- Vira (7/5): Good but regulation must be improved - Location of this hotel is very good. Very close to central market and Sorya Shopping center. A discipline should be improved. The customers made too much noises at night time and over the mid-night. If you are sensitve with niose you will never be able to sleep. And if you afraid of gosh, that must be horrible.

Not the end of the world but it does help you know what time of day it is when you wake up. Also the single bathroom is normally always wet, it would be better if the shower was seperate from the toilet.

If you decide to travel by train, which is a great experience, to Kampot, or further fo Sihanoukvill, then the journey on foot to the station 15 to 20 minutes. The distance from the coastal colonnade is similar. I recommend it to everyone.

Room was good for the price paid, for those who'd like to save money but still get basic needs. We got a room without windows, they didn't mention in the listing so it would be better if it was mentioned but all good.

Everywhere had mold, including the shower. Climbed in bed and there were two q-tips laying in there???? Clearly they don’t clean well. I felt super gross having to sleep in that bed. Moreover, the bed was super lumpy. Shower sucked and it looks like you share it with seven families or something because it’s basically tucked away in a corner next to 700 pairs of shoes and other stuff. Do yourself a favour and don’t book here.

- Katie (7/5): A good budget hotel- would recommend - Good accommodation. Room a good size and included fridge. The more superior room was better with a window, fan and AC. Bathroom clean and shower pressure good. WiFi works really well. Staff were relatively friendly. Basic room originally booked was very warm as AC didn’t work that well and no window. Room isn’t cleaned each day so not helpful if staying for longer.

But should wait while guest are at the room, they don't want to wait and knock the door for housekeeping continuously it's very annoy for us and force to go outside. It's terrible. Another things was when we came from airport to hotel, arrived the front office staff (male) said,if we don't pay hotel fees for 7nights immediately, cancelled booking right now and pay each day by walk in rate.so we gave him hotel charge for 7nights and we can't discussion on what we wanted. Really terrible guy . Thank you. Front office staff should be friendly and helpful.thank you
- Laura (1/5): Awful nights sleep, doors didn’t lock and bitten multiple times. - - The door didn’t lock on the ground floor, right by the front door. Late evening a man entered the hotel and was trying to take a machete knife to hurt somebody that was outside. The man was screaming and shouting. I was trying to go to the bathroom and I had to hide around the corner in fear of the man. I then asked if I could move to another room that had a lock for safety and I was declined. An awful nights sleep, I was bitten multiple times.

- Hayley (4/5): Disappointing - Kudos to the helpful male receptionist who helped with my room issues and also warned me about keeping my phone hidden when he wasn't really obligated to My room STUNK and had a cockroach so I went down to the lobby to exchange rooms. The guy very helpfully gave me 2 other rooms to choose from. One stunk (but not to the same degree as mine) and the other had a cockroach so I chose the former. Besides that one helpful and very cheery guy, all other staff were a bit miserable. As my second most expensive hotel on my 3 weeks trip (for 2 nights) I wasn't very impressed

I could have changed rooms, but I tested those AC’s and they were pretty bad too. So it’s a general problem of the infrastructure of the building. Sad. Wouldn’t visit here again.

The main door (room 405) had a long crack (from top of door to nearly the bottom). If someone is to stand just outside & look through the crack, he/she will can have a good view of the room, especially of guest entering & exit the toilet. Imagine the horror! Anyone can look at it. I told the counter staff about it. Nothing was offered to rectify this, not even a word of apology. So I asked someone to tape up the door while I was out for dinner. When I came back, I found it was done haphazardly on the front side & not front the inside of the room. 😖Outside? Anyone walking past can just peel the black tape off & watch me inside… 😱No security at all.. Not only that, the black tape didn’t cover all the crack. Only from my eye level still my knee level( mind you, i’m short!) Anyone can still see through the crack!! So I got my daughter to peel it off & paste it from the inside of the room. On top of that, I was the one who went down to ask for more tape & taped it up again from inside the room. Not only there was a very long crack, but there was also no extra security door latch… I know some would say, what do you expect for the price you pay. But basic security , like a door without a huge long crack it is definitely not something that it is too much to ask for, right? Maybe an extra security door latch would be an icing on top. - Pablo (6/5): Pleasant - the stay is very cheap (good value), central and good amenities. Does the job. The hallway was very loud and you could hear people opening and locking doors and walking around.
- Hana (10/5): Good value for money - Very clean. Air conditioner worked well. Wifi worked well. Good location easy to walk or get a tuktuk. Comfy bed. No window in the room which I don't mind.
