- Georgia (10/5): Our stay at Urban Stripes Athens was comfortable, stylish, and truly enjoyable. - Everything. The welcome on arrival and booking a taxi to the airport the next day occurred smoothly. The view of the Parthenon from our apartment during the day and extra special at night - well lit up, a must if you've never visited Athens. Close to restaurants, shops, cafes and all modes of transport whether it's public or if you prefer renting a car. I wish we could have stayed more :) !!! Honestly, there wasn't anything we didn't like about this apartment.

- Andreas (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft - zentral gelegen. - Sehr schöne Unterkunft Mitten in Athen. Es war alles sehr gut eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und ging schnell. Die Lage ist super, nicht mal 10 Minuten zu fuß zu Akropolis. Parken ist eine kleine Herausforderung, es dauert etwas bis man einen freien Platz gefunden hat.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and everything I needed was there. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. It’s also conveniently located near a metro station, about a 6-minute walk away. -

The apartment was nice and bright and the bed was super comfortable. Nothing - just minor. The cupboards would have been better with just handles on them to open and close them. Stairs would benefit from having handrails for safely.

- Razvan (9/5): O experienta frumoasa - Cazarea este intr-o zona foarte linistita, cu multe cafenele si locuri de servit micul dejun. Este foarte aproape de Acropole (de altfel se poate si vedea totul pe geam - superb - mai ales seara). Am fost asteptati la receptie de o doamna care ne-a predat cheile. Singurul lucru care este de mentionat este legat de comunicarea cu proprietatea. Pe booking au raspuns foarte greu si nu au fost de acord sa anulam sau macar sa reprogramam, chiar daca in perioada in care am fost noi cazati a fost o avertizare de inundatii in toata zona Atenei. Recunosc ca a fost vremea neasteptat de frumoasa in primele zilei si doar in ultima (cea de plecare) am avut putin de suferit din cauza inundatiilor pentru ca a plouat efectiv toata noaptea precedanta...

- Marc (8/5): Erg mooi appartment op 5 minuten lopen van ingang Akropolis - Mooi appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht op de Parthenon/ Akropolis. Het matras op het bed heeft echt zijn beste tijd gehad. (Kuil). Erg zonde want het appartement heeft een luxe uitstraling, dan zo een bed/ matras is echt een teleurstelling. Verder moet je rekening houden met het warm water dat niet altijd aanwezig is, knop indrukken en dan 30 minuutjes wachten. Opzich geen probleem maar het werkt dus niet zoals in een hotel. We hebben een melding gemaakt van het matras en Marina (die erg haar best heeft gedaan om het naar onze zin te maken) heeft een melding gemaakt richting management.

Ο θόρυβος από τα διερχόμενα οχήματα και τους ανθρώπους γίνεται αντιληπτός μέσα στο δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα να προκαλεί δυσκολία στη χαλάρωση και τον ύπνο.

Location easily 9/10 if not perfect 10. - Room good size, and the Customer Service lady Marina was fantastic! So are the friendly housekeeping people such as Stella. - Only few pointers for improvement : a) two layer curtains provided should have the opaque curtain on the inside, not outside.. they got it the other way round. - No oven in the room which is a shame as I couldn’t heat up my food for all takeaways.. always go to waste for much leftovers from restaurants since I travel alone. -Bed is too soft and sunken.. caused me much backache after 3 days sleep.. I am not heavy just a little over 70kg. The sunken bed caused a bad ache after a few days' sleep - No gym facility. - All else are good. Overall apartment rating I would give 8.5/10.

- Katerina (10/5): It was a pleasure to stay there. - The location was very convenient. The Acropolis museum was two blocks away. Beautiful aesthetics. And very comfortable for a family. There was no paper towels and napkins. It would help to have such items stored somewhere with easy access.
- Dimitrios (9/5): Stress free living, comfortable, clean, spacious and cool. - Location was pleasant with easy access to archeological sites by foot. A 20 minute walk around the area is all you need to keep yourself entertained. Facilities don’t offer parking although there’s a parking spot in front of the entrance that you can use temporarily to drop off your belongings, I was lucky someone was leaving right in front once I finished unloading 😆

Widok na Akropol z okna pokoju. Czystość obiektu. Wygodne łóżko. Brak istotnych wad. Jeśli musiałbym coś wskazać do ulepszenia to może warto rozważyć smartTV ;)

- Eyal (10/5): one of the best places I've stayed at - really one of the best places I've stayed at; the location is superb, in my favorite part of town (Koukaki), a neighborhood that has all one needs for an urban vacation -but also close to 2 metro stations, walking distance to the Plaka and city center. The room was large, clean, neat and had a nice balcony with a nice Acropolis view. I highly recommend. in the last night the room above us made a lot of noise.. moved around furniture and what not..

- Nastasia (6/5): Sehr zentral und leider zu laut - Netter Empfang, gute Lage und schöne Einrichtung. Es war sehr laut, wir haben bei geschlossenem Fenster im 4. Stock alles von der Straße gehört und schlecht geschlafen.

- Niall (8/5): Great location and friendly staff - Very spacious and close to the main attractions, easy check in and check out process. Transport to the apartment was very kindly organised by the staff and great if you arrive at night. The apartment itself doesn't have proper sound insulation so you will hear cars outside and people in the stairwell.

- Ning (8/5): Comfortable stay in Athens - Walking distance to acropolis, close to good restaurants. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Big room space. The room we get does not have the view for the acropolis, the photos are misleading.

- Finnuala (9/5): Brilliant location for a few days in Athens - Location is so central and the host was very welcoming and helpful with information Apartment was adequate for our needs, good size with enough kitchen utensils for snacking. Area has lots of cafes, bars and a small supermarket close by As it is so central, there is noise from traffic!
