but sufficient for us: plate of fruits, eggs, 3 types of meat, bread or rice, tea/coffee, jam, butter. Beach mats and towels were provided. Ask the hosts for the massage and they will invite very good specialist. That was all what we needed. Not at all

Perfect location very close to the bustle but just far enough to be significantly more quiet than the other resorts down the beach. Nice beach spot with shade. Delicious breakfast with a few different choices, and served on the beach. Very helpful and nice staff, and 24/7 security provided. The star of the show was the sweet dog at the property. :)

• Cristina (10/5): It was a great relaxing vacation for my senior parents. Right in front of the beach, uncrowded. - Staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. They were attentive but their presence was very unobtrusive but once you need help they are there right away. I felt very secure with the presence of security 24/7 looking out not just for the property but their guests as well. Boracay is full of peddlers/vendors offering sorts of things, but the security and staff lets you know that if some is being a bother, they will intervene for you. The location of the property is quite at the very end of station 3 so there's not a lot of pedestrian. You'll really feel like you have a piece of Boracay to yourself. Breakfast being included in their room rates is the best, since no one wants to get up early, be presentable in public and have to think where to eat :)

• Alex (9/5): Overall a fantastic stay and it can only be recommended - The overall organization of the pick-up and the greeting at the property was very well done. We had straight away access and the air condition was on greeting us with a pleasant temperature inside. The room was setup nicely and all was clean. From the room and service all was great. We were given beach mats which was sufficient but a sunbed would make it for some travelers even more comfortable ... especially elderly guests
• Francisco (9/5): Wonderful - As a lover of the Philippines and someone who has been to Boracay several times over the last 30 years, I have some legitimacy to be able to comment. For a few years now, Station 3 has been the only place I can be without the confusion and noise of the thousands of tourists who come to Boracay. In my opinion, the Boracay Beach Houses, specifically the Asiana room where I stayed, are the best option for those who want to be on the best part of the beach, away from the hustle and bustle, with a fantastic view from the room and with the comfort of a 5-star hotel . In my case, I rented a scooter to be able to visit the island better, but in 20 minutes walking along the beach you will be at the center of the chaos. Breakfast is served on the sand overlooking the sea, the rooms are cleaned every two days, which seems sufficient to me, the internet is perfect in the rooms, the shower is also great and the fact that there is a security guard 24 hours a day day makes us feel safe and scares away some of the pesky beach vendors. There is one thing I cannot help but say. Very recently there were no boats anchored in front of the hotel, they were on the other side of the island, today there are dozens and dozens of boats that park right in front. Even though they are typical boats, it is not the same thing as having a fantastic open view. I know that the hotel owners are not responsible but it is still a shame.

• Aiza (10/5): Will definitely come back here! - I really love the location if the property. So quiet and calm away from the buzzing sound of the party in the island. It is spacious and always clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the jacuzzi isn’t working but the tub is strategically placed in a perfect angle to watch the sunset.
• Thelma (6/5): - The staff were polite and helpful. I wish you have provided us with towel paper and a box of tissue paper. I also noticed that everything we needed is given upon request only.
• Yey (10/5): - Thank you to your staff for the warm welcome. We stayed at the Zen, room is clean, spacious and quiet. Property is closer to the quieter side so very suitable for family.
• Timothy (10/5): - I loved my stay!!!! Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants but away from all the noise and crowds. Right on a beautiful, well-maintained beach. Staff was very kind and helpful, made our stay very memorable! I recommend using their transfer service, our travel to and from the property was smooth and relaxing
