• Majid (6/5): Great place yet average quality - Located in a great place, where it's always alive and beautiful, easy access to markets like SAS, Zovq and City, a few minutes walk to the beautiful 4 seasons and zeytuna parks and restaurants. Rooms door lock where not safe and sometimes not working, safe box was not working, breakfast was very medium and since not included in our room, you can definitely eat a better and yet cheaper meal in very close places like DOC or Jazzve in Tumanyan. Staff were very much sensitive on any balance and reminding you in every possible occasion with excuse of 'This is Hotel Policy"!

I move three times in the hotel, because all the rooms were very old and broken. The price is overwstimated. Moreover, once they called me to room 110 and told that the window holder is broken in room 306. But i moved from room 306)))) they wanted grab some more money… highly not recommended!!! Holiday inn is much better.

• Екатерина (5/5): Great location but unsatisfying service - The staff is polite and friendly. The beds are comfortable. The location is excellent! Very close to everything, the street itself is very nice full of restaurants, bars and shops. Unfortunately, there were several issues with this stay. The staff though very friendly and polite is not quite professional. First of all, when we arrived we found out that somehow our reservation for the first and the last night is not in the system and they made us stay for the first night in the other room that was more expensive. Ok, it happens but instead of giving us this room for the same price as we booked we had to pay extra since it was a bigger room. Then, next day we had to move yo our originally booked room (1st floor) and there was a terrible loud noise of reconstruction works every day till 10-10.30 pm (!!) from the next door restaurant. When we asked help at the reception they told us they would check and come back to us but it never happened. So, we had to go ourselves at night asking the workers to stop at least till morning. Also, in this room the TV and fridge didn't work. The guy at the reception brought us the other fridge that was leaking and told us that both things would be fixed in the morning. Nothing happened. So, the staff is polite but they need to know that if you promise something, you need to keep your promises and update people on the situation. And if you see your guest has had a few issues already, you should be proactive and maybe suggest smth to calm things down (for example, at least suggest one free breakfast or smth).

One of its biggest advantages is the excellent location — everything you might need is within easy reach, including restaurants, shops, and key attractions. It made getting around extremely convenient and saved a lot of time. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and the central location. It offers great value for money compared to similar options in the area. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority here. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day, ensuring a fresh and tidy environment. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the room made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. They were always ready to assist with any requests and provided a smooth check-in and check-out experience. Overall, this hotel delivers exactly what most travelers look for: a prime location, fair pricing, and a clean, comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again. All is good.

• Khachatur (2/5): Miserable place with a good location - The only thing we liked was the staff that seemed to know how bad is the condition of the hotel and the location. First, my booking was cancelled even though I have mentioned that I will arrive the next day of the booking. Then I was given an executive room for a day which was in a bad shape: the bathroom door was crooked and squeaking; the bed was missing a topper or had a very thin one, in short it was very hard; the furniture had some broken parts. For the rest of our stay we were given a double room which again had several problems: the bathroom was not properly cleaned with stains on the toilet seat and dirt on the shower pipe and handle; we were given only one towel and no towel for the floor, when asked to get more towels we were given a towel with holes and the next new ones were worn out; the bed was too firm; the fridge shelf door was barely hanging on the hinges; some wooden planks were missing on the furniture.

• hamed (1/5): Terrible and awful - The bed and all towels are dirty, they do renovation untill 11pm and you can not sleep in your room until midnight. Dirty ; old and lowest quality service. Breakfast is terrible. You even can't use towels as they are hell dirty.

Персонал на ресепшене помог распечатать документы, которые мне были нужны по работе. Все запросы. связанные с проживанием в номере, выполнялись очень быстро. Очень сильно мигают светодиоды на датчиках противопожарной охраны на потолке номера. Ночью это мешает. Хорошо бы уменьшить их яркость.
