- Dennis (1/5): We gave up our money because it was not acceptable - We drove up the facility looks so bad. The wife would not stay there and we drove off.
- Kris (7/5): -
- Gregg (6/5): - Needed to be updated especially getting into the room being handicapped concrete steps uneven.
- Larry (6/5): - No breakfast
- Brett (1/5): This place should be condemned! Horrible! - Nothing Old and filthy! Requested no smoking and the room stunk, cigarette burns everywhere.
- Milton (3/5): my low expectations were not met. - Location Cable was out one whole day. The place continues to deteriorate. I don't expect much from this place but it continues to slide in quality and cleanliness. This was probably my last stay here.
- Yanette (1/5): -
- Doug (3/5): Basic - old and worn
- Victoria (3/5): Ok for one night, but wouldn't stay there ever again. - Phone in room did not work. Water leaking from small frig. It was off & defrosted with water in pan under freezer overflowing. Made rug wet in front of area by frig.
No non slip straps on shower floor. Made it very slippery & dangerous to take shower. Cooler noisey.
- Raylene (1/5): - That I never got the room and was charged for it.
- Dow (1/5): - The staff were pleasant The rooms were dirty and outdated
- kathryn (1/5): Did not stay, too nasty, dirty. - Location The frint office was very dirty, like someone lives in it. Smelled of body oder and dirty socks. Did not stat there. Had a couple room doors open, and it looked furnished from the 70's. Never stay there. Dirty, dirty, dirty.
- Ramirez (10/5): - The price The talls were too small

- Elva (10/5): - Victor was great help with my stay… we literally only slept there I stayed with my 3 littles… hotel is older and outdated but as long as there were no bugs me and my littles slept great… we stayed for 2 nights and we couldn’t beat the price… Again thank you Victor!!! Considering what I paid and how old the hotel is I really wasn’t expecting anything different… my stay was great..

- Kenneth (10/5): - A very friendly and accommodating staff!
- Crystina (8/5): - Clean room, air conditioning worked great in 110! Staff was friendly.
- Joseph (9/5): - The staff is very nice..rooms are clean & comfortable...close to restaurants, Starbucks & the Parker hub..hard to find a HUB
- Michelle (7/5): Convenient - Room was clean. Location was convenient. Liked kitchenette in room. Was for someone else so I can't answer that question.
- Mary (4/5): - Bed uncomfortable. Room musty.
- Ferris (4/5): Smokey room in a non-smoking room - I was assigned a non-smoking room, however, there was smoke from the bathroom, a burned hole in the bed spread, and my allergic reaction to the nicotine from the smell in the room did not allow me to sleep much. My boyfriend had come to join me and also did not sleep well. We left at 3:30 a.m. Friday Aug. 15th.
- Toni (8/5): -
- Dato (3/5): -
- Steven (7/5): - Location A bit “outdated.”
- Jose Alberto (4/5): - The AC did not work well, it took around 2 hours to cold down the room
- marylou (10/5): -
- Glenda (4/5): Disappointing - The location was not that far from where our family was. Because we arrived earlier than our family we were going to use the pool, unfortunately it was green. I asked the front desk agent about it he informed that he did not get cleaned that morning and it is to hot to do. The key to the room had issues and would take a few minutes for us to get in. The plug-in where horribly broke and would not hold a phone charger.
- Juan (7/5): good getaway weekend - I like the price and availability I did not like the size of the room. (small)
- Csaba (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent customer service Excellent customer service Excellent customer service
- Mike (7/5): Good -
- Robert (8/5): The Parker Strip - The price.
Comfortable Beds. Small Shower
- Jc (7/5): Good -
- Kati (2/5): I was tired so I stayed. - Thank goodness the a/c worked because the room was boiling on arrival. WiFi also worked good. everything! Dingy stiff towels.cheap linens on bed. Very worn carpet. Tiny shower. Should have $50 a nite . Very run down.
- Vladimir (2/5): - Smells very bad, very very bad
- Huaman (9/5): Superb -
- connie (4/5): - The gentalman was a big help. Tv didn't work. Took awhile to get it to work. Facilities were rough but the room was clean. Probably will not return.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeanene (6/5): Pleasant -
- Joan (2/5): Place is a dive. - The first room they gave me smelled like cigarette smoke (supposed to be non-smoking). They gave me a different room that smelled like someone had thrown up. I couldn't open the window to air it out because the screen had holes in it. The soap dispenser was either empty or broken in the bathroom. The grout was filthy. The bath towel was the size of a large dish towel. It was stiff and so thread-bare you could see through it. Each room had 3 concrete steps leading up to the landing. There was no handrail and no ramp. I tried to cancel the 2nd night because my friend, who was staying with me the 2nd night, uses a walker and could not get up those steps. They would not let me cancel. Although there were only 3 cars in the parking lot, they placed us all right next to each other. I could not get out of there fast enough.
- Thomas (6/5): - Place was ran down
- Bryant (5/5): Passable - Old
- Theresa (6/5): Pleasant -
- William (7/5): Good -
- Pye (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kari (1/5): Bad - Really nothing Faucet leaked, soft spots on floor, decor older than dirt.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good - Room was very clean and comfortable.
- Bruce (7/5): Good -
- Cyndi (9/5): Superb -
- Kerri (8/5): - When I checked in the couple who runs it were very nice and polite. The rooms are small and quaint but clean. Some of the furniture was worn and dated but in my opinion that is common in some of these older motels. Bathrooms were clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave and I found the bed comfortable. As a single woman I felt safe. For the price point it was everything I needed for my quick stay in town.
- Colin (4/5): - Really just the bottom of the barrel. The pain of this memory will long outlast the fleeting pleasure of the money I saved.
- Marg (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Didn’t know there was a breakfast The room needed a lot of TLC. Fridge wasn’t working and the kitchen area was underwhelm. Beds were comfortable though
- Marina (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (6/5): No Frills - We needed a clean bed and a hot shower for one night, so the accommodations were adequate. That said, my husband would have liked more space than the small room afforded.
- Nancy (7/5): good for price - good tv channels. kitchen
- Joyce (10/5): - The hotel and room were small but sufficient. The room was very clean, with a like new air conditioner/heater, carpet, bathroom fixtures and tile, and small refrigerator. The shower was refreshing, the shower head was adjustable and had nice hot water. The ice machine was easily accessible.
The check in was easy, the manager was friendly and accommodating. We would recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable clean hotel.
- Betty (7/5): Good -
- Gerald (6/5): - Sign outside said "luxurious". It was far from it. Very dated and furnishings in pretty sad shape.
Having said that, the room was small, clean and bed was comfortable. Good shower with lots of hot water.
- Kevin (1/5): Worst hotel - Staff was great Hotel so old, old towels, TV barley works, wasn't clean when I went in they said it was
- Paul (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff at check in Nothing
- Genevieve (5/5): Passable - Nice host. Hot water turned lukewarm by end of shower. Shower space is very small (I am a small lady, not sure how a big persons or a large guy would fit… )
Only a very thin blanket in bed. Asked for another one but it was never brought to the room.
- Mark (8/5): Not bad - All the hotels were booked in Parker this was the only one that had a room. It is not the worst hotel I've ever been in. But for sure not the best. Choose this as a last option.
- Gerry (3/5): Barely tolerated - Location, Old, not clean, extra charges,
- Dennis (8/5): Very good - Bed was too hard
- Drake (10/5): - Decent
- Crest (9/5): Superb -
- Pamela (5/5): Do not stay unless you can't find anything else. - I was able to get a smoking room
The couple running the place were very nice. The condition of the room was awful! Rust, mold, stained bath linens, I asked if they were allergic to bleach. The inroom phone didn't work. I can't remember everything. Charged $25/night for my cat.
Do these motels ever have ANY maintenance?
Close to Walmart, yay.
- Stephanie (7/5): Good -
- Traveler (1/5): It's a dive - Location was pretty good. This hotel is a dive. Found hairs between the sheets, cigarette burns in the comforter. Soft spots in the floor and stains in the carpet. What looked like blood splatter on the ceiling of the bathroom. Gouge marks in the walls. There was water running in the pipes of the wall all night. The tweakers next door woke me up at 4am. I could keep going on. Like I said its a dive. The fella at the counter was a nice guy and helpful.
- Raymond (6/5): - This motel is a good basic hotel. Nothing fancy - it gets the job done.
- Ramsay (1/5): very bad experience - the location was pretty good the room was so small it was only 10 feet wide wirh a queen sized bed in the middle. also the bed was as hard as a rock. and the TV was very small. and the bathroom was tiny. and very outdated. wirh soap and lotion dispensers on the walls the air conditioner was also very old and all the buttons on it were cracked or broken. the toilet barely flushed and made a high pitched screech when it was flushed. was not at all as described. we actually left a day early. and when we went to check out the man behind the counter said, I can't give you a refund, even though I didn't ask for one. after I said we were leaving then he offered to change our room but with alot of attitude.
- Dinsmore (7/5): Good -
- Stacy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mark (10/5): Great motel - Great motel - love the colours
- Raul (7/5): Good -
- Amber (10/5): - Great owners clean, beautifully put together
- Laura (7/5): Good - There was no breakfast.
- Strong (1/5): Bad -
- M (1/5): Bad - Nothing The manager fights you and steals your money off your card
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edward (5/5): The price was reasonable but no internet. - The WiFi did not work in my room. I had ask before I rented the room and he said Yes we have internet. No internet in my room
- Ricardo (7/5): Good -
- Jennifer (4/5): only selling point is the place has the cheapest price, however you are getting what you pay for. not much !! - price was great. Air worked good. beds were comfortable. plenty of parking for boat. property was run down. full kitchen with stove listed however owner turned off stove and oven and is no longer available even though they have that amenity listed. rooms were small. I would not stay again.
- Agustin (7/5): Good -
- Jessica (5/5): Power seems to be an issue - Easy access Definitely smells like smoke, power went out at 12am we had no ac or lights on a 106 night in Parker
- elizabeth (6/5): - Reeked of dog poo and smoke!
- Edwards (10/5): Exceptional - The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and was very attentive to our needs, Very small rooms but spotlessly clean. I am looking forward to another stay!
- christina (10/5): - Victor was such an awesome person. He made checking in a breeze & was very helpful.
- Manfred (8/5): - no Tabel forEating
- Penn (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (8/5): Nice stay, would go back again. - Rooms were big and comfy. Had a stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave (no dishes). Hotel is dated. Needs to be upgraded. Can see daylight under door. Had to put a towel to keep bugs out.
- Tanasue (5/5): Passable - We did not see the animal fee at the time of the booking. I felt this was miss leading.
- Padilla (5/5): Passable - i needed a place to sleep and take a shower it worked. You get what you pay for. cleaner
- Johnson (8/5): was a quaint little place for a 3 day vacation - location was center of town Parker, AZ, Oldest INN/Motel in Parker, air conditioning worked great, pool was available ,staff was very helpful. Facility was not ADA compliant, showers did not have safety rails, No breakfast was offered
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional -
