Charline (7/5): - Chambre spacieuse. Nous avons eu un problème avec le chauffe-eau, qui a fait énormément de bruit toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil presque impossible. En journée, il y avait aussi des travaux juste à côté, ce qui était assez dérangeant.

Lisa (9/5): - A mani basse il letto più comodo del mio soggiorno in Vietnam. La stanza è anche abbastanza spaziosa. Anche il bagno è grande rispetto alla media e c'è acqua calda. Ottima posizione. Non c'è riscaldamento, può diventare molto freddo, soprattutto la notte, e l'acqua calda dura poco.

Taylor Bogaars (8/5): One night in Sapa - Stayed a night on our way to Laos—perfect pit stop with a comfy bed. Super close to the bus terminal (about 3 minutes), and they let us check in at 3am! Soundproof windows were a lifesaver with all the usual Vietnamese street noise. No real complaints—great value for the price and quality of the hotel.

The next day they helped us with getting a cab. Unfortunately the fan in our room was broken. It didn't matter that much because it wasn't that hot. Still, it would've been nice for some air circulation.

The receptionist is very kind and helps whenever an issue arises. The receptionist lacks basic English but managed to translate using apps. The room should be a little cleaner, and Wi-Fi should be working all the time. If shower is turned on, entire bathroom gets wet.

There are kids playing loudly downstairs and running up and down the stairs which was a little bit annoying but thankfully they stopped before we went to sleep.

I had a clean room with a hot shower - unbeatable at that price! 😎👍 I will definitely book it again on my next trip to Sapa - highly recommended! 😍
James (8/5): Pleasant stay in Sapa. - Good sized room with local amenities within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and central Sapa town nearby. All staff very smiley and friendly. Our first room didn't have hot water so they moved us to another very efficiently. Tried to go for a walk late at night in the cooler air however was locked in. Mattress was also quite soft.

In our case that meant providing information about possible visits in Sapa, and information about the Ha Giang Loop. Also renting a motorbike and buying bustickets is provided for. 10 / 10 points. Nothing honestly.
